The hotel had a sewer smell coming and going. Wouldn't have booked had known. They had shoe cleaning service but my shoes looked like they hadn't even been touched. Staff was not good at relaying messages to the house keeping or salon. We nice to try and fix the salon and extended problem but other than that. Bad staff communication

Cons: soon as I got there, asked to extend my stay,booked a massage for same day. When arrived to salon,they didn't have me scheduled for one.they didn't extend my stay when I told them too. Didn't clean my room when asked too. Didn't fix the broken curtain.
