Everything!! Especially how they accommodated my 10 yrs old granddaughter and made her feel special. They even made her and her stuffed animals name tags. That was just too precious!! With there was an ATM on every level.

Very hard to get a waiter at the Sunday brunch. Not used to having to search for help at Four Seasons hotel.
The hotel is perfectly situated in mid town. The staff is wonderful, facilities great, and great food. The bathrooms are a little dated and need to remove the tubs and put in bigger showers for two

Great hotel and well decorated for the holidays. Hotel offered anything you could need. No pool and room did not have view of Atlanta but it was one of the affordable rooms.
The hotel is immaculate. Great location and the comfiest bed and pillows I have ever had. I stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The bar / restaurant area is small and lacks any atmosphere. Also, a bottle of water in the room is $6 so my advice is go to the meat by store.

I was visiting Atlanta for the weekend. The Loews was a great home base for the weekend. The location is excellent in Midtown convenient to Marta and also easy to get in and out of the parking deck to explore Atlanta. The room was spacious with an extensive view of midtown and downtown from our room through floor to ceiling windows (we were on 25th floor). The bathroom had a separate shower and bath which I really liked and a TV. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. We are there for dinner one night and liked it so much we went back for a late night snack the next night. There is also a Cafe Intermezzo right outside the hotel to grab a glass of wine and people watch on Peachtree St. Prices were expensive for the weekend we were traveling. The bathroom was showing a little wear and tear with paint peeling on the ceiling.
Nothing Customer Service and communication was terrible. Would never go back.
the staff were polite The In Room wifi was pitiful. Insuficcient capacity when it was able to be connected to. The room lighting was very poor. Very dark in the room with all lights on.
I love the interesting and inspiring designs. Beautiful interior and great location in midtown Atlanta. The wifi isn't free, The food is way overpriced with 22% service fee, an additional $4 charge for room service, 8% sales tax and 18% gratuity. i ordered a $10 entree which ended up being around $22. The staff isn't that friendly and just seems to be standing around chatting with each other, way too unprofessional. The room was a little dirty and it looks like it never really gets a good deep cleaning or even just a basic surface sanitizing would have been nice. There was food smudges on one of the lamps. Overall, I'm glad I got a discount of Kayak but that price still wasn't worth it.
Location Walls are so thin that you hear people talking in hall and rooms next to you. It was unbelievable how bad it was. By far my worst hotel experience in my life.
I loved every minute of it! We loved how it had liquor wine and snacks (saved us a trip to the store) . The staff was friendly the food was AMAZING will be back next weekend!!!
I liked the TRACE restaurant the food was great!!! The location of the W was wonderful restaurants and entertainment was just a walk away. The rooms where outdated and dirty had to change rooms because the one I was in had dirty sheets the door panel was falling off and only half the shower spigots worked. The furniture was dingy. The new room was not much better.
Staff were really friendly, as well as the valet staff. Good location. A couple of the pieces of furniture were worn & ripped. The air in our room was pretty dry & the shower needed a deeper scrub. Paid over $4 for a small bottle of Coke.
The location is the best thing. It's within walking distance to almost everything. Seemed like there was a charge for everything..WiFi in room wasn't free..there was a mini fridge but it was packed with liquor so couldn't really put anything in it unless you tool all their stuff out. The upchages on roomservice was crazy. No exhaust vent in the bathroom..so whatever happens in the there ..you and whoever is staying in your room will get wind of it..no door to the bathroom except a sliding door that didn't really give privacy
The hotel location was great. The bed was comfortable. The valet was pretty good. The service was not very good. We requested a refrigerator and had two broken ones brought up. The food at the restaurant wasn't very good. The service overall was very subpar.
There were plenty of elevators to accommodate guests and the location was convenient. Loud, leaky pipe kept us awake. We contacted front desk because we saw carpet in hall was wet from it. They obviously ignored us because by morning the carpet in our room was soaked and the hallway carpet was a 15 foot puddle. God knows if was water or waste. Staff made zero effort to make up for negative experience. Valet pickup took 45 minutes because they "forgot" to call in our ticket number. Furniture was chipped, room smelled.

The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful throughout our three night stay. The bar is modern, yet cozy. This hotel would be a fine romantic get-a-way in the heart of Mid-town Atlanta. Walking distance to the Marta (across the street), High Art Museum and Symphony. Lovely courtyard with azaleas still in flower in Dec. The room was nicely laid out with wonderful, luxurious bedding. Every bit as advertised, quiet and thoroughly comfortable. Would not hesitate to return. The exercise room is small, but it is a boutique hotel. Plumbing in tub had a minor faucet leak.
Staff was great and the hotel was clean and hip. The facilities were a little dated as were the fixtures in the room (sink, shower, etc.). My sink would not drain. It was moderately annoying. I should have called to have it looked at, but didn't have time. My feeling is the cleaning staff should notice things like that and alert the maintenance crew. It should not be left to the guests.
Staff was helpful. Exterior is gorgeous. Nice to have the kitchen in the room--it was like an efficiency apartment. Tidy. A fine value and while it's mostly office buildings in the area, the location by the MARTA station was otherwise excellent. Wi-fi was very erratic, especially on my tablet. I met other guests who said the same. The key card lock on the door from the courtyard to my section of the hotel didn't work, which meant a longer walk around to my room.
We had a wonderful stay at the Artmore. The staff was friendly and the decor and atmosphere were great. The only drawbacks were the tub and tile in the bathroom had been recoated at some point and the paint has begun peeling and chipping. The dresser in our room was missing the bottom drawer (which wasn't a big deal-it just made the room feel less cared for). And last, the chain bolt on our door was held on with a single screw that when touched, wiggled and nearly fell out-had it not been so late and had we stayed more than one night, I would have requested a repair be made or a change of rooms. All of that said, it is a cute boutique type hotel. The courtyard is fantastic. Even with Gide little issues, I would stay there again. We walked to Starbucks as well as to the art museum. The location cant be beat.

This is a great boutique hotel - reminded me of traveling in Europe. Great courtyard area, live band at the bar, great room. I didn"'t expect the kitchen area and it would have been very useful for a longer stay. Perfect picture of Marilyn Monroe in the room and a great little alcove with an Wlvis print for a mystical moment. Incredible location in Midtown close to the High Museum and Peachtree Street/Piedmont The only thing that I didn't like was that I didn't stay longer.
Nice ambiance, the courtyard is fun, but the staff made our stay extra special. Friendly and personable all around. Great value for midtown Atlanta.

Parking cost way to much. I was there a day n half and was charged 50 to park. When I checked in wasn't told that parking was extra!

Clean room, friendly staff, great price. Walking distance to piedmont park, High museum of art and several bars and restaurants. Booked the room around noon and we were in the room 20 minutes later. $28 for parking, valet only. But I guess that's Atlanta for you.
Huge amount of space for a 2BR unit. Lack of hot water upon a late-night check-in.
The staff at this hotel could not be nicer or more efficient. We were greeted by a friendly employee and check-in was quick. Our room was adequate, albeit too much furniture. The wait staff at breakfast was so friendly, we wanted to invite them to dine with us. We would have preferred a more diversified breakfast menu. Overall, the staff makes this hotel.
Overall, satisfied with our multi-night stay. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly, BUT there was always someone 'hanging around' at the front desk who didn't need to be there. Sometimes housekeeping/maint staff, other times appeared to be friends of the desk clerks. Did impact my ability to interact with the desk staff.This hotel is accessible only from a one-way street and it was sometimes awkward getting to it. We usually stay at hotels with free breakfasts. Have to pay at this one and we chose not to.

This is a very nice and quiet hotel. Very close to the subway and is in a very safe neighborhood. There was some type of pagent when I was there and I saw a half dozen celebrities. No closeby restaurants though.
really liked the modern remodel of the hotel. very hip and clean. everyone was really friendly and helpful. sadly, the hotel is located away from everything and you have to take cabs to get everywhere.
This facility is close to the GaTech campus and close to a Rt. 85 exit. The room was attractive and clean; the staff friendly and helpful. I heard no highway noise though we were near I-85. Food was available from a cooler near the front desk, but prices were high. A dining room and room service are available. No charge for parking.
In order to exit the parking lot you have to get the front desk to buzz you out. They are terribly inneficient at this. More than once we sat in lines up to 6 cars deep while the first car waited for 10 minutes or more to get buzzed out.
Right beside the expressway between downtown and midtown; noise from the interstate is not an issue. Well-kept, well-run, modern, safe, clean environment, one of Atlanta's best bargains. Internet access is free and outdoor parking is free as well. Super courteous staff. Walk to and from the property to midtown attractions, short cab ride to downtown sights.
Helpful and friendly staff made this like-new hotel a great place to stay. Super convenient to the Georgia Tech campus and Atlantic Station - for shopping and restaurants.
Clean, great breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Great midtown location. Secure parking. Strange loud noise coming from bathroom whenever the air turned on, had to close the bathroom door.

The staff was very helpful, made me feel at home and were good at answering questions. The rooms had enough kitchen stuff to cook with, although I didn't use it. Definately could save money on a longer stay by cooking for yourself here. Breakfast was good, pretty typical stuff - waffle maker, a couple choices of hot food. I'm vegan, so I filled my plate with roasted potatoes and fresh fruit. I couldn't find any way to adjust the temperature in the room. It was very cold in there and there were no extra blankets in the room. I ended up opening the electrical panel and flipping the switch marked "AC" off and piling pillows on my side where the fan air was blowing. That worked, but it's hardly an ideal solution. You do have to pay $25 for parking each night, which I didn't realize at the time. Also, they have limited spaces and you're expected to leave the space by 2 pm on checkout day. If I had known, I might have parked in the deck next door and had a longer time.
