Pros: Dinner was good. Location to town centre.
Cons: Nothing. Not the hotel's fault but we arrived on a bank holiday and everything was shut.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, great restaurant. Just minutes from the motorway.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff. We asked to have a very early breakfast (as we had to leave early) and they laid out a full spread for just the 2 of us before dawn.
Cons: We were given a disabled access room despite the hotel being empty. Generally ok but the curtainless shower flooded the bathroom. We had dinner in the restaurant - sadly not as great as we had been hoping (or as many of the reviews here suggest).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good. Everything was available for a quick breakfast and exit. Coffee was really good. I ate in the restaurant which was lovely, unexpected too. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed here several times previously and the rooms are always clean and of a high standard.
Cons: Our room was a little noisy however that was unusual when compared to our previous stays. It is taking a while to receive the 'refund' of the pre authorisation payment for the room. I paid on check out however the payment taken the week before is currently still outstanding, again this is unusual.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The best thing is the location in one of the historic buildings on the Grand’ Place. It is an amazing spot in which to stay. Facilities at the hotel are excellent and a superb buffet is provided for breakfast. Plenty to see nearby.
Cons: Not my favourite bed, I prefer a softer mattress, but slept well all the same.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location in the middle of town, easy parking in the square. Rooms very simple, but clean and functional.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is central to Arras, opposite the Grand Place and within easy walking distance of the beautiful cathedral, market et shops. The hotel itself is, I am told, the oldest house in Arras but the facilities are good. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I am gluten and lactose intolerant and never bother asking for it in France (I always bring my own stuff with me) but on this occasion, I was really impressed with the array of breakfast cereals, bread, yoghurts, fruit, etc. which included many non dairy alternatives (almond milk, coconut milk, soya, etc.), GF bread and biscuits and more. That in itself is worth the stay if breakfast is your favourite meal of the day! Regarding accommodation, we had booked one double and one twin room and they were next to each other, which meant our son wasn't too far. His friend didn't come in the end so it was the first time he didn't have to share with us. Happy boy!
Cons: Although the hotel states wifi is available, it didn't seem to reach the second floor as we could not get it in our rooms (20 and 21). We could get it in the corridor and one floor below. It didn't bother us so much but it may impact other guests. My only other comment is about the parking. When I made my choice of hotel, I had ticked the parking box as this was important to us. It is worth noting that the parking on the Grand Place opposite the hotel turned out to be a bit of a headache. You can park there for free between 12 noon and 14:00, and then again between 18:00 and 9:00 the next morning. In between, you need to pay. It got really, really busy in the evening and spaces were hard to find. Our car got hit by another car but we didn't see that until the next morning. No note was left by the guilty party of course. Not a great start to our two nights stay. I appreciate that this is not the hotel's fault but worth noting that there is no secure parking for this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel were very helpful and considerate. They advised me in the morning of France's overnight lockdown policy, and my best course of action. I was able to checkout early at no additional cost. I returned to the UK. They were very helpful. Much appreciated.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, right on the main square in the centre of town. The welcome was good and we were directed straight away to the car park situated under the square outside.
Cons: The room was small and there were no facilities to make a hot drink. The bed was not that comfortable and the room was very hot. The lift worked but did not inspire confidence. The parking was 32 euros for our two night stay
8.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent breakfast and location

Cons: The curtains were old and dirty, and he charged us 10euro for 3 half cups of coffee, WiFi was non existent i our room at the back
5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff friendly
Cons: Hotel looks tired Air conditioning not working just the fan operational. Room facing West so getting hot as shutters not working. Room like an oven . Window difficult to open/close potentially insecure at night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable . The room was nice and warm great hot shower. Good choice at breakfast at a reasonable price, warm baguettes/ croissant etc. Good location for us as we have friends who live close by. Good value for the accommodation. We have stayed here several times before it was taken over and this is much better than before.
Cons: The guest tray was not refilled each day with milk or coffee sachets.there were only thin paper cups to drink the coffee out of. The first night there was a coach party onsite who arrived back from wherever they had been at 2 am. Lots of noise, shouting, laughing and banging on the doors for over an hour. Then made a whole lot more noise at 7am when they went off breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The restaurant was closed, and had been for several weeks, but we were not informed. The room looked tired and smelt of stale smoke. Not up to our previous experience.

Overview Reviews
Located in Mailly-Maillet, La ferme des p'tits loups is a 3-minute drive from Beaumont-Hamel Newfoundland Memorial and 6 minutes from Ulster Memorial. Limited parking is available onsite.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good situation. Kind and friendly landlady.
Cons: The steps leading up to our floor were rather steep. Also we had requested a gluten-free breakfast but there was no GF bread available and we had to use our own. Seeing this is now available at large supermarkets like Leclerc, it's disappointing that the farm could not find any.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staffs was very friendly and considerate (they can speak both French and English). We have booked Superior Double Room for three people and we got private bathroom, living room with TV, kitchen & two rooms (1 single bed and 1 double bed). The room was clean and perfect, it definitely gave off homey feeling. For those who needs WiFi doesn't need to worry about it at all. They do have perfect WiFi connections even though I didn't use it there were full internet bars and don't forget to ask for the password since it's not provided in your room nor instructions of how to get it. The breakfast is very simple; 3 different kinds of jams, butter, eggs which you can bake them on this pan and french bread. They do also have coffee and tea for you to choose. Everything is self service and at the dinning hall are two long tables which you just have to take your own seats. The locations are very ideal for those who are looking for somewhere quite and wants to bicycle around (especially you want to visit the military graveyards of WOII and WOI. I definitely recommend visit Amines (known for Jeanne D'arc).
Cons: There was nothing I don't like about. The value of price and rooms were great! The only remarks will be that one of their sink's water pipe (in the kitchen) works but it's very loose that it came out. But that was no problem since it can be easily fixed and we didn't had any problem with it but I wanted to leave it as remarks since some people will definitely complain about it. The only I didn't like about was the fellow group guests who was being rude to the owners of the B&B (there was obvious signs of "no entry" but they just went inside without any hesitations. Those group of people even decided on when the breakfast is finished without asking other guests if they are done with their breakfast so they can turn off the heater of the pan. Of course, once in a while you will eventually meet rude customers who don't think about others.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location for WWI battlefields.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were lovely and very friendly. The room was well appointed and had everything for my night's stay. A very good breakfast was provided. I was even able to buy a few bottles of cold beer for the evening!
Cons: It's a bit odd to pay cash at the venue but not really a problem. Good value for my stay.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff who attended us is nice
Cons: The flies in the dining room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Really sweet personal and a very nice place to stay for a couple of nights.
Cons: The beds could have been better, but it was not the biggest of problems
5.4 Okay
Pros: Geographical-fine. Cheap but at 50eu per night more choice at breakfast should be possible
Cons: Breakfast was very poor, no staff visible. Luke warm coffee, no cereal. no toast, no cheese, watery Orange juice. Only:- small fruit yoghurt, French bread sliced. Jam / marmalade but no butter. No sign of any staff. Fire bell clanging for at least 10 mins mid afternoon. Mold in shower. Bedding and pillows worn out. Sharing pot of coffee with everyone.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved this gem of a lodging in Arras - so many small touches from the frankly amazing bathrooms that would knock the socks of many a hotel to the great coffee at breakfast that made our stay perfect. An absolute joy after a long journey from the Alps! We hope to be back.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor was beautiful and welcoming, as were the hosts. They were very friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing ——-Herve went out early to get fresh pastries and bread while Isabelle added her home made touch including jam, cakes and fresh orange juice. Even the family chickens contributed to our breakfast table!
Cons: Well they were probably good exercise for us but the steps were rather challenging!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Isabelle and her family are warm and generous hosts -- one feels immediately at home in this large and elegant townhouse. The rooms are perfectly appointed with everything you could need, and my bathroom was a spa-level experience! Very beautiful. The rooms are very quiet, and one sleeps extremely well in the very comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning features delicious regional specialities (incredible jambon, lovely cheeses). Although I was there in early February, there is a garden that I can imagine being just glorious in the summer. This chambres d'hôte is steps away from the train station, but also has super easy parking.

Pros: breakfast was amazing. location ideal for our visit
Cons: nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely host, great location
Cons: The Wifi - our room (Chamber des Parfums) seemed to be furthest from the WiFi router and most of the time we could not even get a signal. We got around this by going down to the sitting room but it would have been nice to be able to use the WiFi in our room. The signal strength outside the other rooms was much better.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the huge double shower and delicious smelling toiletries. Free water and coffee available 24/7 was a lovely touch too. Breakfast around a beautifully laid large table was a delight with other guests. Nice to have eggs cheese or ham if wanted too- alongside good bread, butter, fresh juice, pastries and conserves ...and fruit kebabs or fruit salad.
Cons: We were on the second floor in a beautiful bedroom but the WiFi was unreliable. This meant we had to come down to the lounge communal areas to access the WiFi....not a huge problem but some guests might find it frustrating
