Cons: Didn't met the expectations, temprture was also above 34 degrees and resort was around 15 km down from Binsar
Pros: General infrastructure were good and staff was well behaved. They can harness this facility more for couples and get more amenities eyc
Cons: More facilities more fun zone bon fire Dj nite regional dances etc. Better good pricing
Pros: The service was very good. Everyone was very polite
Cons: The rooms allotted to us was Too remote. The description while booking did but mention clearly that there’s too many up and down stairs
Cons: Expensive food
Pros: staff very polite
Cons: Resort, though being maintained, but needs Renovation
Pros: Staff were very courteous and nice. Room was spacious.
Cons: Food was just about average and lacking in variety. Location is okay but no great views.

Pros: The view from the resort is absolutely breathtaking and staff is very friendly and helpfull.
Cons: Approach to the resort is about half a KM trek through a village. Google maps doesn't give the actual location of the resort.
Pros: Location, view, staff : helpful and friendly
Cons: Food could be better, both variety and quality
Pros: Stylish property in quiet location with beautiful views, very good food and service by excellent, friendly staff.
Cons: WiFi was very erratic. Whilst we were there to enjoy the location it would be good to have TV in room especially for when the weather prevented us from leaving the hotel.
Pros: The views on the Himalayas; the modernist design of the hotel and rooms; the kindness and attention of the staff and Isha and Pushkar, the lovely managers; the quality of the food. The surroundings of the hotel are wonderful. No need to go very far. Walks around the hotel are stunning.
Cons: It is far away and means to go there are limited. It does take some effort to reach the Kumaon but that is worth the effort. Options include drive, train + drive, plane + drive... either way it will take some time. And it is the cost to pay to be there and relax in an amazing environment. Almora has no real interest.
Pros: Location is excellent, staff is very good and courteous. The overall ambience is good.
Cons: There is noting in terms of activities within the property. The food is not very good its just average. The walk from the parking to the property is not very convenient for someone with walking issue.
Pros: 1. Peaceful campus 2. Cooperative and humble staff, special mention of Neeraj, Manager and Anand in the restaurant 3. 200mtr walk from parking point to campus gives a brief intro of village walk, liked it.
Cons: 1. Spiders in the room. Since its a nature resort, its obvious to have spiders, but considering the value, spiders spoiled it. 2. Kasar room has some privacy issues, side window has a pretty view, but facing towards walkside. Locals can easily peep into the room during day time. Slides also didnt solve the issue completely.
Pros: Isha was so helpful sorting out a method of helping my elderly aunt with leg problems to get up and down the steep hill to the room and to the car. CANNOT thank you enough - we all enjoyed it. Please thank all the staff. Also - can I please get by email the recipe for this morning's breakfast pan-cake. It was delicious!
Cons: Lack of safety on the walk down as the path was very wet and slippery towards the end after the sudden hail storm/rain fall. The rest was fine. LOVED that we stayed and can't thank Isha enough
Pros: Very modern/stylish property, on an excellent location (hilltop), with nice bungalows of 2 rooms each (with total privacy)
Cons: No wine license
Pros: Very courteous and helpful staff. Great location. Good views from all over the property, the lobby, the rooms the outdoors etc. Uniquely designed rooms and cottages makes it a special stay. Just fix the food please and then it's worth making the trip again.
Cons: Food. Everything was terrible for what it's priced at. Apart from basic daal and veggies like aloo and bhindi, everything else they served was terrible. You can't serve that kind of food when you price your stay at 25k a night (accommodation + food). Food is an integral part of a luxury stay and when you serve that kind of food it's just not worth it.

All rooms at the resort are fitted with a seating area. At Khali Estate the rooms include a desk and a private bathroom. Guests at the accommodation can enjoy a buffet breakfast.
Pros: The location of the Hotel is pristine. It has a rustic feel all over.
Cons: The distance from Delhi is daunting. 11 to 12 Hrs by Car travelling Non Stop.
Pros: Very sumptuous breakfast lunch and dinner with variety. Besides tall trees (mostly oak and pine) in natural jungle type of terrain, excellent vantage space to watch the sunset . Saw red fox and beautiful mountain magpie in the estate premise! Very courteous staff and Manager .
Pros: Food was superb. Staff helpful. Location superb. Paradise for bird watchers. The idea of water conservation an eye opener and the open green space is something that should be human right.
Cons: Rooms. Too small, not maintained well. Lack of care - Room No. had a unhinged wash basin tap. The hand wash dettol bottle was empty and despite pointing out did not get refilled. Lack of sheer curtains made it impossible to change inside the room.
Pros: We loved the hospitality shown by the staff. The food was super awesome..
Pros: Great hospitality, extremely helpful, flexible and courteous staff. The food (buffet) was delicious and very well served. Definitely the best food in Binsar valley.
Cons: I wish there was better WiFi access. That's all.
When you stay at Itmenaan Estate in Almora, you'll be within the region of Bagnath Temple. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Trekking to the hotel came as a surprise ... but the rest was extremely satisfactory ... very friendly staff ... great view ... good facilities
Pros: Amazing place with very nice oak house..good services.. Serene and quite as per the name..
Pros: This is resort is just in the middle of no where, went there with 3 of my girlfriends and were greeted by the staff in the road to itmenaan, it is a 10 min steep walk to the estate and there were porters to help us with the luggage. We stayed in the Deodar Cottage and the Kafal room, both of which offered stunning views! It was a packet of surprises. If you guys are hesitant of Holidaying in the summer months due to tourists, this place is perfect as it is sure to leave you feeling calm and satisfied
Cons: There could have been a TV
Pros: Everything about Itmennnan Estate is just awesome. It was truly an amazing experience. Staff is very polite and helping. Food tastes the best, kudos to the cook. Our trip was enchanting and energetic.
Pros: Good ambience, warm and welcome
Cons: Nearly 2 km downhill. Not informed. For folks who cannot do a uphill trek...it's a nightmare getting back into civilisation....
Pros: Good Location. Cooperative Staff.
Pros: Really beautiful property in a truly beautiful place. The fact that the estate is almost 'in the middle of nowhere' (for us city-dwellers; of course for those who live there, it's the centre of their lives!) is a huge advantage—it's a perfect spot to immerse yourself in the silence and the sounds of nature. The views from the property are fantastic. We were lucky to the majestic snow-capped mountains even in April. But even if you don't see the snowy peaks, the view of the valley and the terrace farms from the rooms and the open spaces in front are worth your money. There is not a lot to do in terms of activity, but you can hike around if you want. We stayed in the old cottage, which was lovely. The ivy that grown on it is very pretty and there was a little bird nesting in it, which was amazing. The bed is very comfortable, and I could see the mountains while lying in bed—it's such a luxury for those who live in the hot plains for India! The modern bathroom was perhaps the highlight of the property. I have rarely seen a bathroom (which makes very good use of natural light) so lovely. The staff who were serving us were very accommodating and helpful. The food was quite fine, especially the local specialities. Overall, a fantastic place for a little holiday.
Cons: We did not get to meet the manager through the three nights we spent at the estate. He was away on something. This was a bit disappointing because it would have been nice to have an English-speaking person to explain a few things about the region. For instance, no one could conclusively tell us which snowy peaks were actually visible—there was no map or diagram of the mountain peaks either.
Pros: Small property with very good staff, great food and the peace and quiet. Lovely views across the valley.
Cons: Room was a bit basic but bathroom made up for it.
Pros: The location.. the place was back of beyond... surrounded by nothing but nature... beautiful green hills and beyond them, on a clear day you could see the snow capped Himaliyas. The property was well maintained, run by very courteous staff who makes you feel as if you are in your own home.
Cons: To reach the property you have to climb down the hill throw narrow pathways cut through the mountain... climbing down was not a problem but climbing up when you go back was difficult.. so its not an ideal place to go if you are elderly or physically disabled or not fit.

Pros: The location, the hotel staff. The Security and the alertness about the guest.
Pros: Staff were very helpful. I was offered a different room as the shower was not working in the original room i had booked.
Cons: The balcony was continuous so people could congregate right outside my room and talk loudly very early in the mornings and kids could run up and down right outside my room. The shower did not work properly. There was no fresh fruit or fresh fruit juices on the menu, neither were there any salads or curd, in fact hardly any of the food was what i’d consider healthy. There was no view of the Himalayas as pollution from forest fires and heat haze completely masked any view whatsoever which was disappointing as this was the only reason i’d booked to come to Kausani. As a consequence i cut short my stay by one night but was offered no refund. There is no alcohol for sale in the whole of Kausani.
Pros: Excellent location at the center of the main chouraya. Very clean and well furnished room. The hotel staff are excellent in their service and warmth of welcome. A perfect place for stay during a leisure trip.
Pros: The location was ok.
Cons: Evrithing in rooms is old .
Pros: Location is good.Rooms are small.Toilet is big.but not modernise.Price of hotel is more compare to the get up.Food is ok.
Cons: Very small room no place to keep luggeges. Bath room is not modernised.

Pros: The location of the hotel was good. The food was prepared right as directed and the staff was cooperative. The room with view was good and well ventilated and relaxing. The environment was safe and conducive for family since I traveled with elderly parents and kid.
Cons: One of the room without view was dirty, bathroom flush was leaking, bed linen was not clean and the electricity kept going off. It was difficult to sleep and rest.
Cons: The attitude of the staff was very bad. The food was very bad. We ordered egg biryani and they gave us egg fried rice. While complaining, they argued that here fried rice type biryani is prepared. While I showed the pictures of egg biryani from Google than they agreed that it was fired rice which was wrongly cooked and served. They even didn't waived off that money. Also , they didn't provide hot water in morning saying that the geaser is not working. The cleanliness was also very bad. Bathroom was messy. It is worthless to stay here.
Pros: Location is good
Cons: Bathrooms were not clean. They were smelly. No running hot water.
Pros: The bed was nice and comfortable.
Cons: Everything upto mark.
Pros: The location is great - close to most major attraction and situated on the scenic Baijnath road. Most rooms have a great view, and the property had an open, airy feel.
Cons: The staff could have been a bit more 'involving', the cleanliness can be improved.
Pros: Location is excellent. Staff wonderful. Food good. Can improve
Cons: No 24*7 room service
