A large, comfortable and well decorated room in a first class hotel. The staff were very efficient, friendly, and accomodating. A very good restaurant; and all at fair prices. I look forward to staying here again. There is some signage on the road but a few more directions would make it easier to find.
I don't like the an old smell from cigarettes in the room
Very pleasant and helpful staff. We learned a great deal about the region from informative discussions with staff. The hotel is within walking distance from our favorite restaurants in Susa, the Meana (a real treat) and Miro (for pizza). Free wi-fi in room. Highly recommended. Nothing that comes to mind.
We spent only one night because we had to drive on the next day . But we were very satisfied und we will sty again in this hotel if we are again on the same way. no
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Buffet Breakfast was excellent
Proximity to town Poor air conditioning
Breakfast was not very good (lack of service and bread and cheese)
It was just a night stop for us. We were driving from Rome to Paris. Town is very quaint and the scenery is breathtaking. Breakfast room is comfortably large. Typical rolls and coffee. Coffee was great. Beds were a bit hard. No onsite parking but had public parking just around corner.
The staff were very nice and helpfull. They recommended that we travel to France over the mountain rather than through the tunnel. It made our holiday. Breathtaking. It would normally take an hours drive but give yourself another 90 mins as you will want to stop all the time for photos. They provided me with private under cover parking at a reasonable cost. The room was clean and had en-suite facilities. The town interesting with Roman ruins had good meal in the square. The towels were bits of cloth suitable for taking your skin off and the pillows and bed uncomfortable. The breakfast was the worst selection that we have had in any of the 9 hotels travelling through Europe. The croisants were disgusting and in plastic bags and the bread just as bad. There were wonderful bakeries nearby. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone just travel a bit further before stopping, I suggest you stay in Modane in France.
the staff were extremely helpful and assisted us with directions (in italy and France), restaurants, roads to cycle on and even the internet. Excellent. Drew
welcoming to bikers , helpful providing secure parking.
The staff were very helpful, which we appreciated as strangers to Italy. The hotel was conveniently situated for shops cafes. The town, which is set in beautiful surroundings, has histoiric buildings and an interesting park.
Modern room, good sized bed and good quality linens. Well equiped, bright and clean bathroom facilities Heating only went on at 10.30 in the evening - as we went in winter, it was extremely cold during the afternoon and early evening, and the hotel would not do anything about it.
We ate there once when passing through and wanted to return for a stay.
Very convenient for a night pause on a trip from France to Italy, easy car parking, hotel restaurant is perfect, the small city is inviting for an evvening walk around.
The hotel staff and resturant staff could not helpful and accomodating. This is a family run hotel that is well managed. The food in the restaurant is regional foods and if you take the server addvice you will find it to be a verry good experience. There is no elevator, but the staff will take your bags to your room.
It was very comfortable and well presented Nothing
It had a family room which meant that the kids could share with us rather than sleep alone Top bunk bed quite high for a young 7 year old. The door to a connecting room allowed sounds to trvel quite freely between the two rooms
price, staff, location, value for money
The whole atmosphere, scenic and quite Hotel. Staff didn't know the code for the wi-fi
Quiet location, ample parking Restaurant rather average, no additional pillows for bed available
Nice family-run hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay.
Very clean and comfortable, however modern and bland. Chosen merely as an overnight stop, we asked for traditional cuisine, and were absolutely stunned. The restaurant on the ground floor, La Stellina, gave us the best meal we've ever had in Italy. We left it to them, and we had a gourmet tasting of seven different platters, two pastas and three different puddings. They were all brilliant, delicious, and superbly cooked.and the chef and the staff were really happy to talk to us about the local cooking, and wine (which was so good we took some bottles home) All this cost three of us £109 euros. Despite the bland exterior and characterless surroundings I would go back like a shot. Very good value. Please tell them, they deserve it.
Clenaliness and promptitude of staff In the morning the breakfast was poor and the waiter was just witing for us to leave
