Pros: We totally enjoyed staying here, Vivienne, she was a fantastic lady who totally spoiled us. She made us delicious dinner, it was one of our best experience in France!!! Her place is so lovely, we'd love to go back!!!
Pros: We took advantage of having a cooked meal on our first, and it was delicious. Lovely atmosphere and friendly host, we felt really comfortable, would definitely stay again.
Pros: This property was absolutely excellent. The character of the rooms and the house as a whole is outstanding and charming. The service was personal, extra lovely and they went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. We will definitely recommend it to anyone passing through the area and if we can we will surely stay here again.
Cons: The only thing I wish was different was the amount of time we spent here. I wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros: We had a very lovely stay at the Manoir and would certainly go back, our breakfast was copious and extremely delicious. Next time we will have an evening meal too as we could smell a wonderful aroma coming from the kitchen but had already eaten before we arrived.
Pros: We had a perfect time stopping at Manor Angle, warm and friendly reception and well looked after. First class couple we will be stopping again when travelling to the Med Fred & Margaret
Pros: Lovely homely feel - and the cooked breakfast plentiful and a real treat in France. Prompt and attentive communication - and a beautiful fresh evening meal provided although we were held up and arrived late. A most enjoyable short stopover as we were en route - would happily return.
Cons: Tea facilities in the room would be a welcome addition if possible
Pros: Set in very quiet rural area. We stayed a night last year and wanted to revisit. Very friendly helpful hosts. Tea offered and provided on arrival. We also prebooked and enjoyed an excellent dinner.
Cons: The rain put paid to a long walk .
Pros: Lovely room. Super quiet country setting. Excellent French breakfast. Nice evening meal. Friendly hostess.
Cons: No complaints
Pros: A wonderful host and hostess in a lovely house, and a full English breakfast upon request. We chose the property because it was near the Refuge for the Pitou donkeys and we enjoyed our visit very much.
Cons: It was hard to find, but it wasn't the host's fault.
Pros: The appartment was unique and the decoration really authentic. The hostess were very friendly, both native English so they speek perfect English . Breakfast was awesome and freshly cooked . The surrounding area was very well preserved and very relaxing. We all had a wonderful time !
Cons: We recommend to install locks in the doors of the rooms for privacy.
Located in Aulnay, Hotel du Donjon is on the riverwalk, a 3-minute walk from Pigeonnier d'Aulnay and 9 minutes by foot from Eglise Saint-Pierre d'Aulnay. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and multilingual staff.
Pros: Great location with excellent Hosts
Pros: Overall very comfortable
Cons: We asked for somewhere to eat for that evening, they kindly offered some choices. Unfortunately, in late season most of France closes down and nowhere was open to eat, not on that night anyway. When we got back to the hotel they were serving food to other guests. Because I'd asked about restaurants they did not mention that they served food and the fact that they were chamber d'hotes. Just another lesson to be learnt.
Pros: Beds comfy, room was clean.
Cons: We booked this based on other reviews.. however its since changed owners and well let's just say they like rules ! No food or drinks of any sort in the room, no talking after 10pm yes really theres a note about sleeping at 10pm lowering the TV noise and avoid shouting to name but a few. Yet their living quarters are obviously upstairs and you can hear everything... from 7am in the morning they are not that quiet themselves! The new owners are friendly but when we asked about restaurants or dinner it was theres one open tonight in the square but book it yourself.... we actually went to a great place 5 mins away and the lady had never heard of it they need to do more research of their local area because being able to make recommendations is very important. The rooms are very basic. I think if they had a more relaxed approach it may seem friendlier but I wouldn't be putting it on our must return to list.
Pros: Extremely welcoming, very friendly couple. Will definitely return and recommend.
Pros: They went the extra mile to accomadate my partners vegetarian requests. Will stay again on our next visit
Cons: More coffee and milk in the bedrooms
Pros: We were arriving really late at night and the hotel staff were helpful in accommodating this.
Pros: Small hotel just off main square. Nicely fitted and decorated room, clean, comfortable, good wifi, bathtub.
Cons: booking.com description says there is a restaurant, which isn't correct. Fortunately, there is a small one just around the corner, where I was able to get dinner. Didn't get the terrace and garden view I booked, though this was not too important.

Pros: Lorri and Simon were brilliant hosts. A really warm welcome and introduction to this beautiful unspoiled area. They couldn’t do enough to make our time with them really special. A lovely gate with beautiful views of open fields. Absolutely loved it!
Cons: Such a short stay. Thanks.
Pros: The reception, the space, the banter.
Cons: Breakfast could have been a bit more ` French`
Pros: Warm and friendly welcome, very clean and comfortable, lovely location, highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing at all to dislike.
Pros: This was our second visit to Pasha and it will not be the last. The warm and friendly wecome from owners Lorri and Simon is the just the beginning of a perfect stay. Nothing is too much trouble and the commitment to making a visit the best possible experience is a real pleasure to experience. This is a perfect B&B - bravo Robbi and Simon.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to criticize
Pros: The owners.
Cons: The croissant.
Pros: *We loved our friendly welcome from the English owner. *We were on our way down to Spain from St Malo and only booked the accommodation earlier that day having decided a night in the country would be better than a crowded town and better for parking. There is a secure gate to the grounds of this property so very safe. *We liked the fact that we had an extension of the house to ourselves, though this might not always be the case as there was also a twin room which shared the same bathroom, lounge and kitchen area. It would be ideal for a family. *In the kitchen coffee, tea and milk was supplied. *There weren't any restaurants open in the village on a Sunday night in late September but this didn't matter as a wonderful roast chicken dinner was offered at a very reasonable price with a large selection of vegetables, some grown on the allotment area of the garden. a large glass of wine was included. this was a real plus after a long day driving, the food was brought to our accommodation which we could have eaten on our outside patio table but as it was getting dark we opted for the dining table. *Quiet and peaceful garden which was lovely to relax in on arrival, after our journey, but we could equally have had a game of badminton. *After dinner we made use of the video player and watched a movie. There were books and games also available but we were at the start of our holiday after winding up work and were happy to relax. *Were tempted to stay another night to explore the area a bit more but we still had a long way to go to get to our location in Spain so we drove on. *Would definitely consider returning. There was a very pretty village nearby with a castle called Dampiere sur Boutonne.
Pros: Excellent space, with a lot of potential, very comfortable and clean. The hosts were super friendly and provided us with a great breakfast. A place that is recorded on my list. I highly recommend it.
Pros: Wonderful people, lovely house, very nice place. I recomend 100% Thank you for being so kind
