Pros: Breakfast was not included, which was more practical in our case, since we headed to the next location relatively early in the morning. Coffee was very good. It's easy walking distance to Sreburna lake, our tour's highlight.
Cons: We liked the place - there were many local people for late lunch and drinks, and coffee in the morning. The hosts seemed to know everybody.
Pros: The room was clean and new, freshly renovated like the entire complex. Free parking in front of the hotel. Big balcony, nice restaurant with a big terrace, even the locals spend time here so you can see the real life of bulgarians.
Cons: The host didn't speak english, but we managed somehow in the end. The bathroom, despite the fact that it's new and clean, it is a bit too small, doesn't have a proper shower cabin. In our room the air conditioning didn't work (on heat) so it was a bit cold in the room.
Pros: We stayed there with ours 3 years old boy and we loved hotel. Everything was perfect good accomoditions helpful employees and highly recomended
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Everything was beyond our expectations. The room was grand and sparkly clean. Strong Internet connection throughout the entire complex. Food from the restaurant was fresh and delicious and at a reasonable price. Staff was extremely friendly and nice.
Pros: The place is near the lake. The beds are comfortable. The room was clean.
Cons: Everything was OK.
Pros: Hospitable owners of the hotel, Green area near the hotel. Free, very convenient parking near the hotel. Cleanliness, neatness, new renovation in the rooms and the perfect order in the hotel and in the rooms. Silence and wonderful singing of birds. Beautiful inexpensive kitchen in the cafe on the first floor of the hotel.
Cons: I would like to stay longer here
Cons: I did not report to the reception at all, the place looked awful outside
Pros: The room was quiet, good size, comfortable for one night. Parking in front of the building was easy. The staff didn't speak English, but we managed to communicate reasonably well.
Cons: There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom, this could be fixed. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room. And we didn't really understand why the guesthouse doesn't offer breakfast when they actually have a restaurant.

Pros: Pleasent host, clear and quiet place
Cons: Long distance to get
Pros: This is B&B in a small village. The host family are both very nice and friendly. The room was small but cozy, with one double bed, a closet and 2 bunk beds for kids. Musquito nets on the windows. The kitchen with a dinning table was in the ext room, and was very nice, overlooking the garden. Outside there is a hammock and two swings, which is great. We did not order breakfast when we reserved the room, but it was offered and prepared on the spot that morning, and was fresh, very generous and delicious.
Cons: it could have been nice to have a proper bathroom, while here it is a shower set connected to the sink. and the room is really tiny. For one night and for the price it is really OK
Pros: We arrived late at night and the owner prepared us a dinner to allow us to stay without needing to go out in a rainy night. She prepared a wonderful dinner, even offering us Raki as a welcome (wonderful couple), and including beer and refreshments for the kids. The apartment was really nice and comfortable, silent , clean and pleasant. Perfect. Breakfast also delicious. And the Price for everything was really good, excellent value/Price ratio. Not really close but well located to visit Srevarna
Cons: the location, diificult to arrive at night.
Pros: Lovely and very well equipped apartment and very friendly and helpful host. Property is a little out of town and was so quiet and the stars were amazing. Could hear wolves howling in the distance.
Pros: Fantastic, home-cooked breakfast. Lovely Apricot jam and Elderflower cordial all produced by the lady. We had something different each morning. Very attractive garden.
Cons: We were very happy there. It was very peaceful.

Pros: Situated outside the town centre this hotel is good hotel for transit purposes. The hotel is spotless the staff are very helpful and restaurant serves decent food. We will use this hotel again.
Pros: Clean and spacious
Cons: Poor breakfast, not healthy or delicious
Pros: When we arrived to the hotel, I was surprized that it is only 1 star hotel. As for me it has to be at least 3 stars. This hotel has automatic light control system, so you don't need to use switchers, with the help of plastic card you will be able to get to your room. The rooms is very neat and tidy. There are 2 parking areas which is under video security system. Breakfast are very tasty and portions are very big, but it's not a big surprize, because it's Bulgaria:) Administrator Sophia is very kind and sincere person;) So if you are planing your vacation to Bulgaria, I would recomend this hotel for 1 night stay.
Cons: Rooms are a little-bit small. But it's okay for 1 night.
Pros: We had a choice for breakfast, and what we had was excellent. It was also served quickly.
Cons: There was not anything that we did not like.
Pros: Very nice and comfortable hotel with incredibly affable host.

Cons: The experience exceeded my expectations.
Pros: Great location not far from Lake Srebarna and the Danube, good accommodation, great food with Mike and Jerry being excellent hosts. Recommended.
Pros: A real homely feel about this b&b with two wonderful hosts who are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The breakfasts were delicious with home made jams and conserves and locally sourced produce. The garden was full of flowers and birdsong and it was lovely to sit in the evening with a glass of wine. There is a nice café in the village that serves tasty basic food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with Mike and Jerry.
Pros: Nice location lovely owners
Cons: Expensive compared to other similar places
Pros: We couldn’t have had a warmer welcome from owners Mike and Jerry they were so friendly but not intrusively so. We enjoyed fabulous breakfasts with home made jams from Jerry. It was great enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sitting in their flower filled garden listening to the birds. The peace and tranquility was a joy. Although evening meals are not an option, there is a very nice restaurant in the village and very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. Thank you for looking after us so well Mike and Jerry.
Pros: Very kind and helpful host.
Pros: Nice pool, good location, nice vintage looking camera.
Cons: All spa facilities besides pool were closed. The breakfast was very poor without hot eggs or omlet. We hat to pay for bath robes even if in booking description they said they provided bathrobes and slippers for free.
Pros: Price and location in the center of the city.
Cons: It is not 5 star hotel...
Pros: Everything was great, location, room, breakfast, parking, pool... cristal glasses (3 types), nice view, tv, a/c was on, waiting for my check-in. Excellent!
Pros: Location and facilities (fitness, swimming pool, restaurant, coffee) are awesome. Also the staff is very pleasant and it’s great value for the money.
Cons: There is some post smoke smell in some of the rooms.
Pros: Swimming pool
Cons: Being served a wine that was pre opened & not good. Was on request served an unopened cheater wine that was good.
Pros: The location, the big room, the friendly staff, the good breakfast, the big beds, the facilities, the surroundings of the hotel, Jack's Fresh across the hotel.
Cons: The not working sauna before it's closing time.
Pros: The food, the location and the cleanliness are excelent! Amazing value for the money we paid. We will come back for a weekend from time to time.
Cons: I'm not sure the staff spoke enough English as to deal with foreigners but they did their best to understand us.
Pros: Nice, friendky and fast servicing personnel. Clean and very comfirtable room.
Pros: Good location.
Cons: This is not a 5* hotel or maybe the room I got wasn't "deluxe" like the description. I just want to mention the lack of air conditioning (just blowing air at maybe 27 degree feeling as a regular fan), no mosquito net to be able to sleep with windows open (having no air conditioning), not even soap on the bathroom, soap dispenser broken.

Pros: Located near to a large supermarket so great for provisions for the following days bike ride.a good clean hotel with helpful staff. Didn't have breakfast so I can't comment re this but everything else seemed good so I'm guessing that would have been too.
Pros: All of it
Pros: There was nothing not to like about this hotel. The staff were attentive and helpful, the décor was nice and was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The location was probably the only thing not to like as it was tucked away in a residential area.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff and a clean, cozy room. They let us store our bikes in the lobby. Decent breakfast. Good location not far for the center.
Cons: Room was very warm, and the AC would turn on but didn't seem to cool the room down below 26. Luckily there were screens in the windows and it was cool outside.
Pros: The rooms were very clean and had all the items needed for a comfortable stay. Did not get a chance to try the free breakfast but it was constantly offered to me by the front desk. Great hospitality.
Pros: The staff is nice and polite, and makes efforts to help. The hotel I just 3 min. walk from a big grocery shop, where you can find even a pharmacy - very convenient if you forgot to take a tooth paste, or need a medicine...
Cons: No variety of food - the hotel offers a set-dish with the so called "continental breakfast" or sandwich. The "continental" dish provides good quantity of food, but is also a big waste as the food is served no matter if you want it, or intend to consume it. The coffee is only "Americano" and not tasty at all.
Pros: The decoration of the house, fountain, swimming pool
Cons: I was the only guest
Pros: Solitude, quite place, bird life in the court yard, the best salad and fresh cooked local fish, great rakia
Cons: That we were not able to stay another day,

Cons: Hostel Victoria tried to charge me again - although I had already paid via Booking. com
Pros: We arrived at 00:30 , a very kind man welcomed us and even offered us homemade food and a Greek salad which he prepared for us at that moment. Next morning we had coffee and another smiley and kind man checked us out. The hospitality was something that we really needed after a long driving trip and it was offered warmly. The property is very fine for its price. Highly recommended if you want to crash somewhere cheap and nice, get some rest and go on with your journey.

Pros: - Location is near a nice park. - For one night is ok.
Cons: - Building is old and needs renovation, as well as the room. - No wifi signal in our room, just in the corridor. - Shower don't have curtain so the whole bathroom gets wet.
Pros: Very fast replaying due to we came in mid of night. Helpful staff , value of that money ! quite good breakfast!
Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The receptionist even remembered me from my previous stay there last summer. The corridors and the cafeteria are old school and interesting for me, kind of 90s style, the rooms are fine, spacious, warm and clean.
Cons: I didn't have any problems with anything during my couple of stays there. However, for those who like to have a room with a view, this is not the place for them. All the rooms are on the ground floor of the building. Don't expect anything luxurious!
Pros: The lady there was a excellent host, would do anything to help. Clean rooms there and close to shopping area. Bit dated there, but the whole area is. Very cheap stay whilst travelling.
Pros: The location
Cons: The lack of shampoo
Pros: The best position just 10 minutes from the train and bus station almost in the center. The equipment of the room was complete and clean. And the central heating was working, which is not usual in Bulgaria, mostly when it was already spring.
Cons: I think typical Balkan hotel with everything somehow OK, but not the best. The price could be little bit lower for this quality. The reception was closed and I had to call a phone number written on the door (with someone, who didn’t speak English and I’m not sure, if he even knew good Bulgarian). Smell of smoke in the room, which is very bad. I also found one of this “things” lying under the night table.
Pros: Staff to speak English .
Pros: The cleaner was cheerful and helpful despite not speaking English.
Cons: The hotel gave the impression of being grubby and unfinished - loose carpet squares, damaged electrical fittings etc. WiFi was not available in my room since it is the source of my entertainment in the evening. The reception staff seemed diffident but performed their roles acceptably. I would have preferred a friendlier reception.
Pros: Great people and very warm.
Cons: Every room in Bulgaria smells like cigarette smoke.
Pros: location view
Cons: difficult to communicate with stuff
Pros: Suitable accommodation for one night on the way. Restaurant, terrace and shop in the building. Old but nice motel.
Cons: The furniture of the hotel is worn out. The hotel already has the best years behind. It is still convenient and the hotel has a nice architecture.
