Pros: Bernadette and Andrew were incredibly sweet and very welcoming. They thought of everything and were very accommodating. Strongly recommend if you like that personal experience and having a place that doesn’t feel so much like a hotel. We sure did!
Pros: The hosts provide such amazing personal attention from check-in to a customized breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, only a few minutes from the airport and close to a great pub and shopping center. Will stay here anytime we're in Dublin!
Pros: Location is very convenient for the Dublin airport and easily walkable to village of Swords. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us valuable information about the surrounding area and suggestions for restaurants and pubs. Accomodations were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We needed to leave prior to the usual breakfast time and the hosts agreed to serve us early. Highly recommend!!

Pros: I booked this stay as a need to stay somewhere last year (In 2017) but quickly changed my view when I saw how amazing this cottage is!
My friend and I were greeted immediately and before talking Business was offered tea, coffee, or champagne. After receiving the tea, he sat down with us and outlined all the restaurants and bars in the area to try and ones to stay away from since it was a holiday. On top of the holiday there was a rugby match going on so it would have been hard to find a place to sit down and eat or have a beer.
I was very satisfied with my service and given the opportunity to stay in Dublin again I would choose this in a heartbeat. Thank you rose cottage!!!
Cons: There was nothing in control of the cottage that was in satisfied with the weather is another comment.
Pros: Our host, Dan, exlemplified the term. This was our first day in Ireland, and we felt utterly lost. Dan reached out to us before our plane even left home, asking when he might expect us. We had an email dialog that helped us use the public transportation system to reach the B&B. He let us drop our luggage off and explore Dublin while waiting for check-in time, then showed us the best bus routes to take. In the morning, he cooked up a great Irish breakfast for us to get our day started. About the bed, we took it for granted. It was a nice, comfortable mattress, which we wished we had for the next two weeks. It seems comfortable beds are not common in Europe and the UK, so it was a real luxury to have had our first night after a full day of travel at Rose Cottage.
Cons: It is a bit outside of Dublin center, so the bus ride takes about an hour...if there is not a hurling match happening.

Pros: The location right on the beach and the quietness were the two main things we really appreciated the most.
Pros: This resort is situated on a spectacular property with unparalleled views. Our room was nicely appointees, very clean and quiet even though there were a couple of major events.
Upon arrival the person at reception was snobby and did not even offer to have our bags brought up to the room and honestly acted as if he was doing us a favor by checking us in. We had traveled from Killarney and were dressed very casually and it was apparent that we were very under-dressed--not a place to stay if you want to be casual and laid back. The staff, especially, Emma, at the restaurant where we sat for a drink, was courteous and very friendly.
We ordered room service and to be frank the food was awful--cold and just not good.
Beautiful spot but with room for improvement.

Cons: I arrived via ferry, and car. I called them right after arriving to let them know we were on our way. She said it was to late to check in at 1am that no one would be there. I told her that this was not posted upon booking. It was also not posted on confirmation. I then got an email the next morning saying I canceled. That is wrong. They refused to check me in, which forced me to find another place to stay at the last minute with elderly people with me. I am requesting this be refunded immediately.
Pros: It was near to where my business trip was and the contact person from our importer
Pros: We were given an up grade to a two bed cottage which was very nice.
Cons: From all the information we received we believed the restaurant to be open but strangely it only opens during the week & not at weekends. A number of clients were disappointed with this. This meant we had to travel 5 miles to find another nice restaurant.
Pros: Relaxed surroundings great location for exploring beaches yet very close to Dublin
Pros: The rooms are very well finished. I especially liked the comfortable bed.
Pros: Quiet and Very comfortable
Pros: The entire experience at The Waterside was wonderful. Michael, our morning chef, was extrordinary. Food in pup was great, people lovely.
Cons: Upon our arrival we had been travelling fr 20 some hours. The receptionist was short, and not very friendly at all. No welcoming conversation, or friendly chat. This was our first Ireland experience and first Irish greeting. We were taken aback. As the time progressed, Michael was the one who made the next few days a true Irish welcome.
Pros: Superb rooms for the second time already! Good bar-meal and breakfast.
Cons: Room cold on arrival The radiator should have been switched on. Once this was done the room quickly warmed up.
Pros: The friendlinest of staff, quality of food and comfort of hotel.
Pros: Excellent rooms, very good breakfast, helpful staff
