Pros:The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
Cons:Room was listed as a kitchenette however it only contained a microwave, mini frig and sink; No dishes and no stove. No rooms were available on ground level and property had no elevator which was very difficult for us as I’m handicapped and can’t climb stairs very well.
Cons:Great for our trip. Bathroom could use some work but nothing that ruined the trip or will keep me from coming back. Looking forward to coming back
Pros:The staff was so helpful. We arrived late , and the staff member took the time to drive from their home to help us because there was a mixup with our keys. I was so impressed bc on another occasion a staff person dropped what she was doing to help me immediately.
Cons:It is a couple blocks to the beach, but honestly for the price it is great! The sound side is lovely.
Pros:The rooms were beautiful and easy to find ourselves at home in :) The staff was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, which I appreciated, needing the rest that I did. Privacy was 100% respected and everyone was given the space and extra time that was definitely needed. The atmosphere was very easy going and uplifting, everything was very clean, and the decor was quite nice throughout the hotel :) Thank you :)
Cons:Please be mindful that there is a liquor store across the street. Great for some, but not for everyone.
Pros:I will certainly go back to Palm Suites!! Staff was simply spectacular! I have physical limitations that make sleeping in a flat bed very painful. Staff took the time to check all available rooms to find one with a recliner. Special touches like this mean a lot to me. The room was clean and in good order. There was a small kitchenette area - my room did not have a stove which was a bit disappointing...there was a kitchen sink and a basic setup of dishes and such. There was a microwave and it was CLEAN - one thing that I always check is the inside of room microwaves as I am a bit of a germ-a-phobe... There is a nice walk-out dock perfect for fishing in the sound. It snowed on my way home so I didn't do any fishing... The lobby is really nice and clean. Has a big TV and comfy chairs. The desk area is nice and spacious. Fun fact- a desk with a big jigsaw puzzle invited you to help put it together. Staff was very willing to help...asked where we were headed out too - dinner and wanted Mexican food. She told us the best place and she was right. She also hooked us up with a late checkout time. The room rates were great and very competitive. As with any beach town, the rates fluctuate based on the time of year. I will certainly go back.
Cons:The only drawback for me was that there was no elevator. And the room that had the best recliner available was on the 2nd floor. Still was worth it though. My Partner was willing to make the multiple trips up with our stuff.....
Pros:Spent the weekend here for my Wife's birthday. Great value. In transition after new ownership, but managing well. Beautiful sound view room, effieceny set up with nice kitchenette and seperate seating area! Made it seem like you were in a bigger more $$ space. Will definitely stay again!!

Pros:The staff was friendly and welcoming and wonderful. I felt safe in the room and it was a good price in comparison to other suites in the area.
Cons:The side door to the building was not working properly so we had to take everything through the lobby and up instead of through a side door next to our room which was inconvenient. The room was decently clean, but in need of a good scrubbing. There was a slight odor (maybe it was previously a smoking room?) and lots of stains on the carpet/wallpaper. The shower had a little bit of mold/gunk in the corners/seams so I did not feel comfortable bathing my infant. It was not gross - but definitely in need of a good DEEP clean that I don't think it had in a while!!!
Pros:Rooms have beautoful views of the bay. Staff was very accomodating
