Pros: Accommodation luxurious, veranda leading to lakeside was very relaxing
Cons: No notification that accommodation was not within the hotel which didn't suit my situation. Husband with sight and mobility problems that doesn't lower his quality of life except when obstacles are put in his way. Would have loved been upgraded if my circumstances were different.
6.7 Good
Pros: Staff were great. Food was excellent
Cons: Paid €198 for a room which was classed as superior and it had 2 single beds pushed together! Curtains had stains on. Didn't sleep well. So it was not supperior.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfiest bed ever, could have happily stayed there for the entire stay! Great bath and shower, amazing staff at check-in and room service/cleaning. Attended a wedding in the hotel which was really enjoyable and impeccably organised. Loved the Irish handmade toiletries, tasty food and great bar. 100% returning, highly recommend.
Cons: Couple of small cracks in the bathroom and a loose handrail above the bath/shower- didn't affect us but might be dodgy for those who really need it. Lakeside view was lovely but had only one main set of curtains and the carpark is between the room and the lake- you need to keep the curtains closed anytime you're not fully clothed! Staff at breakfast were a bit slow and confused even though it was very quiet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, stunning views
9.6 Excellent
Pros: When booking I requested a Lakeside view and upon checking in, the kind Lady at reception had upgraded us to a room with a view overlooking the lake. It was just what we needed after driving the length of the West Coast since we arrived five days beforehand in Ireland. Room great, bed very comfortable even had bathrobe and slippers in the room. Ate in the cordoned off part of the bar and the food was great and so was the service. Breakfast was the best we had had since arriving in Ireland. It was buffet style but everything was fresh and was constantly being replenished (unlike some we had stayed at). All in all we would come back to this Hotel if we came over to Ireland again.
Cons: Not applicable

Pros: We really enjoyed staying here. Recomandable at all!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very likely this is the best B&B I have ever encountered. Michael & John are exquisite hosts and they went out of their way to assist us with every need. On arrival they recommended a closeby restaurant, The Piper's Inn and called to make reservations for our troupe of five. The location north of Killaloe in County Clare was perfect and the scenery from the house was spectacular. Our two 17 yr-old girls spent ours in the stream heading down from the house--catching and releasing froggies!
Cons: We did have one complaint about the bed from one of our troupe but even she said she would put Glocca Morra on her "must return" list
