close to city
Comfrtable and suited our needs. Reasonable value for money. Parking in underground car park a bit tight and for $20 a night a bit expensive
Convenience to the centre of Auckland
Parking facility was an extra cost
clean, quiet room
telephone was hidden out of sight,in a drawer. when i wanted to contact office, it appeared that there was no phone in the room, so i had to go down to the reception
I love the facilities and the cleaneness of your apartment, excellent, keep it up.
please allocate dressing table in the room or at least a mirror, all ladies will appreciate it...:)
nice and clean, good value for money
Convenient, front desk was open 24 hours so I could check in even though arriving after midnight. Centrally located to Auckland and Sky Casino
It was an apartment type hotel. Check in person was good even though a bit slow. Close to Sky Tower.Seemed secure. Don't forget to book a carpark if you need one. People were turned away and had to park at other car parks.
We had booked a car park but check in was slow and we were stuck half on the road as others also could not access carpark. We paid $20 per night for parking and had to wait until someone else left before we could park car. It was dangerous. We had booked a carpark so why wasn't our permission sheet already printed? Also not enough breakfast left in room. Said a city view but all we could see was the police carpark and a construction site. Where was the balcony? No room compendium in room. Fake deodorant spray smell in passages. Humming sound that was annoying when we were trying to sleep.
