The reception is not available 24/7.

The two ladies at reception at check-in were super friendly and helpful. The room was cute with a clean bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The location is good close to the Forum, restaurants and the boats.

It's a nice room, not great, but decent, clean, a place I would return to. The location is very convenient, a 10 minute walk to the train station. The staff was very helpful. There was a woman, in particular, who went out of her way to help me in a tough situation, where it was raining, taxis weren't available, and I had to catch a train. She was able to find an umbrella which saved me from being wet and uncomfortable on the long train ride. Thank you so much! Also, Aveiro is a lovely city.

Staff was great and welcoming. Great location. Photos are very accurate. Lockers were nice surprise, because I did not even check the information if they are in the room. Very clean, the toilet, sheets, room, and the whole building with small garden in it.

My bunkbed was very noisy, squeaky, so I tried not to move a lot while falling asleep, in order not to disturb other people in the room. Other beds were not noisy at all. Can't remember anything else, probably because there was nothing else that disturbed me.

Excelent bedroom. Very silent
