the resurant was closed so we had to go out I would of liked to stay there and eat after a 5 hour trip to get there Bar also was closed on a Sat. nite would have liked to know before I signed up
The hotel is located near the railway station (3 min walking). It takes 4 minutes by train to go from the Naples airport to Borgaro. However, when I asked how could I get to the hotel from the airport, I was told that there is only one way - taxi...
Hotel was good. Internet very expensive, rooms were a bit old-fashioned. Airconditioning was not working.
The helpfulness of the staff.
It is really near to the airport and it is OK for one night. The room was large the beds were OK. It was OK. Check out was 11:00 in our confirmation document but they have told us we have to leave the room at 10:00. When we show the document they have told us we can leave at 10:30. The hotel was empty so their behavior was incomprehensible. It was not a 4 star hotel.
They had overbooking issues and provided me with higher level hotel from their property. Though my customer was near the hotel I had booked, so I had to drive 15Km in the morning. They should have called to inform about overbookking, so we would go directly to the other hotel that was 15Km away.
location - near airport
Friendly stuff with good English. Good quality for price.
restaurant and bar not available for two nights, ist night private function 2nd night was Sunday and they don't open on Sunday. When bar was open the bar man was very rude, complained to reception did receive apology from bar manager on our last day after he had heard of incident.
Very conveniently located close to the airport. It takes only 5 minutes to get there
Very close to Torino and to the airport, cable TV, free internet, big parking place
Great location. Very classy hotel. Very accomodating staff.Very plentiful breakfast, lots of goodies to choose from. Free parking. Local ristorante near-by with home made meals and economical prices with dleicious food.
Convenient to both Turin and the Turin Airport without the traffic congestion found within the city.
Good points - Very nice rooms, free wi-fi and extremely nice staff. Excellent continental breakfast, very good restaurant in the evening. Bad points - on a major road, so some road noise early morning, gym could do with more facilities (though machines are new), balcony plant boxes neglected.
The excercise room was excelent IT smells ciggeratte smoke and old furniture.
The front desk personnel were very friendly and helped me navigate my travel plans. I spent one hour looking for it. I came off A4.
The food and service at the hotel restaurant is excellent. The room are very spacious, and having satelite TV with most channels available in english is also very good The only bad point about staying here are the beds, they seem quite old as tha matresses are not flat anymore.
The restaurant had very good services.
it was a pleasant stay in a nice hotel and i fell in love with the nearby town of caselle the airport and motorway were quite loud from our room position we asked for a double bed but got 2 singles pushed together
the location,and service
Clean Place, Great food, next to the airport. None
The hotel is close to the airport, so close no taxi will bring you there. I was advised by the hotel to ask at the cti desk in the airport arrival hall for a taxi, which worked. For a euro 9 they bring you there. This could be mentioned on the homepage as it might avoid issues for other guests. I had a room on the front side right above the entrance that was exposed to a lot of noise from people entering, leaving etc.
Superb staff and food Air conditioning not good and no wi fi in room
Great hotel, excellent buffet breakfast
Lovely building, elegant dining room, very helpful staff
Location to airport
The staff was excellent. The food was very good. Even though there was a large wedding going on, my room was quiet. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful.
the siteseeing is beautifulle, it is a hotel where i will stay during every buissnies trip becouse i like the staff, i adore the rooms, and the whole picture is just perfect..i love it! In the 10 PM, i had to put my close on and go on the other wing of the hotel to get my self a drink. I think the staff should of get me the Coke into my room.
I was only there for one brief night, however, in that short time, the staff was truly incredible. Each was friendly, considerate, and extremely professional. I truly felt that I was in a luxury hotel and that each person was highly trained to make the customer have the best experience. The manager gave us a beautiful bottle of wine as a thank you! Needed more electrical plugs in the room. No electrical outlet in the bathroom.
This was a beautiful hotel in the countryside. Great place to relax. I would definitely stay here again.
This is where I will stay in the future. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is an easy walk to downtown Cirie and the train station, making easy access to local restaurants as well as a short train ride to Torino. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. However, the restaurant was closed so I cannot comment on the food. Breakfast was coffee and wrapped sweets; not really substantive food. It would have been nice to have fresh rolls for breakfast. However, I left very early on Monday morning, and on Sunday the bakeries are closed, so this may just have been my bad luck. (I only stayed there one night.)
We were looking for good continetal breakfsat, better coffee, chesse, salami...
Close to the airport at Torino and easy to find. Awful breakfast
Staff were very helpful and explained services available
The room was clean and big enough, the beds very confortable The breakfast really horrible
As usual in Italy, prices are negociable, 86 announced but my collegue (Italian) pays only 75 €...Special mention to the staff of restaurant, who served me à 10.00pm and other peoples coming later on, very good Piemontese foods and wines.
i only spent one night there because i was on my way to the airport but the bed was comfy and the room and bathroom were very clean.
Convenient, safe and well located. The front desk was very helpful. This is a great alternative to staying right at the airport, because you are in areal town with shopping and restaurants.
Staff very nice and kind, nice and comfortable room
Air conditioning in room did not function; breakfast very poor
One of the nicest country hotels/inns we have stayed in Italy or France.
Lovely house and location, garaging for motorbikes was good, food was great and the staff tried very hard to accomodate a big group despite the language difficulties.very friendly and eager to please. A bar to have a drink in before and after dinner as a group would have appreciated as drinks could only be served with our meal. Too much gravel to negotiate on bikes easily.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. The superior rooms were lovely and we were upgraded on arrival which made our stay even nicer.
Everything. It is in a small town outside of Torino, and you really get the feeling of the community at the hotel, where they call the local restaurant to let them know you are coming for dinner. Nothing
free internet access isolated in small town. no restaurant at hotel. Only one locally - ie walking distance
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the attentive staff (for example, they noticed more than one person wanted a taxi at the same time and were able to communicate that to us) and the free internet. I also recommend the restaurant affiliated with the hotel.
This hotel was truly wonderful. So comfortable, peaceful, beautiful, quiet, clean. I came from an exhausting week in Turin and just sunk into the relaxing ease of luxury. And to top it off, Andrea treated us like we were the most valuable people in his life. Taking care of our every need, finding us dinner because the restaurant we wanted was closed, setting out breakfast for us because we left at 5 am, bringing me a lap top to use in my room. I have never been treated so well at a hotel. The village the hotel is in is full of beautiful gardens. Really lovely place to walk and wander.
Nice little hotel tucked in a small town near the airport Not easy to find without GPS or taxi
very good hotel, with a magnificent courtyard. very convenient location close to Turin and to its airport.
Close to Airport
While the hotel is a little out of the way, it was a great find! The room was fantastic, very comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. Electric skylights were very nice. Staff was very friendly and pointed out great recommendations for meals. Breakfast was adequate.
We loved everything about the hotel. It is a small one, so every service is personal. The hotel will make reservations at the local restaurant for you so that you are welcomed as a member of the community. It is a great alternative to staying in the city!
very convenient location. excellent choice for travelers to milano city and milano exhibitions or people in need of an overnight stay before or after a flight in Malpensa airport
good value for money, easy, modern and clean breakfast could be improved in choice
Very clean room, everything was virtually new. They switch off the air conditioning in August! It was 26'C in the room all night. I begged for the aircon to be switched on, they finally agreed but then limited it to 21'C! They also switched it off completely every hour so it went back up to 26'C. I gave up by 4am and opened the window but as the hotel is about 20 metres from a huge industrial estate and very busy motorway so it was noisy. My room also had a powercut. I found the staff very unhelpful. The restaurant is extremely expensive; €20 for an inedible steak!
The hotel was conveniently situated so that we could attend a family wedding. The staff Luca and Claudio were very helpful and extremely courteous. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room which we would prefer. the Hotel itself is very new and very well positioned for anyone doing Business in Settimo Torinese, a well known industrial suburb of Turin. the check out time of 10am is much too early but we stayed until 12 and it was not a problem.
very near to the autoway restaurant is has a very poor decoration. Not charming.
The staff was very nice and helpful and were able to assist us find some places we were looking for since they spoke better English than I spoke Italian. The hotel was very nice in it's old design but modern in it's amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Kind staff, central location Internet could be free of charge
The director, Marina Emanuele, was fabulous. We arrived late in the afternoon and had missed lunch. She prepared a light snack (plate of cheeses, bread, salami) even though the dining room was closed. And the next day she spent a great deal of time helping us find hotel rooms on the coast for the last days of our trip. Her service made this is four-star experience. No.
Very comfortable and staff were very accommodating. Not far at all from the rest of Chieri.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the rooms were generous and had a bath, the circular driveway was beautiful and the trees made you feel you were away from it all in the city, and the restaurant was excellent. It's very good value for money and we loved the artwork in the foyer.
Comfortable parking and location the breakfast was too simple and with few fresh product most boxed / industrial stuff
The room was very cleaned and commanding a good view. Bleakfast is variety. The shower room is small.
The hotel was very quiet which suited us as we had gone to relax and have lots of sleep The bar did not stay open for residents, I would have expected them to keep the bar open especially as the night porter was doing nothing else. When the bar was open they did not have anything in their fridge and had to keep going to their restaurant for our drinks! The laundry service was not available and they could not even arrange for an iron to be made available which is quite ridiculous for a 3 star.
I liked the countryside position: the hotel is near the lovely village of Pecetto torinese with all the services and only 15 minutes drive to the fantastic city of Turin. The swimming pool is small but very nice and clean, enough to enjoy with the kid. There is a bigger swimming pool in the Golf section that you can use. Staff is very frendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good with the right price. I will definetly come back.
Peaceful and quiet surroundings with good access and plenty of car parking space. Staff were very friendly and those on reception spoke good English. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and the food in the golf club bar at lunchtime, as in the evening restaurant, very good. It would be nice if there was a bar open in the evening. The restaurant, though very good, was a little expensive and typical of the area, did not start serving before 8pm.
Please write at least 15 words Pleasant location services in hotel a bit dis-jointed
I like the confort and cleanliness. It´s a very nice hotel. Two blondy receptionist are not kind. They didn´t show any interest to be nice with the clients.
Peacefull location. Internet connection not working properly.
The location was lovely and the room was very bright and welcoming. The restaurant was very good, and all the staff were helpful. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, but mini bar and snacks were very reasonably priced. The swimming pool for the hostellerie was tiny, and it overlooked the much larger golf club pool which we were not allowed to use, so it was rather frustrating- perhaps the two could come to some sort of arrangement.
Room was clean and nice. Staff was friendly for the most part. Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee was not up to Italian standards. Pools were not well cared for. Service in attached restaurant was very, very, very slow - even though only three or four tables were full.
