The hotel is in Rodney Bay. You can walk to most everything. The immediate area has residential calm, but is an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. It is not beachfront, but it's not a problem. If you don't mind to walk a little further, you will find a lot of shopping, restaurants, at least one bank and two grocery stores. There are three categories of rooms. I booked the lowest class, but found the room very nice. It contained a living room, balcony with two relaxing chairs, a king size bed, toilet room and a separate bathroom. The bedroom has a partial wall separating it from the living room. The wall was to the ceiling so it would help block sound. Also, not to forget a semi-kitchenette. The kitchenette had faucet, sink, small refrigerator, cabinets, coffee maker, a few plates and some flatware. Missing was a microwave and paper towels. A special feature of this property is the garden. Actually, the property is a garden. You walk through the lovely garden, to find your way to your room. Looking from my balcony, I could see the small pool and lots of vegetation, not just other rooms. The staff was very accommodating and very flexible with the currencies, you can pay with. They take Eastern Caribbean Dollars, American Dollars and Euros. They take Euros, because a lot of French tourists arrive. You are probably best off using your credit card, hopefully a 'no foreign transaction fee' card. There is a large bank just a walk away. It has a couple of ATM's. You can do a withdrawal from your bank account and it will come out in Eastern Caribbean Dollars. There is an ATM fee, which the machine will inform you of. Don't be shocked by the numbers, the exchange rate is 2.7 EC for every US dollar. If you see something for 27 EC then it's price in US dollars is really $10. Just remember to divide by 3 and you will be reasonably safe. Of course if you tip in EC, remember to triple it! Electricity is 220volts, but American outlets are also provided.
Pros: Easy to access staff. No long lines or too busy staff. But, it was off season.

An outdoor pool and a snack bar/deli are other highlights, and rooms offer balconies or patios and flat-screen TVs.
Cons: They did not include all churches. Eg the SDA ( Seventh Day Advetist)
Pros: Variety of food and ease of access to tours. Also, the idea of giving guests orientations to help them navigate their vacation, very helpful.
Cons: I wish they would've done a little something extra for our honeymoon like a free massage or an upgraded room. They did recognize us at dinners with candles on our tables though and decorations.
Pros: My family and I loved this resort. It was exceptionally clean, and the grounds were perfectly manicured with beautiful flowers everywhere. The resort staff was wonderful especially the activities and water sports staff. Rooms exceeded our expectations.
Cons: Most pools closed at 6 pm, with one adult pool staying open until 8 pm.
Pros: The atmosphere was friendly, helpful and courteous. The experience was everything you would ask for. The activities planned nightly was diverse and great. I would gladly book another vacation here.
Pros: Nice clean room, free water sports. No tipping.
Cons: Our reservation was messed up. We did not get the free WiFi in our room as ordered. The one hour ride from the airport. Limited pool hours.
Pros: Loved the All-Inclusive water sports... the water sport staff was very helpful...everything was included from water skiing, banana boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. We also loved all the restaurants...especially Morgans Pier over the water.
Cons: Entertainment past 11PM would be nice!
Pros: The staff was awesome!
Cons: The challenges with making dinner reservations with the resort not being full.
It is a very nice hotel, beautiful foliage and location. Beach was beautiful and just right for out liking.
Pros: I loved the location to view sunset each evening. Loved the close proximity each room is to the ocean even if not beach side. Loved the friendly staff in every area.
Cons: I did NOT like that the requirement for the La Jadin restaurant was long pants. We come to the island with dress shorts & button ups expecting to be well dressed for any occasion. However, we were not allowed to make reservations without long pants.
