it is a very nice hotel and a good place to relax.
The hotel is very clean and the facilities well maintained. The restaurant staff is not fluent in foreign languages and has a poor idea of timing.
Location is pleasant. The room is outfitted with cheap, communist style, old and uncomfortable furniture. The bed is less than two feet off the floor and is uncomfortable. Upon arrival our room was extremely hot, window would not open only three inches, no fan available. Next day we signed declaration to allow maintenance folks adjust the window and it could be opened fully. Staff is young, inexperienced and not geared towards customer service. We were not greated upon arrrival. This hotel is clearely not the quality one would expect from a Ramada.
The location of the hotel and the panorama. Is not possible to open the windows, reason to many birds. The A.C. was only a fan and noisy. Not possible to adjust the room temperature. (At list during my stay).
View on lake and swimming pool Hardly a 3 stars. Poor mattress, no internet in room, no heating adjustment (had to keep window open all night long by -10c outside!!!), no toiletteries (in a $150 room!), etc. Ramada too often disappoint.
the room tempture must have been 40 degrese on saturday night
nice, clean room with a view
Excellent food served from the bar and good friendly service from staff
Very good location Well equipped modern hotel Good and various amenities Nice breakfast buffet No rooms with connecting doors for families with more than 3 persons
Easy going atmosphere, wonderful facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great views from our room.
The beach provided shade for my children without being crowded. Relaxing the rooms really are as small as people commented. With two travel beds, we literally could not move in the room
The staff was very helpful, and it was ideal for relaxation.
The hotel was next to the Balaton lake and the price included d,b,b. This last like fitted in with the tour that was planned. Their quote was 39 euro and the final price was 41.50 euro. They couldn't explain the difference. It was still a bargain, so I did not argue the point too much.
I normally stay in 4 or 5 star hotels but this was the only one available on short notice so I booked it. The staff did an excellent job to make us feel at home, the food was good considering the category, and although a very basic hotel with clear socialist origins they made it feel like home, which is more than many upper class hotels can say. Well done!
