Was not clean, reaked of smoke, rude staff
Didn't realize I had reserved a 'smoking' room and the smell was awful! Fortunately a can of Febreeze helped. Also, had to go to front desk to get toilet paper.
Very dirty! Garbage every where. Smell of garbage awful! The locks on door barely functional.
Can not believe Quality Inn allows there name on this Hotel. Rude female at desk, slammed- down phone on callers. Run-down furniture in rooms, grease on floor in kitchenette area. Construction workers dominate the breakfast area every morning, poor set-up in eating space. Will never stay here again, all would be wise to look next door or keep driving.
I can't believe Quailty Inn has there name on this Hotel. Desk personnel (female) very poor attitude, slamming phone, biting guest heads off. Very worn furniture in rooms, noisey parking lot, felt sad for Vets having to stay here. Should have check-out rooms before booking my 4 day stay.
I'm glad I only stayed one night. This quality Inn isn't that old but has aged quickly. Partly due to the contruction workers working on I-20 in Augusta. First and foremost, The room wasn't clean in the kitchen area. The stove needed cleaning, the walls needed cleaning by the stove, the bathroom had hair in the shower, the heating/AC unit made an aweful noise, the stairs outside our room were made of metal and the soldiers (God Bless 'em) felt the need to stomp their way up and down most of the night, all the ice machines were broken, had to get ice from the Sleep Inn next door and the girl working the front desk at the time didn't seem to be overly concerned. I guess that enough Cons. The Pros if any, aren't worth mentioning. My wife booked this room to save a couple of bucks. NOT WORTH IT!!
The coffee maker was not clean. It still had coffee in the pot, also had a used filter still in it.\nThe stove top had food still on it. I could have stayed at another hotel that looked this old for alot less money. Comfortable beds. Continental breakfast very good.
Suite was very grungy and a scary atmosphere. people knocking on doors all night. certainly not a place to bring small children. onsite mgr very discourteous and rooms were severly damaged. for being a newer property this one has been seriously damaged.
This was a room with a kitchenette ie, fridge, range top, microwave, full kitchen counter tops, cupboards, etc. But it had absolutely no cookware, no plates, no flatware, no cups or glasses. All the cupboards were bare to the wall rendering the kitchen absolutely useless. Nothing to cook on and nothing to eat it on even if you could cook something.
