Pros: It’s a huge building lovely and old on the outside all modern inside... all in all I like the place as a one night stop over
Cons: It’s a working convent... so the are nuns doing their thing and rules to follow..also the dining hall set up is a little bit regimented for a hotel

There is an elevator in the building and in your room a bed , cloth-cupboard , table , chair and shower+toilet :) ... but no TV . Good central heating . Dinner ( simple ) at 18.30 / 6.30 p.m. Breakfast ( nice ) at 08.00 / 8 a.m. If you don't wish to have dinner in the monastery there is a small restaurant called " Bellevue " that serves salads , ( simple ) pizzas , cold plates and schnitzel ( about 5 minutes walking ) . Guests of this family-run hotel can enjoy the hotel’s indoor swimming pool and the spa, which offers 2 saunas and a range of relaxation treatments and fitness programs. The Muller’s restaurant serves fresh, seasonal cuisine and regional specialties in the dining room. Guests can also enjoy a game of billiards in the hotel games room and sunbathe in the garden.
Pros: Pleasantly appointed room with good walk in shower in the bathroom. Dinner ok food not up to much. Presentation somewhat amateur and hamfisted. Would not return
Cons: Attitude towards a disabled person not helpful. Left me waiting in the rain on my mobility scooter before gaining access to the hotel. Same again at the restaurant, took some 20 minutes to simply open a different door to let me in. Both buildings have steps at the front entrances and no disabled access. They advertise disabled facilities ! The restaurant is away from the bedroom facilities in a seperate building. Attitude of staff in restaurant appaling and placed on a table in a corner well out of the way of the main part. Their attitude to my husbands gluten allergy/ceiliac was just so unhelpful and the chef obviously was not prepared to bother about it !!!

Pros: Nice hotel in the town center. Clean and comfort room, good breakfast. Easy to find parking. Supermarket nearby.
Pros: This is value for money: a slightly outdated room, adequate breakfast, a small swimming pool and a spa. Rooms are basic but clean. Location is right in the middle of the small town and a good starting point for local hikes.
Pros: Great location for a good price.
Cons: Breakfast was minimal but okay for the price. Room for improvement. We have never seen a notice in an elevator to not use the elevator after 10pm for fear of it getting stuck :/
Pros: a little village in between the hills/mountains of the Elzas. Wonderful for hiking
Cons: options for breakfast. Though not a big eater with breakfast there was not much to conisder choosing
Pros: Comfortable room, located in the very center of the village. Friendly staff. Very good quality-price ratio, it was a perfect stop in our travelling from Italy to Belgium. Parking can be found in the near surroundings, within 5 min. walking time. Quiet still lively village, at least during the summer season.
Cons: No air conditioning, but can keep windows open, being in quiet location.
Cons: Parking a small walk away. More like a public parking. Very poor choice for breakfast.. deco rather old. No hairdryer,no kettle and coffee tea set, no free bottle of water. Hotel more for people on pension... no use of lift after 22:00..

Cons: No restaurant!
Pros: The best was a localisation of this hotel in the beautiful village!
Cons: There wasn’t a climatisation and on the perdiod I was, was up that 40 degrees. On the room was a wind fan, but it was still so hot on the room, but all the rest in this hotel was Cool!!
Pros: Receptionist friendly and helpful
Cons: Nothing really hotel was God price for one night. Breakfast room busy but large coach party on site. But still plenty of food available.
Pros: Perfect location in the town with lots of free secure parking. The breakfast was very, very good.
Cons: My room had a few grubby corners.
Pros: This was a stopover on the way from UK to Italy. Everything we could have needed and a lovely town to explore. If you prefer to be out of the city this is a nice place to relax. Scenery around it is lovely.
Cons: Nothing that would have stopped us visiting.
Pros: lovely village
Cons: No air conditioning , it was stifling all night
Pros: Location, price, easy parking, very friendly staff, cleanness. 10 percent discount to Alexain that I used
Cons: Usually, when there is a big touristic group coming, in such a big hotel they open additional room for breakfast where they serve everything for this group. The day we stayed at Hotel there was a big Dutch group and almost nothing remained for breakfast. The Staff tried to do their best to propose what remains.
Pros: A classic, historic feeling hotel located near beautiful downtown Niederbronn. The room was very pleasant with a big comfortable bed. Within a five minute walk, you have access to shops and dining. The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was sizable and tasty! The property also has a nice big veranda for sitting out in the evening, having a glass of wine and watching the sunset over the hills. This entire region of France was beautiful and Niederbronn was such a nice little place to stay the night!

Pros: spa. staff friendly
Cons: the dinner at 30euros was cold.and dessert not good.very long to wait for being served bad smell in corridor and main entrance.rooms are very oldfashioned.
Pros: Breakfast was until 0930,we arrived at 0910 but at that moment croissants were already finnished
Pros: Nice sauna and pool
Cons: Turkish steam bath did not work Beds were very hard A lot of noise, thin walls
Pros: great facilities at reasonable price
Cons: naked man in sauna and pool
Pros: The Food was very good.
Cons: The service in the restaurant was not satisfactory. Also, we were not advised that we had to pay for getting a towel and a robe for the pool. The pool was very crowded and we had to leave after about 30 minutes. For two towels and a robe 15 Euros. This is cheating the customer.
Pros: Nice place. I chose the deluxe room and I was happy with it. I had dinner there:cosy restaurant, good service. Prices in line with the French standard.
Cons: I thought that the pool was warmer instead it is a swimming pool, hence if you need warm water this is not the place, if you want to swim yes.
Pros: Just the location
Cons: Second floor without elevator, we can’t use the spa ,
Pros: We had a large, quiet and clean room. The wellness area was compact and well used. The food at the breakfast buffet and the evening meal was very good. There was only limited parking available.
Pros: The location was great and the restaurant/ breakfast room very cosy with all its wood paneling. The staff was friendly, though we waited a long time for just 2 drinks the 1st evening (which seemed to have been forgotten). House keeping was very helpful. The spa area has fun elements such as the very atmospheric salt room.
Cons: The pool was very small ...especially if you are there at the weekend when it's busy. It was more like a big bath :-). Our room was very small (the bathroom was almost the same size :-)and some elements such as the wardrobe doors looked quite worn out and had no handle/ key to open them. Getting a drink at the bar also took a long time and parking is limited and I was also given wrong information that parking was free on Saturdays (but only after 13:00), so I was lucky not to get a ticket.
Located in Mouterhouse, Hôtel Restaurant Les Ondines is on a river, a 1-minute drive from Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park and 5 minutes from Ramstein Chapel. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff. Free valet parking is available onsite.
Pros: Go a couple towns over into Bitche, France and go downtown to the town center and get breakfast there and then go visit the beautiful park around the corner. Mouterhouse is beautiful, that is where the hotel is and great for biking. We would probably stay in the hotel again, not because it is great but because of its location.
Cons: The hotel rooms are small, the food is expensive, don't bother with this hotels breakfast, the price is insane for what they offer for breakfast. Do not get excited about this hotel's swimming pool, they don't regulate the temperature and its open at odd times.
