The room had mold
Location was great for walking to the Inner Harbor to see everything. Hotel could use some updating in the rooms but the shower pressure was great and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Front staff were really nice. Fells Point was our favorite place to visit.
The noise from the streets; yes it's in the city but soundproofing does work wonders. Unfortunately, their are a lot of homeless people on the street begging and the homeless kids run up to your car windows to clean them without asking. The city should work on these issues.
Loved having breakfast included! Plenty of choices for everyone and did not have to leave the hotel for that first cup of early morning coffee! The girl behind the desk was very personable & friendly. She upgraded our rooms after finding out that my husband and I have been there multiple times and the couple with us was their first time and she did not want us to wait until their room was cleaned and available.
The lighting in the area by the entrance and outside the bedroom was a little dark.
Sink dripped and sirens all night...and I'm from Philly
I like the breakfast surprised me.
I didn’t like the fact that I paid for a 2 bed suite 2 months prior to coming down to be told that someone else is staying there because they chose to stay another night. Then put me in a 1 room 2 bed . They put me in a 1 bed suite but still didn’t make up for the headache it caused. I’m sorry but I will not stay there again, nor will I recommend them. Not right to give a room away when it’s already been paid for absolutely in professional and rude.
