Pros: Good overall experience. Helpful staff, quick responses to questions by email. The hotel has pretty much everything you need to enjoy your stay including convenient bus to ski slopes. Good location next to bank, 2 grocery stores and sporting goods stores. Very good value overall. Saunas in basement are a nice touch.
Cons: The bar is very smokey but this seems to be the case for all bars in Austria as everyone seems to be a smoker and if you are not you are out of luck.
