9.5 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean and comfortable
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly helpful thoughtful owners, very clean modern rooms
Cons: Unfortunately a room with a view of the marina also means a lot of traffic noise if windows open
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was a delightful surprise for us as we made our way to Quiberon and a ferry to one of the Morbihan islands. It was comfortable, with chic interior design, and the hosts were friendly and helpful to us (even printing out many pages of tickets for the ferry for us). There was a stellar breakfast buffet! I hope we can return so that we can sample their wine bar -- the hosts trained as sommeliers!

Pros: I love everything in this place. The host is wonderful, they made me feel like at home.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything! But most especially the wonderful care and attention the lovely owners lavished on us. They had laminated maps, and brochures and all manner of wonderful itinerary ideas, like a visit to Saint-Cado for our “artist’s eyes.” Françoise is a former teacher of the Breton language and culture, and her love and enthusiasm for her land was just brimming over. Monsieur made almost all of the wonderful breakfast goodies; the bread, the crepes, jams, apple compote, even the caramel sauce for his buckwheat crepes. Over the top! An absolutely Exception experience. Oh, and the accommodations were spacious and new . . . Wonderful attention to detail!

7.5 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable (but small) room. Nice location within a short distance many points of interest and good beaches.
Cons: The room was much smaller than expected. The coffee machine, microwave and fridge were not in the room as they appeared to be on the Booking.com site; we were expecting to have the stated facilities in the room and provide our own breakfast. On arrival however, we were asked what time we wanted breakfast next morning. As we had already paid for everything in full this seemed a pleasant surprise but on leaving we were stumped with a bill for breakfasts (at 10 euros each per day). As far as I'm aware it was not mentioned at any time or shown anywhere at the guest house that there would be an additional charge. Would like a radio or TV in the room considering the price.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very helpful owners
Cons: Bedroom was a bit cramped

Pros: The hotel was gorgeous, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection and the pool was a welcome retreat after a hot day cycling.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel as we had to make an unscheduled emergency stop over. Exceeded all our expectations. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble
5.5 Okay
Pros: Pleasant staff and atmosphere good despite very cramped hotel.
Cons: Our Junior suite was dark pokey and not good value. Dark bathroom, poor lighting generally, very cramped terrace felt hemmed in. Really wanted to change rooms, it was on ground floor. So close to next room could hear everything. Two step s in corridor just painted white so very dangerous could miss footing and did. I spoke to owner who was pleasant but hotel was full. Did not think good value at all at 259 euros a night. Breakfast extra, first morning only tinned fruit salad no fresh fruit, stale croissants, no natural yog. Bad coffee. Just not the standard I was expecting for 4 star.

Cons: Husband didn't like the optional breakfast price of 9 euros, per person, for continental breakfast. He said it wasn't worth the money but it saved us time looking elsewhere, as we had to continue on to our next destination.
6.8 Good
Pros: Walking distance to restaurants.

Cons: Breakfast area to near main doors
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice newish hotel tucked away on a commercial park and next to the cinema, chain style restaurant and swimming pool. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room comfortable and spacious. As well as very good value for money. The restaurant too was good and the food well cooked and good value. Excellent walk in shower, tea and coffee facilities and bottled water in the room too. Would stay again when in Auray.
Cons: Minor niggles really, the breakfast we found expensive, although it was not as expensive as some hotels. They could do with another coffee machine as there was always a queue to use it and many people struggled to operate it (so tuition would help time taken to produce a cup!). The restaurant closed over the weekend although there is a restaurant next door (not vegetarian) and you need a car to get back into town and the roads can be busy.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Bathroom/shower was superb. Room was comfortable but hot though fan helped

Pros: Spacious and clean room. The bed linens and towels are clean, fresh and crisp. The staffs were very friendly and warm and the food that I had was delicious and well presented! Nothing like a tourist food! Had I hired a car during this trip, I would have stayed here for the remaining days of my trip.
Cons: The room is not sir conditioned!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: All ok
Cons: The restaurant was not open on Saturday Sunday and Monday was this because of Easter?

Pros: We arrived when the hotel was almost empty as it was before the season began, and were upgraded to a suite with a living room overlooking the water which was really beautiful. The room was very comfortable and our breakfast in the room the next morning was delicious. I think that in season perhaps you can eat dinner at the hotel, but we were directed to Le Chantier nearby where we had a fantastic, though not inexpensive, meal. It would be fun to come visit again in season.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was large. Clean and really comfortable. The location was beautiful and the staff more than helpful.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The decor was very nice indeed and the lounge area was a good size and had big picture windows with nice views.
Cons: The room was very small, cramped in fact, which considering the price was not good. A nice place but too expensive for what it was.

Cons: The towels were VERY thin & we would have preferred softer bedding as it ‘crackled ‘ every time one of us turned over giving us a disturbed sleep.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Big comfy bed and big clean shower.
Cons: Some noise from nearby traffic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel does not have a restaurant but the breakfast was very good. To eat in the evening it is necessary to leave the Hotel or have a limited menu delivered to your room. I think this could be made clearer on the website. The Hotel is good value for money and is in a convenient location just off the motorway. Easy access to Port Gaustain via the motorway or through Auray

Pros: The location is so close to the road down to the Auray-St. Goustan bridge and square. The room is small but clean. After 9:30 the restaurant and bar closed, and it was very quiet. The young lady who serves both bar-restaurant and hotel is most pleasant. Free parking nearby.

Pros: The hotel was opposite a car park so easy for parking, and great for access for the town. We were upstairs on the second floor over the bar, and had no trouble with the noise of the cafe. They were putting the tables away but it was 10:00. The room was cool. Breakfast was very good. And the bed was hugh.
Cons: The afternoon gentlemen bartender manager chap was dour (Odd) - He seemed somewhat uninterested he never smiled once. Everyone else was super nice.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is a bit surprising on the edge of the forest and river with woodland walks straight out of the door The approach past the school and national gendamerie looks a little off-putting, but it is fine. The location is excellent and within walking distance of the lovely old town and quayside. A good choice for us At breakfast we watched a nuthatch feeding its young in a nest up an oak tree as we were at that height a real treat
Cons: Dinner service was slow - insufficient staff for the number of diners But in the scale of things not really an issue

Pros: It was excellent value for money and a great location to explore the area. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble.
Cons: Some element dated. They have tried to improve the decor with subtle touches but it's tired underneath. Typical older Best Western. No electric car charging stations. No air con would be a nightmare in the height of summer.

Pros: Free parking lot.
Cons: Noisy neighbours late at night.

Pros: The situation on the golfe de Morbihan. The friendly staff and the room were excellent.
Cons: Unfortunately there was a miscommunication about the price of the breakfasts with taking a crepe or a piece of ham from the buffet incurring an extra cost. Petty! The second problem is all too common in France: dogs were allowed ( and present) in the dining room. I object to dogs sharing my eating space!
