An amazing find, stylish interiors, comfortable beds, the best continental breakfast for getting 5-a-day and the owner is passionate about excellent customer service (couple this with a huge jacuzzi bath for relaxation; what more could you ask?)..oh yes; free, secure parking Complex maze of a 1 way system compounded by the Fiera. Ring the hotel for directions.
Everything - the staff are wonderful, the food was fantastic and reasonably priced - a great place to relax
Its character as a former train station and good stopover not far from Valencia airport; ideal stay in case of late arrival at the airport; it is the type of hotel I would consider going to for a weekend in winter (nice sitting area with fireplace) Restaurant staff not particularly outgoing, but the food was very good!
Staff manners and appreciate how hard they worked the fredom of using the room the doors slamming /Clients should be asked to respect other guests or signs on the bedroom doors why should I pay for a room I couldnt sleep in due to a Hockey team
It's close to my customer and clean with good security. No English language tv. Restaurant opens too late for my taste (2030) and the bar menu is limited. Ac in room has never worked!
Simplicity of everything, and close to the area where I had my meetings
service and food
the restaurant No
We were ther for the F1 GP. Little off the beaten track, but it was neat, friendly staff and we had a thorougly enjoyable time. Rooms could perhaps do with some additional decoration - lot of unused wall space and maybe an area rug.
Our room and the common areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was served promptly. None
Services Television don t work easily
Friendly ,pleasant Staff and Management
The hospitality was great. The place is a gem, situated in the hills of Alcoy. The owners go for quality all the way! It is really a place to stay longer than for one night! Don't forget to visit the town of Alcoy when there are great festivities for 3 days (two weeks after Easter). We will come back!
Absolutely fabulous hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, sensational setting. Host made us feel at home straight away. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.
Lovely hotel and nice setting. Stylish and tasteful. Excellent food recommendations. Very friendly owners. We were the only people staying for the first two nights but it did mean we got good service. When we arrived we were told that we'd booked a cheaper twin room (though it was shown on booking.com as a double). The double rooms were more expensive though we were upgraded for the same price as the hotel wasn't full.
proximity to a range of small Spanish towns and castles. The charm of the accomodation.
This is a superb hotel in a lovely location ideal for walking, sightseeing and relaxing in the beautiful coountryside of Spain. It is near to the beautiful town of Biar. The owners and so helpful and knowledgable about the local areas, they also speak many different languages. The breakfasts and evening meal we had were delicous, all home cooked and traditional for the area. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definately go back again.
A wonderfully peaceful and serene environment in which to unwind and relax, with helpful suggestions for sight seeing and places of local interest. Altogether a memorable visit. No, although for an evening meal the dining room would perhaps benefit from a view out to the courtyard or rear of the building.
Lovely setting, very peaceful, staff very helpful. Some areas could benefit with being updated, car parking very limited and not very well signposted.
Wonderful owners Roberto and Isabel made us feel very welcome, charming rustic interior, a very relaxed and unpretetious hotel where all you will hear is the sound of birds twittering and the very occasional passing car. Stunning views all around. We will be back Not much at all, the courtyard garden is lovely, the main garden which has 2 hammocks, a trampoline and a big pool also has a little bit of excess building material (wooden pallets) dotted around the edge, not a risk, but a little un-sitely considering the ambience and beauty
