Clean, tidy, helpful owners and staff, character bar and nice restaurant serving good food
Checking out Not as recommended. Room was minimalist to the point of cynacism! Food on first evening was very poor - did not stay for planned second night. Overpowering smell of air fresheners in corridors. Very disappointing visit.
Staff amending their bookings to accommodate my wife's disability - without asking.
The room was comfortable and clean. The rate was high for the small and uncared-for surrounding area/town and the accomodations lacked anything outside of beverages and meals.
the fact that it was in the middle of nature, the rest and quietness even our room was against the trainstation. that our room did not have a separate shower; that you had to shower in the bathtub.
the location lack of facilities in the room
Extremely friendly and flexible staff...I got a delicious cold platter when I arrived at 10pm and the restaurant was closed. One of the view hotels in the area where they speak English...
Excellent location, very comfortable beds, extremely clean. Restaurant food excellent and reasonably priced. Brilliant selection of local and Belgium beers! Lovely surroundings.
The price and location.
food was excellent, room ok, terrace very nice, swimming pool very accessible and pleasant apparently sauna is not available during summer months, but it is not mentioned anywhere
Quality of breakfast. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, bad service.
cosy, peaceful and great little sociable garden with an open fire under a pergola for lazy evenings with a good drink Food and drink very expensive... probably very good but we preferred to try some other places in the area!
Excellent service. Great cuisine. Location in the heart of the Ardennes countryside. Beautiful courtyard and terrace. The room smelled of chlorine in the beginning (no doubt due to the swimming pool located below). The swimming pool did look a little knackered up. Two single beds instead of a double bed - difficult to keep them from sliding apart.
excellent gastronomic diner no
Peace, quiet and relaxation in pleasant surroundings.
Lovely old building. Very Cosy. Open Fire. Lots of interesting Bric a Brac to see . Staff very friendly. Last room available
building of charme in a quite environment, beautiful common spaces and nice terrace Small room, though ok for one night stay.Bathroom as you enter the room
Quiet location & helpful staff
I appreciated the restaurant of the hotel and the dinner had The room equipped with the shower was too little and the double bed as well not so confortable room as advertised on internet. Better to ask for a room with bathtube, should be larger. Additionally the location of the hotel is jst in front of the bell of the church. Due to the bell we were forced to wake up at 7 am sharp!
Very friendly & helpful staff, good service, excellent restaurant food, good value for money. The hotel was extremely interesting as it dated back to the 16th century with some original and outstanding features.
The room was really nice and cozy, as well as the atmosphere of the old house is really nice Nothing was not nice, the staff was very friendly, even though we got up late for breakfast, they still offered it to us and were super friendly
Pleasant welcome, Good room, Very good evening meal even if a little expensive.
Close to amenities, views, parking, friendliness
it was nice, we enjoyed it
Nice location ... right in the centre of St. Hubert. Cosy and clean.
perfect service tv facility not good
We booked the top floor apartment which can accommodate 7-15 people with plenty of privacy. It was lovely, spacious, and a great value. Definitely a nice surprise compared to our previous hotel accommodations. We should have planned for a longer stay as it's a good central location for exploring southern Belgium. The continental breakfast was a great value as well, including a nice selection of meats and cheeses. I'd recommend only for travelers with children as the owners have a very active young child.
Staff very friendly, made to feel welcome in a relaxed atmosphere, good selection of great food. Great hotel, great location!
Friendly hosts. Plerasant village location. Need to drive out to obtain dinner as owhere in walking distance.
The owners of this very old hotel did everything to preserve the spirit and atmosphere of the place. No luxury of course but a wonderful relaxing experience. The garden is magnificent!
After a very long journey from Munich, the bed we slept on provided us with a sound nights sleep, it was extremely comfortable. Our hosts Jan and Anneka, were friendly and spoke excellent english. Our breakfast was wonderful, fresh rolls straight from the bakery . The decor was a bit dated, But owners doing up gradually
Lovely old building in a beautiful setting. Very kind host and hostess, friendly and chatty. Provided beer in the evening in the beautiful peaceful garden, where we also had breakfast next morning. Very enjoyable stay. The only downside is that, although the location is very nice, there is not mcuh choice where to eat nearby. We ended up going to a local campsite, which actually has a pretty good restaurant and bar.
Was there for only a few hours but the stay was very comfortable.
Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful hosts. Beautiful garden and communal rooms. Interesting place. Comfortable bed. Basic room and bathroom. Nowhere to eat close to hotel the night we stayed.
The cleanliness, location, good service, pet-friendly
Very friendly, excelent value we will come back
location proximity of church (bells), separate bathroom
Personel service by the owner and breakfast in the garden douche facility is not perfect
