Pros: Nothing is to much trouble for the staff, everything was 1st class.
the hotel is part of Bolton Football Club. On matchdays it can be quite chaotic, but you expect that. the hotel is close to a complex I identified about 15 years ago as an up and coming 'place to live.' I am pleased it has lived up to expectations. Whites' staff go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. All credit to them.
Pros: the staff are friendly and welcoming, Sarah, in reservations made contact with me by email, and helped me out. I was grateful for this.

Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out the restaurant, and the bar/lounge is the perfect spot to grab a drink at the end of the day. There's also a garden, and rooms at this upscale guest house offer flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: The facilities and location was good. Pub/restaraunt across the way as an option to inhouse. Big car park so parking no problem. Room looks nice but everything sort of feels dated. Bath/shower, not just shower and water was hot.
Cons: Having a pool is all well and good, even paying £5 to use it. But needing to use it at 6am to avoid having to share with large numbers of none residential visitors makes it somewhat impractical. The Hotel also promotes Party/Wedding events, so expect 'disturbance' to run late into the night, even when located on 'premium' top floor. Promoting TV channels to find you only get about 10, with only one none freeview is misleading. Really felt it was expensive for what was delivered.

Busy hotel with breakfast included which was ok but lacked something but was adequate of a good start to the day. Easy to find and peaceful despite overlooking the motorway. Plenty of free car parking. Drinks a little on the pricey side but hey it is a hotel and that is the norm isn't it?
Pros: The nice staff and cleanliness of rooms
Cons: One drawer in the bedroom would have been nice to store underwear in as everything open plan including wardrobe
