Internal heated swimming pool, good breakfast. The cleaning products on the rooms have a strange smell, could be more pleasant.
The staff were friendly and helpful Car park was not finished in that it is basically sand and rubble
The Hotel was especially clean the breakfast was great, the staff were very helpfull without being intrusive. We had a lovely verandah with good ocean views, but there was not any outside furniture, which such a pity because we had fantastic weather
Service not good!!
Yes, the map could be better
The room was comfortable. The €15 fixed buffet dinner was cold, unappetising and unappealing. No other choice on Sunday! No sparkling wine available. We thought it was close to town but we could not walk there. We were touring and didn't want to drive so did not see Peniche. We hear we didn't miss much!
The size of the bed Poor acesses and parking of hotel
It was near the beach and within walking distance of the town which had many good restaurants. The outdoor pool was a bit of a disappointment. It was very exposed to the elements and the road which ran nearby.
hotel is located near the beach but a little bit far from cafes, shops, etc
we enjoyed the comfort of the room, the bedding, the lovely clean standard throughout. Breakfast was fresh and had a great variety to choose from, I think i put on some weight while i was with you! I enjoyed a massage, reiki healing with ´john´ - forgive my spelling. he is a lovely man and a skilled healer. i believe he has been with the hotel for about 15 years - you should retain him! no it was a lovely stay thank you.
The hotel has sea view and a heated swming pool. The breakfast was good. The service was slow and not professional enough. There was a waitress in the breakfast area, she was very rude and we had to write a complaint letter for the incident. The hotel lobby was dark and had no warm welcoming feeling. The room was small and has no sprinkler. The decor also let you feel old.
its possible take my dog whit me
the view of the beach/ seaside . the reception service was good and very kind. nice for family vacances. the price per night 95 Euro is very expensive . only one stuff working in the restaurant . no room service was applicable . doors of the hotel were locked after 23.00 night- we should have to knock for about 10 long minutes . it looks like an old auberge.
At the night we were there, the restaurant and bar personell were busy with a fancy dinner party, so nobody took care of the normal guests who wanted something to drink or eat.
The views from the balcony of the room, the swimming pool, the breakfast buffet, the kindness and sympathy of the reception staff. The extra bed was quite bed although we were fully advised of the fact that it was not really a bed ....
The Atlântico Golfe Hotel is located a few km out of the nearest city, close to the beach. The beach is fantastic, secluded, with amazing waves. In addition, the hotel has a nice indoor and outdoor pool. The staff was friendly and helpful; good breakfast buffet. There are several interesting destinations for day trips around (Peniche, Obidos, etc.), but your need a car (or arrange for transport) to get there. There was no weight room and no internet (not even paid internet).
very friendly staff, nice view from balcony, very good home-cooked dinner, nice interior, location close to the coast (2 km from town center) no a/c, not all staff spoke english,
Great breakfasts. Good views. Spacious rooms. Quite isolated could be a problem for some people.
a good friendly hotel with a good breakfast
Very friendly staff, hotel is relatively new so very clean but no luxuries.good breakfast. Price rather high for 3 stars and no airconditioning. there was a bad smell outside which came inside and was unpleasant.
view everything was great
all was perfect nothing
not much at all smell, location, no amenities
The location was absolutely great... Good to escape the city busy life. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Shame if it goes to 5 star and we could not afford it anymore... Only the plastic flowers and plants
the view, relax, silence and the sun.
New hotel, very nicely furnished and decorated. Staff fantastic. The TV system was centrally controlled so access to English TV from the bedroom set was at the whim of people in the public lounge. Very frustrating!!!!!
Nice view from the appartments to the pool and playing ground. friendly stuff, clean. Recommend first floor app. not at the ground floor. The app. are little old fashioned. You could hear everything of the neighbours just 4 app. aoroung you. Walking, talking, cooking, bath, toilett and bedroom sounds. As well partys. SAT-TV isn´t present. Just 4 lokal channels and one spanish. The rest of the channels have weak signal so you can´t view.
The excellent personnel, good arrangement of hotel for travel on the country if you have a car. A good beach. Bad noise isolation of number, absence the Internet
The Family atmosphere - very safe for children. Easy to park and near to the beach. Facilities in the apartment were very basic. No comfortable chairs to sit on.
The space. No bar available (only open in August). The water in the indoor swimming pool is cold.
Beds are incredibly confortable. The room was very well equipped as well. Staff is kind. Breakfast buffet is absolutely awesome for the price: homemade bakery (very sweet!). One of the best quality/price ratio hotel I have ever stayed. The location is not very beautiful, but you are 5-10 minutes in car from Peniche town and Supertubos and Baleal beaches
It is a great Hotel regarding price/quality!!! The personal is very kind and helpful.
clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff (no English at all but can manage somehow to communicate), great breakfast and excellent price. good value for money, but you must come with a car, the hotel is quite isolated. all was perfect
Have been pleasantly surprised by service and comfort for such price. A buffet for a breakfast even with Porto towny. Very friendly personnel. Cleaning and change of towels every day. Free parking. Free WiFi none
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. WIFI not fully available in the hotel (for example in the room, available only close to the window)
The hotel is very quiet and the gardens very beautifull!
The location of the hotel was very nice. It was really peaceful. The hotel is run by a husband and wife team who work extremely hard to make you feel most welcome. The were also very helpful to my husband and I when we were needing directions to go to a wedding in the town. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to all.
the gaardens the bed, the humidity smell in rooms
Personnel attitude was very good. There was bad smell coming from the bathroom/toilet but the personnel did everything possible to reduce it. The size of the room was big. Excellent restaurant. Free mini-golf :) Bad smell in bathroom/toilet. Juice of very "chemical" taste in the breakfast.
very uncomfortable and noisy bed, the breakfast seemed to be more like continental then buffet, too expensive compare to other hotels we stayed in portugal
The quietness & surroundings, also the restaurant very good value for money.
very friendly place no
Good price.Good service. The ringing of the church bell, right in front of the hotel ,may cause poor sleep.
Location, Breakfast, and hotel manager were all excellent.Room was clean and reasonable size. Good WIFI connection.
it was in a good location, and was convienient to get what we needed
nothing, as the information provided is not accurate Take care, it is 12 km. away from Peniche town and not 8 as advertised, apart from a bar there is no bus or train nor restaurant or any type of shop near so you need a car for everything also for getting to the beach. The rooms have less features as promised, like no air conditioning nor balcony, are very small and smell damp.
We liked the cleanliness and the price. The room for 2 was small, but ok. There is ac. The place is easy to get to, once you find it (see ('dislikes'). It is easy to get into Peniche (10-20 km away) or to the nearby beaches if you have a car. Set in a small town on a plaza across from a 17th(?) century church, but the church clanged its bells every hour and half hour, 24/7. Also, there is no WiFi, which could be a problem for some.
Homely and welcoming the hostess was great and spoke perfect english which is alway a help The church bells every hour - takes some getting used to.
The friendly staff
Lolita, the manageress was very nice, warm and helpfull. Our stay was extremely nice. We recommend this hotel/location to all. None at all.
