With a stay at Gästehaus Gut Hermannsberg in Niederhausen, you'll be steps from Nahe River and a 3-minute drive from Doennhoff Winery. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location was amazing - beautiful views over the valley. We got a complimentary glass of sparkling wine (from the vineyard itself) when we arrived, which set a good tone. The guest house was a beautiful old stone building and pretty spotless. Waking up in the morning to the stillness of the valley was lovely.
Cons: I wish they would offer free cancellations - takes some of the stress out of the planning process. There was a lot of ladybirds in the room that came in through the window which presumably had been open a while. I didn't mind that much, but maybe just putting up some gauze or making sure they are out before guests arrive would be good.
Pros: We loved our stay here. As it was winter the vines were not in season however it was a beautiful quiet get away. Lovely staff who upgraded our room and allowed a late check out. Very helpful and offered to make bookings for local restaurants for us. Would definitely revisit and would love to stay in the summer time.
Pros: Everything just perfect. Very beautiful place. Should have stayed longer..
Pros: Perfect location and surrounding , really breathtaking, very nicely designed room and very friendly staff

Pros: A delightful place to stay in, dinner at the restaurant was simply awesome!
Pros: Great location to walk around, many places to eat within short distances. Free parking Breakfast included Nicely designed restaurant in the hotel offering tasty food.
Cons: There is a building just across the street being demolished by heavy equipment . As a result it is noisy and dusty particles from demo site fly towards the hotel. Poor room design especially the bathroom with a glass sliding door (sic!) offering not much of privacy . Location of the bathroom just opposite to the bed makes it really challenging to use the bathroom in night time with the light beaming through the glass door into the room. Not to mention that obviously it is not soundproof.

Pros: Modern building/rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, ample parking.
Pros: The food was excellent and the staff were wonderful as well
Pros: good standard business hotel
Cons: CSR - hotel claims 'Nachhaltigkeit' but - towels were renewed each day although we followed the instructions to hang them and we did not put them on the floor - even soap bar was replaced and the one we used a couple of times was disposed The concept of CSR is good but the employees should be instructed accordingly Room Service \ Food: on Sunday night, there was no possibility to receive food at the hotel (brochure does not specify this) we had to take the car, there are no restaurants or food places in walking distance
Pros: Clean,good breakfast,acommodating staffs
Cons: Television should add more english channels, netflix doesnt work
Pros: Reception staff wa excellent they are so accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and location is good for us. I can recommend this to my friends and sure will stay here again next year in our international assembly again.
Cons: Breakfast staff was not helpfull, accommodating and friendly...
Pros: I like that the hotel is close to stores and other shopping facilities when you’re driving a car (just some minutes away). The room is very clean! The breakfast is satisfying. The drinks at the bar are superb! And the staff were super friendly! Very recommendable hotel! ☺️
Cons: The telephone signal in the room is always choppy, especially when we try to call our friends in the other rooms. Free wi-fi limits you with just sending and receiving messages, not with streaming or downloading bigger files. Otherwise, it’s manageable because we have our own mobile data.
Pros: Clean and spacious
Pros: Better than the normal German Standard. All fresh and tasty. Great choise, from cheasto m, eggs (several versions) fruit etc

Cons: Pillow is really not comfortable
Pros: Room was very spacious and comfortable.
Cons: Restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening. Meant a walk to find food! Wifi did not seem to allow access to any websites or apps outside of Germany.
Cons: Walls too thin, could hear sounds from next room. Take a noise generator.
Pros: Plenty of different breakfast tea, fruit , bread, cheese.
Cons: No kettle in the room. No balcony. Paper thin walls, could hear neighbors TV and every spoken word .
Cons: Temperature was too warn in the corridor and in the room and aircon was not functioning

Pros: The hotel itself is charming with its own history and antique furnitures. Too bad we were just there for a night. It would have been interesting to know more about its history and discover its surroundings. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The food served were delicious - prepared with fresh ingredients and cooked well, and they have a fine wine selection. The rooms are clean and well prepared.
Pros: All as listed, a wonderful location in the middle of the Schloßböckelheimer Felenberg. A solid Landhotel with a decent regional kitchen
Cons: Right on the train tracks. Non smoking room smelt like an ashtray.
Pros: Beautiful setting, friendly helpful owners/ staff, great value.
Cons: Trains whizzing by did not bother me but could bother some.
With a stay at Land-gut-Hotel BurgBlick in Bad Kreuznach, you'll be steps from Nahe River and a 3-minute drive from Theodorshalle Saltworks.
Pros: Very good bed. Interesting sauna. Nice garden. Very peaceful. Very nice lady serving breakfast.
Pros: Brilliant place I would highly recommend this hotel
Pros: Very good breakfast buffet. Nice room. Very near to the places we wanted to visit.
Pros: Great view of the castle from the balcony (if you are lucky to get a room with a view). Great location to explore the Nahe region, the wineries, by bike, on foot, etc and close to the village center for restaurants. Good breakfast.
Cons: The staff was not available for advice and recommondation of activities.
Pros: Location was excellent and plenty of parking spaces
Cons: We arrived on Tuesday there was no one at reception. We had to call them and after our check in we asked about booking a table for our evening meal but were informed that the restaurant was closed on Tuesday. We took our luggage to our room and went back to reception to ask for the wifi password and again there was no one there. Maybe things are different when it isn't Tuesday?
Pros: Great food, fridge in the room, parking on site, breakfast included Beautiful view from room 12
Cons: double bed instead of king size as it is other hotels
Pros: The location is excellent. The welcome was very friendly and helpful. An upgrade to a room with a view of the Burg was much appreciated. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast: particularly the ripe fruit and specialty cheese.
With a stay at Hotel Victoria in Bad Kreuznach, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Nahe River and Kurhaus Saltworks. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom!
Cons: The breakfast was okey, but i would ad more vegetables for example.
Pros: Perfect place to stay! Great hotel staff
Cons: Restaurant in the hotel was also very good, but the restaurant staff seemed to be trying to rush you. Felt like a USA restaurant
Pros: The view out of the window was directly to the river.
Cons: The room was quite cold when we arrived.
Pros: The view of the river was fantastic. The floor to ceiling windows opened up to it. Also had dark out blinds for sleeping in. The location to the Baderhaus was very close. The staff we checked in with was nice. Italian restaurant up a couple blocks was fantastic.
Cons: Breakfast was just ok. You had to subscribe with your email for WiFi. Rooms a bit dated but not bad. The staff we checked out with had a slight attitude. (Different person than checking in with.)
Pros: Hotel was ok if you didn't want to go into town
Cons: NO Bar or restaurant and none nearby , so if like me you can not walk far you are stuck at hotel . shows as beside river but no outside access to sit or view it.
Pros: Good position on river and in a pleasant part of the town
Cons: Parking (nature of) availability was ambigous/unclear
Pros: Location is great is quiet residential suburb with river walk close by. Rooms are clean and tidy and an awesome breakfast is available with plenty of choice and good quantities. This is the fourth time we have used the hotel. We will certainly use it again.
Pros: Simple place, a little dated perhaps but perfectly ok - good value for money.
Pros: the ambiance of the breakfast room was so comforting, welcoming, serene...and the food was incredible...I have stayed here twice before over many years, and the consistency of the first quality offerings in remarkable! Love this hotel best of all in all my travels!!!
Pros: Nice hotel by the river. Actually by the rapids. Very nice view from window. Good breakfast, helpfull staff. Ask staff about parking on the street. We left our car untill 9 am and received warning or smth in german. Probably will receive fine to pay ?
Cons: We were not informed about parking on the street.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: The room was above the kitchen and smelt bit of cooking oil
Pros: The owner was kind and helpful.
Cons: We could open all the windows to have some fresh air only to the backyard where the restaurant desks are. The guests were smoking and talking loudly until midnight. Room 16.

The spa towns of Bad Kreuznach and Bad Münster can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
Pros: The staff were very friendly, sweet even. The room was a little dates but nice and the bedding smelled very fresh and flowery. It's a rather quiet location, the surroundings very beautiful. They have good quality food for dinner.
Cons: I was the only one at breakfast and it there weren't any eggs or fruit. Besides that, it was fine. I asked for some heated milk and the were happy to make this for me.
Pros: Even than I arrived late that night the lady at the bar gladly showed me the room and also offered a beer.
Cons: The price before reservation was 37,- EUR, after I did reservation it jumped to 42,- EUR. So I had to pay cash 42,-
Pros: Hotel Michel Mort is located right at the heart of the historic Old Town in Bad Kreuznach, close to a number of restaurants and bars, but at the same time its location in Eiermarkt is peaceful and secluded, away from the busier streets nearby. The hotel has an old-world feel and real character. It is also within easy walking distance of the famous Kurpark, which is just a few hundred meters along the Nahe river. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in providing advice about local transportation. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had time to stay longer.
Cons: The only thing to remember is that if you arrive before the stated check-in time of 4pm, there may not be anyone at reception. So, if you plan to arrive early, it would be best to let the hotel know.
Pros: The hotel is beautifully styled, with real wood. The personnel is very friendly and accomodating. The room was good with the hottest shower on earth (adjustable).
Cons: Do not change anything.
Pros: Big room and toilet area
Cons: WiFi could be stronger
Pros: Friendly staff. Close to a couple of nice restaurants in old traditional street. Room ok, if a little small.
Cons: The room was a little small. Finding parking proved nearly impossible and it wasn't until we reached the hotel (on foot) after 'parking', a little distance away, that we were shown proper parking (by the friendly receptionist) down the smallest of alleyways. The town itself seemed to be undergoing major rebuilding works around the main pedestrian areas. making it very dusty and unclean.
Pros: The staff
Cons: Bar was closed little early
Pros: Old style German guest house with wonderful staff in a charming building. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Parking is tough to find, but once you do, there are dedicated spaces for the hotel
Pros: Lovely specious room and great location. Easy to get everywhere on foot
Cons: Quite pricey once you add all the taxes and breakfast fees would much prefer all inclusive prices when booking
Pros: Good location (but difficult if you have a car) in old downtown Bad Kreutznach. Hotel room was clean and pretty. Traditional German, and tastefully decorated. Nice bathroom (shower).
Cons: Parking is difficult. We thought free parking, but that was only available for 6 cars. Drive to hotel is scary! Narrow passageway. We ended up parking in public parking area. Had to drag suitcases to/from parking. Not horrible, but inconvenient. Worried about keeping track of time and adding money to park. This is an old hotel... It is charming, but a lot of work to drag big suitcases up and along 4 levels and long, dark hallways. When we finally reached our room, it smelled strongly of cigarettes. Staff, one lady, was very accommodating and switched us to another room, but experience was not good, and tiring.
Pros: The location is very nice at the old side of the city.
Cons: The premises is old. There is no elevator. The staff doesn't speak good English. The reception closes at 21:00. There is no restaurant for dinner. Its price rate should be must lower than the current.
Pros: The location was perfect!
Cons: The stairs are hard to negotiate with your luggage and the room number scheme is weird. Our room was 202 on the third floor.
Located in Bad Kreuznach, Hotel Figo is a 1-minute drive from Nahe River and 9 minutes from Schlossgut Diel. Planning an event in Bad Kreuznach? This hotel has facilities measuring 1184 square feet (110 square meters), including a meeting room. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: No reception. Just an irritable German voice giving a code number to open the gate to the yard. Nobody turned up to greet us. No bar, no food, nothing. Just an envelope telling us that breakfast was at sometime in the morning. The hotel is in a commune about five miles from Bad Kreuznach. There is nothing near the hotel and Bad Kreuznach is a dump. Full of industrial sites. It is awful.
Cons: All of the above and more besides. No attractiveness at all. It should be taken if Booking.com listings.
Pros: The rooms are nice overall, even have a fan in the room. Not something you see often in Germany and have ambiance as with the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.
Cons: Lots of stains on the carpet in the room. Finding a place to park during check in. There is no parking in front of the building and it's a main Street.

With a stay at Hotel Engel im Salinental in Bad Kreuznach, you'll be a 4-minute walk from Theodorshalle Saltworks and a 4-minute drive from Kurhaus Saltworks. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, luggage storage, and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable and so was the bed. The breakfast buffet and coffee were excellent. I had stayed there for six nights and then returned for one night several days later on my way back home. By the time I was ready to leave I was treated like family. Since I was coming back; they even allowed me to leave some of my items there so I would not have to haul them around with me to my next destinations. It is an older building; but in this case old does not mean bad. They run a great operation and I'll bet they are busy in the tourist seasons.
Cons: The shower stall was a little small for me (I am 6' 5"/290), but I managed. If you are not an NFL lineman; you shouldn't have any problems. My last night there on the first part of my stay, the Wi-Fi/Internet in the room (until then, excellent) had became almost useless. They apologized and admitted there was a problem with it and showed me why. They had begun installation of a brand new phone/communications system for the hotel that day. They gave me access to their Wi-Fi in the lobby to finish what I needed to do. When I had returned to the hotel the next week, the Wi-Fi was again strong in the room.
Pros: The breakfast was lovely. The room was spacious and furnished very modern. The hotel is located outside the city in a forest-like area sonst invited for hikes and runs and maybe a swim during the summer. I didn’t get a chance to go, but the hotel offered a sauna as well.
Cons: The elevator was a tad sketchy and they did not offer lactose free items at breakfast.
Pros: Breakfast was nice, parking area has enough space and free of charge.
Cons: Wifi was not working with password in the room. Reception was closed after 21:00.
Pros: This is a pleasant hotel, not the most modern, but relaxed and comfortable. I had a 'corner' room on an upper floor, so good views in 2 directions. A good-sized room, good ensuite facilities, and pleasant staff. The buffet breakfast was good too.
Cons: Although the location is convenient for access by car (and produces good views), it's a steep walk down to the town and local restaurants (and seems steeper coming back!). I'd have liked tea/coffee making facilities.
Pros: Good hotel for most of the things Good view
Cons: Need a curtain maybe for the toilet Some smell from the paint of the furniture
Pros: The short stay was very comfortable. The fact of having the carpet never gives me a full sense of cleanliness, but the room was clean, equipped with a minibar, a comfortable armchair and a large window. The breakfast buffet was good and offered quality products, the staff really helpful, courteous and qualified, especially Mrs. Anna who also offered us soft drinks during the time we were in the lobby to prepare our work.
Cons: The only flaw was a rather annoying whistle coming from some other room in the building or outside.
Located in Bretzenheim, Hotel Grüner Baum is a 1-minute drive from Nahe River and 8 minutes from Rittergut Bangert Museum. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Comfortable rooms
Cons: Limited selection at breakfast based on anticipated number of guests.
Pros: It is very quiet , bread was hot, staff is wonderfull
Pros: Our room was very a good size ,warm and comfortable, it was at the rear of the hotel so there was no traffic noise The bathroom was super clean, The choice of food for breakfast excellent, We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and we would certainly recommend it
Cons: The television was too far away from the bed
Pros: The Breakfast which was included and very good. The Restaurant staff was great.
Cons: This was a pretty small town, and not much to do unless You can go hiking or biking.
Pros: Great staff and very nice location. Would recommend it to all people staying the the area.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Planning an event in Bad Kreuznach? Pros: Bed was really good. Site and surrounding really great.
Cons: Rooms were a little small.
Pros: Good location for traveling, easy to reach from motorway. Interesting hotel in two buildings, 500m apart. The restaurant is excellent and well worth the money, built into the ruins of a castle with wonderful views. Large comfortable bedroom. Lots of parking. Really good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.
Cons: It was all good
Pros: Very comfortable room! Incredibly scenic location. I didn't realize their restaurant was perched where the old castle was. It's been there since the early 1600's! Very lovely, comfortable, and historic place to stay. Nice and quiet. Lovely breakfast nook and free bike rentals.
Cons: Shower was a bit small. The description says there is a pool in the hotel but it's only a dry sauna. Only brochures/available information is in German but you can find better info at the Tourist Information Center at the Thermal Baths in the town center.
Pros: Breakfast location and comfort. Also great friendly service.
Cons: Room a little too warm. Didn't realise til check out we could have borrowed a fan
Pros: Great location above the town. VERY quiet and relaxing. Free onsite parking Good sized room and comfortable Good bathroom No air con or fan so would be hot in high summer. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The Hotel was very quiet, the restaurant was closed however we stayed only one night on Sunday which is a quiet night as explained by the friendly staff member.
Cons: A fan would have been a welcome option or to be offered. Generally a nice place to stay and would use again if in the area.
