Staff was friendly and helpful - that's all! People, be aware of fraud! The pictures they put on booking.com are not the room they would give you! Those nice rooms cost much more at the counter and based on what advertised here, which is a much lower rate, they will give you a room they describe as "upgrade" but in fact a larger room but in very poor conditions.
Fraud - the actual room doesn't match picture at all. Facilities don't match website descriptions either. I only stayed in the room for 4 hours and it was enough to me and my partner - bugs on bed cause itchy skin, bedsheets got wholes and kind of yellow, carpet (not Timber floor as you see in the pic) smells terriblely. We checked out on the same day and found another hotel for the rest of our stay. After all, this is the worst experience I had in Thailand so far.
The serviced appt
Room and hotel unlike the Internet ad. Pervasive smell of cigarette smoke outside room. Hotel and building a bit tired and dated
easy to find and get around city from and booking tours was easy
fat western men with young thai girls all around area feel sorry for the thai girls but this is how they earn there living
near nana sky train.room was big.nice view from the room.no charge if you take a lady to your room
hotel looks old need to upgread the room which look old.
One bedroom suits rooms are spacious. two TV is useful for families staying. clean and noise free. but the room service is very bad.
room service is poor. restaurent for breakfast is awful. too small for a hotel like omni. there is no choice for breakfast!
Staff very helpfull, big rooms, good view.
The room apartment was big but needs re-decorating! Carpets are very old & it shows. The ac is very noisy and had to switch it off in order to get some sleep. Pillows smelt bad so had to use my towel as cover. tv in bedroom did not work. Phone in the living room did not work. No safe in the room even though it said there was one in the room when I booked (staff let me use the managers safe for my passport etc)
Well located and well maintained and clean hotel. All the rooms were spacious
I think if you had some more crockery and glasses. An iron in the room would be very useful. One more Thai restaurant in the hotel would be of use on rainy days.
The appartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Enough elevators so no waiting time good breakfast
It is a little older and could do with some renovations
It was conveniently located in central Bangkok, but was just far enough from the main road that it wasn't noisy at all.
