Quaint, friendly place. Decorated and very unique. Was a very comfortable stay. Not many places to sit, but that's to be expected at a B&B.
Staffs were very kind and tried to recommend mustsee sites. Breakfast was fine. Too small space.
The staff was charming and helpful. The dining room and the breakfast was above average. All the rooms are tiny, you need to climb over the bed to get to the other side of the room. From our room, we needed to go outdoors to get to the lobby.
This was the 4th hotel we stayed in during our holiday an it was the cleanest and most charming. The staff were friendly and helpful, turned us on to a local restaurant and baked fresh croissants as part of the complimentary breakfast.
The location was right in downtown Banff, and it was charming. We stayed in an old miners cabin. Definitely memorable. The host Pascal was fantastic. He made us breakfast and entertained us with tales of his ice climbing and cross country skiing. The room was really small but we liked it anyway because it was so charming.
Staff is excellent. Very knowledgeable and willing to help with all questions that we have about the area. Very clean, very close to the center of the town Room is too small, The washroom toooo small! The hotel located near the night club and because of the noise we could not sleep till 4:00 am each night
its really near the centre of Banff its not a hotel its a backpackers hostel but it is fine so long as thats what you are expecting ;-)
The bistro was good and reasonably priced. I think the whole place is long overdue for refurbishment to update it. For example the bedspread had been patched and the carpet was worn as was the floor in other areas.
Nothing! A noisy place to stay. I can't beleive I pay over $100 dor this hotel, it much more like motel 8.
The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was everything I needed, and reasonably priced No
Location was great as we were meeting a group that had booked the meeting rooms for orientation etc. I thought that there was value for $ here and also liked that the profits were going to support the mission of the Y.
it was clean for a hostel. housecleaning stole my ipod....not very good.
The hallways are kind of creepey and there was holes drilled in the rood of one of the closets and there was also a light that looked alot like a camera
none good location
