Pros: Very nice relaxing place to stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a lovely view of the mountains, which you could appreciate whilst lying in bed. All meals were cooked to my liking and very tasty. The lady who runs the guest house was very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.
Pros: Lovely people, good room, food was delicious!
Cons: The shower was not that strong (but it was warm), not a big problem. And the WiFi in the room was weak, but down in the dining room it was very good.
Pros: Nice place, kind people

Cons: All the spa facilities were cold including the swimming pools. Not satisfied at all
Pros: We have been excited of a good facilities and friendly staff !
Cons: We spend there 3 nights and the meals which offers the hotel’s restaurant was the same every night .Also the poor variety of meals wasn’t one of our expectations !
Pros: everything and the most good thing was very clean !
Pros: The landscape, the exterior pool, the sauna, the food was ok and diverse(I had better food in other 4 stars hotels in Bansko), rent equipment for ski without suplimentary charge from within the complex, transport to and from gondola, free parking.
Cons: No internet access (available only from spa area), the staff wasn’t speaking english, no water included into the dinner package (demi-pension), no jacuzzi (the one from the room wasn’t functional), the mattress wasn’t so comfortable, the ski bus left us to wait in the parking lot about 15 min (the time and place of pick-up from gondola wasn’t respected).

Pros: The nature is just so beautiful. It's really nice nd calm area OUTSIDE the rooms was gorgeous.
Cons: We were traveling with our two kids (a baby girl who is 6 months old and her brother who is 2 and a half years old) and our dog. When they were checking us in I asked for a place closer to the spa area and the restaurant, they couldn't offer such until the next day but they assured me I will have to walk only 200 meters to the restaurant. (It occurred it was 1 km in direction, so I had to go for the breakfast by car). The double bedroom apartment we were staying in was badly furnitured, cold and small. Most of the furniture was old and broken. It was completely uncomfortable. In the building there were construction works so I had to call every day to ask them to stop making noise since we are there on vacation with two little kids who are sleeping oftenly during the day. On the second day there was an animal (I supposed it was a bird or a squirrel) who got stucked in the bathroom ventilation making terrible noises. We had to call them twice so somebody came to check but did exactly nothing. The poor thing were there for three days. At the check out I couldn't hear it any more. I hope it found a way out but not died there. As a result my son was scared and didn't wanted to use the bathroom. As about the cleaning ... They cleaned the room only once for our 6 nights stay. The other days they were just taking the trash and eventually changing the towels. I had to broom the room by myself in a 5 STAR hotel ...
Pros: The location is nice.
Cons: It’s not worth the money at all. This is not 5 star hotel for sure.
Pros: Nice breakfast and dinner. The outdoor areas are well maintained and very nice for a walk.
Cons: The room was outdated and very cold, so it was heated by fan heaters which are very noisy and totally unacceptable for a hotel. Very small and uncomfortable bed. Cheap and outdated furniture. No direct access to the SPA (it is in the main building) which makes it uncomfortable for use in the winter. I would not recommend booking an apartment in this complex in the winter, maybe the main building would be better.
Pros: We were very pleased with the stay. The hotel's facilities are very good. We are very happy that they ask about our needs and cleanliness every day. I'll go again soon.
Pros: It's the second time we come here. We came back for the breakfast and for the conditions. This year we had a nice lake villa, big enough to accommodate 6 people, with everything we needed.
Cons: Wi-fi did not work all the time, even though we notified the reception about this problem. The cleaning in the house when we got there was not so well done. We notified the reception and they said somebody will come the next day to clean again. Nobody came :) And the most important fact, the villa had a poor isolation. We had a couple of days with snow and hard wind and in 2 of the rooms it was very cold (the rooms on the side from which the wind blew). In the rooms there was a small electric heater and an extra one, but they were not enough. I think in the room with 2 single beds, in the last night, there were like 15 degrees (,,luckily'' our friends had a personal problem and left earlier, because in that room was impossible to stay by night). We notified this at the reception when we left.
Pros: This booking was for two other couples of friend, which rented two studios. The opininons below, are theisrs. Location very nice, the whole complex is beautiful. Good spa conditions, we had a bonus, since the ski season was not at it's peak, we received free ski equipment.
Cons: The food was not as good as last year (this is the second time we come here).

Pros: comfortable, quite room, great view, friendly stuff, good restaurant, safe area, hiking and biking routes around, close to mineral pools, ski tracks
Cons: better if you have a car to go there
Pros: Very friendly staff. Great view. Nice clean room. Quiet mountain area with clean air and beautiful nature.
Cons: Not enough veggie options at the restaurant. Some basic menu items were not available because of the low hotel occupancy.

Pros: This place is a sacred place. I is not well described by the indicators above, because in this place one doesn't expect much for materialism. the experience is of calmness and nature. nevertheless the facilities are well enough, and the family restaurant is working from 8-22. the food is good, the horses were great and happy there, the people and the music. special place...
Cons: nothing really in the given circumstances ( a real farm hotel), nothing could minimize the respect for the effort the staff put in.
Pros: The envorinment, the animals, the quiteness, the food, the nice service, the fresh air!
Cons: The last 2 km to reach the house are in a very rocky road. Very rough for a regular car.
Pros: Excellent horses and trails. Food was very good and staff accommodating.
Cons: Road to the property was in very bad shape.
Pros: The food was ok. The lady at the reception was very kind.
Cons: There was strange bad smell everywhere on ground floor including our room. There is no real road to the property.
Pros: lovely nature; mountain views; great owners; home-type breakfast; peace; children-friendly yard

Pros: Clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bed and nice seating area. We were upgraded to the lux room which was fantastic. The restaurant offered nice food and friendly service.
Cons: Breakfast could be more varied.
Pros: lovely family hotel , great prices .
Pros: Everything was great
Pros: plenty of food provided. Staff very helpful at all times.
Cons: small water leak in bathroom
Pros: Location is nice. Close to razlog main square, a supermarket and the park.
Cons: Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We had a sofa bed which was like sleeping on the springs themselves. We needed to ask for a special matress to sleep on. The shower is awful. I mean yes, its a big tub, but the handle is horrible to shower with. Beakfast is a joke. Cold coffee served in dirty cups, and for espresso you pay an extra. No hot food, everything is cold and looks as of its been waiting there for days. One morning an employee was smoking inside the breakfast room. Almost always, reception is empty. Help yourself.
Pros: Very friendly owners.

Bansko Ski Resort is 5 km from Villa Victoria Thermal Spa. The ski lift is 7 km away.
Pros: Accommodation was great. Pet friendly .Cozy place in mountain with outside pool with hot water. Service was top. Has own restaurant with delicious food. recommend it!!
Pros: Beautiful room design, comfortable beds, excellent thermal pool, nice spa zone (but needs some repairs). Very polite and helpful staff. Fine location at the edge of the village. Good place for a short stay, but has some shortcomings for longer vacation.
Cons: Quality of services doesn’t correspond to the initial impression of a high quality hotel. Breakfast is poor, with same cheap products (not so tasteful cheese, jam and fake honey) every morning. But coffee was good. A bit more attention would make it a delicious breakfast, but we doubt there was any intention for making it. Bed sheets weren’t changed for entire stay (5days), moreover the room was not served at all for the last day. Although the outdoor thermal pool is excellent, the loud music blared from morning till late as 10 PM is not, and distrubs the tranqulity of the place, even the sleep. The pool is crowded at the evenings, so the water is not always so clean as a result. A better lighting is needed to find the rooms in the dark corridors.
Located in Banya, Guest House Kristo features a garden and a shared lounge. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and on-site parking is provided. At the guest house, every room is fitted with a terrace. Some rooms have a kitchen with an oven and a fridge. All units include a wardrobe. A continental breakfast is served each morning at the property. Guest House Kristo offers a sauna and a small hot mineral pool. Bansko is 6 km from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Sofia Airport, 90 km from Guest House Kristo.
Pros: Everything was perfect, the staff was incredible.
Pros: Unique hospitable owners! Extremely warm and good people! The house is new, comfortable and completely in the style of the Pirin area. Very comfortable beds and quilts. A delicious breakfast of local specialties at the requested time. Extremely recommended! Very top !!!
Pros: We are frequent visitors to Selo Banja, and our stay at the Kristo Guest House was enjoyable. It was easy to find it and park the car. The location is indeed in a frequented part of the village, close to the spas and many fine restaurants. The rooms were well designed, clean and comfortable. The wifi worked fine. The breakfast was generous.
Cons: The only concern is the price-to-quality ratio. While the Kristo Guest House does offer good services, its prices are relatively high in the region, and, unfortunately, guests receive little extra features for their money. The pools, for example, are rather small. We were unfortunate enough to share the house with a group of some 10 people, who were nice, but they "monopolized" the 3x3 jacuzzi pool. It would have been embarassing for my family with little kids to ask for some time for ourselves, we went to another spa instead (and paid a ticket). It was also awkward at this price level that some basic features were not included in the price. Be ready to pay a hefty EUR7/person for bathrobes, and pay for your morning coffee, because it is is not included in the otherwise generous breakfast. We also did not like that the bathroom was so typical for the region: no shower cabin, only a drain hole in the middle of the bathroom. You see, i's quite messy after you take a shower. I would hesitate to mention this as something negative, but at this price level you would expect more compliance with the European standards.
Pros: The house is in an excellent condition, sparkling clean and is equipped with a nice small sauna. Hosts are really friendly and the breakfast included in the price was pretty good.
Pros: Very clean, tidy, with awesome staff, very polite and informative about the village sights. There’s going to be a mineral pool in the house soon!
Pros: Very kind hostess, very clean and warm room.
Pros: GH Kristo is a new house with very wellcome host Elli. I stayed in double room with private bathroom. The room is good size with private balcony and comfy big bed. Also GH Kristo has sauna and new pool and spa in final stage and soon will be functional. Apart of different mineral pools it surrounded mountains place where you can bike and I really enjoyed jogging at evening time. Bansko just 5 km.and it was very nice to visit this winter skying resort. Highly recommend this lovely place.Thank you,Elli.
Pros: A really nice place with a very good location, right next to the center. House and everything is new.Our room was clean with new furniture and it has everything you need. Beautiful and stylish backyard. The host there was really polite and helpful. We were there for only one night, but definitely we will go back again. Many Thanks for everything.
Facilities and services include restaurant, bar, wireless Internet access at public areas, parking, gym, spa, meeting room, elevator and 24-hour reception. Rooms feature fridge, minibar, heating, air conditioning (extra charge), wireless Internet access, safe, TV, telephone, hairdryer and balcony or terrace.
Pros: Five minute walk to town centre and bus station.Modern hotel with good facilities and helpful staff.
Cons: On checking out we were charged 16 Leva for tea and coffee that we drank in our room.We had presumed tea and coffee suplied on a tray in the room was included in the cost of the room as has been the case in all other hotels that we have stayed in throughout Europe. It is not the cost that annoyed us but the principle.
Pros: Pleasant surroundings - lobby, restaurant, room, etc. The staff was also polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. I found that the decoration was very tasteful.

Bansko Ski Resort is 17 km away. All the rooms come with hardwood floors and wooden furniture. They are equipped with a TV and a private bathroom. The balcony with garden or mountain view is also featured. The lush and well-kept garden invites guests to relax. Guests can make use of the summer terrace with barbecue facilities. Razlog Ski Resort can be reached within 17 km. An airport pick-up can be organised at a surcharge. Free private parking is possible on site.
Pros: Beautiful view to three different mountain views, accommodating staff
Cons: All was very nice, I would just recommend that they offer slippers to guests, since the house has a no shoe policy
Pros: Intimate room with a view of the vegetable garden, surrounding fields and distant mountains. Small balcony with two chairs outside. Beds comfortable, wifi good. Bathroom small but adequate. We were served an evening meal of three courses (salad, meat with mushrooms and mashed potatoes, crepe and jam with cream, accompanied by home-made fruit juice) but did not have any choice about the dishes. We were charged 50 leva for this meal for 2 persons. As a comparison, we also had an evening meal in the fancy hotel about 100 metres away, where we paid 28 leva including the tip for a very tasty and filling dish each (more or less the most expensive items on the menu) and a bottle of wine. Breakfasts were varied (different on each of the three days we spent there) but a little cheerless. The coffee was good, but the bread was white and humdrum, the cheese and cold cuts were bargain basement items.
Cons: The description is not accurate. The property is not located "in a forested area", it is located at the edge of the village surrounded by agricultural fields with scattered trees and bushes. There is no "tavern", there is a dining room for guests. Parking is not available on site, even the owners park in the muddy lane outside the house. Our room was on the top floor, accessed by two external metal spiral staircases, which could be a problem if you have bulky luggage or cannot handle spiral staircases, so it really ought to be mentioned in the description. We were initially attracted by the description of a property with a tavern and free parking in the forest, so we were somewhat disappointed by the reality, a quite ordinary house beside a muddy lane on the outskirts of the village.
Pros: Amazing hospitality - like a home away from home!
