Cons: In Barranquilla I was questioned as to why I was requesting a wheelchair and were asking for the condition tht required the wheelchir, as if they had the medical knowledge to be able to make that decision... it was notably embarrassing to discuss my medical condition at the check in counter in front of dozens of people as well as being challenged by the check in crew as to if i needed a chair or not....finally a supervisor appeared and authorized the chair...

Cons: This was the first segment of an itinerary ending in Miami. There was no personnel available for check in 3 hours prior to departure. They claimed it wasn't an international flight. They told me at 330am, that they would be open to check in at 4am.... it was 420am before anyone showed up at the check in desk. I had requested a wheelchair...I was told I had to walk about 60 yards to the other side of the concourse for the wheelchair, that they could not call for the wheelchair to meet me at the check in position
