7.1 Good
Pros: Location was great for accessing local villages.
Cons: Having to make up the beds at 4pm after having left out home at 3am. Having to rent towels. The long list of cleaning requirements that had to be done and the threat of a fine if not done!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect! It is a chateau with a large garden, a big pool and very helpful and kind staff! The apartment is spacious, clean and very well-equipped! We had a large balcony from which the view was beautiful! The whole place is HIGHLY recommended!
Cons: Everything was fine, thank you!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect get away. Middle of nowhere. Ideal
Cons: extensive cleaning required on check out or they charge you loads
6.7 Good
Pros: It was a good location near the Canal du Midi. We didn't eat their breakfast so can't comment. The staff were very friendly. The resort is clean and tidy.
Cons: I paid for a three bed apartment but there wasn't a proper third bedroom. It was a space off the hallway with a single bed and a curtain covering the opening with no door. We wanted the third room to put our 20 month old daughters cot in, it was completely unsuitable with no room for a cot. We ended up having squeeze the cot in to share our room with her. This was far from ideal. I was also not made aware of their cleaning policy before arrival. Without following their detailed list of cleaning requirements there is an additional cost of €110 for a 3 bed. I will attach a photo, but it included usual things you would expect to do anyway such as emptying the dishwasher and garbage bins and sweeping the floors but also cleaning the microwave, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, furniture, sink, dishes, dishwasher, windows, toilets, shower, bath, bath screen, taps, mirror, sinks, garden furniture, mop all the floors and dust and clean marks on the furniture. Now for our three night stay I certainly was not made aware of all the cleaning materials I would need to bring to fulfil their requirements. They provide a mop and bucket and brush and pan in the house. This policy may work for people travelling by car from the continent and their own homes but not for anyone flying to this destination, this cost should be added to any price listed. There are also no towels provided and they must be purchased for your stay at a cost of €7 for 1 hand towel and 1 medium sized shower towel. There are also no towels in the kitchen so a tea towel is also additional. There are also no fans in the apartment so they may be rented for an additional cost per day also. There is a service to order fresh bread and croissants for the following morning which we took advantage of. The bread and croissants were fine but the pain au chocolat was so burnt that it was inedible. Also beds are not made up for stays longer than 2 nights. This is mentioned at booking but also a very strange policy.
