9.4 Excellent
Pros: The front desk and concierge staff were excellent!! The concierge worked hard to find us dinner reservations for Christmas Eve and Christmas. Very, very good. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast. Taxis were always available and the staff, who spoke excellent English, helped make sure the drivers knew where we wanted to go. And when it rained the staff furnished us with umbrellas.
Cons: The bar staff was okay but not outstanding. I was rather surprised at the limited hours of the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Dinner was okay but not as good as the breakfast.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was close to the airport, and staff most helpful considering we were there during the coronavirus state of emergency!
Cons: Understanding that the coronavirus has created havoc everywhere, we had paid for the buffet breakfast and of course understand why it wasn't available, and did receive the room service breakfast, so felt that it would have been fair to receive the difference in cost. The breakfast we did receive was excellent!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staffs are super friendly and well accommodating.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: The overall condition of the hotel was poor, quite dirty and the rooms (we asked for a change) were quite "beaten up". The carpets were stained, dust everywhere and the bathrooms need a good cleaning with new caulking in around the shower. The staff we found to have "low moral" which may be a direct result from poor management. Which is quite disappointing as some were quite nice. It just seems like the owners of the hotel (who ever they may be) have given up in terms of the basics. Not a 5 star by all means; this hotel needs a big wake up!

6.0 Good
Pros: The bed was fine. The bathroom was fine. The TV worked. There was a stocked mini bar.
Cons: This hotel had a worn out, grungy feel to it. In the bathroom, instead of toiletries, there was a note saying you could ask the desk for anything you need. The carpet in the hallways was ancient and grungy. Nothing felt especially clean.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Luxurious, great hotel bar , comfy clean rooms
Cons: Nothing
4.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was as expected and the location is useful, thats really the only positives i can find
Cons: The whole hotel is stuck in the 90's, very dated, worn carpets, the first welcome on reception was poor, staff were between indifferent and unfriendly, becoming impatient if i asked them to repeat something, I had the option on booking of 1 large bed or two singles, I chose the one bed and they checked me into two singles, they asked me to wait in the room and moved me to an other room. The lift numbers have been rubbed off on the buttons so you cant see which floor you are going to, smells of smoke on the floors and corridors. I would not recommend staying here and I would not come back again, I only came as other friends were staying at the same hotel.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: What stood out most was the amazing welcome at the door every time we arrived back to our hotel - it’s as if they all knew us! Every evening there was a different surprise waiting for us in our room - port, champagne, red wine, pastries etc! We even got a free upgrade to a triple room so our daughter didn’t have to sleep on a pull out. The breakfast has great variety and great quality with staff as helpful as ever.
Cons: The upstairs bar for our pre dinner drink was a little quiet - but perhaps that is because we were there mid week. Maybe some music would help the atmosphere!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Lovely large room, comfy bed
Cons: Would be nice to have tea & coffee replenished each day FOC. Although when we asked about it they did provide further tea & coffee free of charge.
9.0 Excellent

Cons: Food within the restaurants not up to a 5 star hotel standard The hot food at breakfast needs to be hotter as only luke warm at best
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff could not have been better. Very helpful considering the current situation. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: All facilities were closed. Spa etc. Government closures.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Concierge staff were terrific, location of the hotel was close enough to many sights, breakfast was amazing
Cons: Booked a superior room with courtyard view, got a small bed and not view to speak of Other hotels we stayed in Paris or Warsaw offer complimentary water, here it’s only one time on arrival and they don’t advertise it unless you ask

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional service from Triago the receptionist. Modern, spacious and clean appartment with a great bed.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location! Couldn’t be better
Cons: It was difficult to set the temperature in the room. Though the room has air conditioning and a thermostat, I was unable to set a temperature of my liking, so it was always a bit chilly. I set the temperature up to 25 degrees, position heat, but never got even near this.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room accomodated 4 single beds comfortably and there was adequate supply of complete set of towels. Good job to housekeeping
Cons: Not enough plug-ins for gadgets. They need to upgrade on this feature. Although the building is huge, it was difficult to find when driving following the GPS. It’s close to a roundabout exit, but the turn is not clearly marked. If you are not quick and unfamiliar with roundabouts you will surely miss it-even Uber drivers do. In my opinion, hotels that identify as parking-friendly would do a great service to guests with cars by providing helpful information on their FAQs regarding parking access and guidance.
6.7 Good
Pros: Really good breakfast, friendly staff
Cons: The hotel is quite old and you can see that, the location is ok, thought a bit overpriced for such a simple and old place
1.0 Poor
Pros: The breakfast was good but not excellent.
Cons: The rooms were clean but we had a terrible sewer smell and had to change rooms. The water for the first night was brown with no explanation from the hotel. The location of the hotel is poor. There is nothing nearby but you can get taxi, uber or a bus.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: We arrived late at night and needed to catch an early morning train from Entrecampos and this hotel was the perfect place to rest, eat a good breakfast and catch the train.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: This hotel was very outdated and in a very poor location. The rooms were grimy and the bed was uncomfortable and small. The charges for even water from the minibar were exorbitant. This hotel might have been a four star 20 years ago but not now

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Geat atmospher
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel lobby is very luxurious as the corridors, all the details are fantastic here. The Spa is very good.
Cons: At 07:30 am the cleaning staff talking and screaming from room to room, vacuum cleaners and doors hitting. When I try to say something, before 08:00 am, the biggest screams came from the cleaning chief, not good at all. Problems with the payment, they charge/block the amount of the stay more 100€ of bail, and on the checkout they charge again the value of the stay, saying that the first payment will be replaced in days, and on my point of view and hotel like this should not work this way. Now, 6 days after checkout... I'm still waiting, but it will arrive

Cons: There is nothing I can say to improve perfection

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly. The hotel lobby smelled very nice and the rooms were modern and spacious.
Cons: The beds were slightly hard but that is being very critical. The soundproofing between floors is not very good. We could hear the people in the room on the floor above.

Pros: Great location for exploring the city, close to train station, ubers are really cheap. Hotel itself is really nice, beautiful entrance, especially at night, wonderful bar with great staff, clean/spacious rooms - junior suite was well equipped. 9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very interesting and old, lovely hotel. It is off the beaten path, but well worth the trek and good value. Staff were very welcoming and service was great. A splendid and unique hotel not to be missed by the discriminating traveler!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: outstanding staff. amazing breakfast.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The bar has nice Portuguese tapas.
Cons: This hotel is definitely not a five star hotel, I really wonder how they got the fifth star... if is an average 4 star hotel. First it does not look like a 5-stars, nothing fancy. Some personnel (at the bar) do not speak English. The 'superior room' was not big, not charming and with a very small terrace with no view apart from the building under renovation in front. The Jacuzzi was broken and the sauna was not operating - there was not anyone at the spa area anyway, and towels were not provided there (only the steam bath worked). There isn't any pool. The breakfast was average and the breakfast room is fairly small. At the checkout, the lady did not ask us how was our stay; maybe she did not want to hear a negative feedback...

Cons: Nothing
9.1 Excellent
Pros: value for money nice staff good comfort
Cons: older hotel
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bedroom was good and great breakfast.
Cons: I booked this hotel specifically so that my partner whose Birthday it was could have a full massage experience and when we had checked in and had our room the reception told us the massage and spa were closed . We should have been advised of this before we arrived so I could have changed the booking. I will in future book with TripAdvisor as they are very good at sending updates.

Pros: The breakfast had the best fresh fruit that I have ever had whilst staying in a hotel and the bread was delicious. The shower in our room was always piping hot and had excellent pressure. The staff were helpful and discrete at all times.
Cons: The usual problem with buffet breakfasts is that the cooked food (scrambled egg and bacon) loses its heat fairly qui
6.8 Good
Pros: Eating at the restaurant and the drinks were good. Helpful service. Great house keeping. Nice curb appeal.
Cons: Elevator would not go to the correct floor. Worse elevator I have ever experienced. In bar got an orange juice. 12 ounces for 3 euros. Same server at dinner 6 ounces for 3 euros.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, the room were all great.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: It’s location
6.5 Good
Pros: great location in city and re airport bus/metro transport
Cons: reception looks like an office with staff chatting and interrupting each other while tending to guests; facilities old (shower hot/cold spurts); no kettle in room, limited charging points; slow elevators; looks more like a hotel focused upon large tour groups than individuals.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel
Cons: Safety first, but I was not told that all the facilities would be closed beforehand due to the virus.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was very helpful and the location.
Cons: Very noisy at night, the doors are so heavy you can hear all night, people entering and leaving their rooms knocking with the doors. No fridge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful, especially Ines, who even answered my message sent one day before my arrival informing the hotel about my late arrival due to a flight schedule change. Following the recommendation of Ines, I booked breakfast for the next morning, and it turned out that it was cheaper than on spot. Breakfast was abundant and there was a huge selection of traditional Portuguese sweets. However, continental breakfast was also very tasty. I liked the room control function operating through TV screen and remote control. There were several lighting modes in the room: work, read, night, nighthly. The concept of shower and toilette was interesting. The bed was comfortable, pillows were of good quality, The airport shuttle bus station is located almost in front of the hotel.
Cons: Air conditioning could not be set for temperature values higher than 24 C. The average temperaure in the room was 21.7 C. For me, it was a little bit cold. Except for orange and apple juices, all other drinks at breakfast seemed to be not for free.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool
Cons: The noise of the toilets, the shower in the room.

Pros: Wonderful place in east Lisbon. Close to Oriente train station and metro system. Across the street from Vasco Da Gama Mall. Nice comfortable rooms and service. Sky rooftop bar is a great place too. Recommend 100% and will be back.
Cons: Nothing!
6.5 Good
Pros: The location is really convenient to Lisbon's Expo Center, shopping and to a major transportation hub. Friendly staff.
Cons: Late check in times. At least I think 2pm is late anyway. Room was very nice but on the small side. The bathroom was very nice but shower setup managed to get part of the bathroom floor soaking wet. My pet peeve: No way to leave your devices charging when you're out of the room. Your door card shuts all the power off in the room when you clise the room door and take it with you. I know it's a green thing but leaving a USB plug on to charge a phone would make such a difference? Really?

Pros: Breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi access was fascinating, very fast and no breaks. The heater in the restroom's mirror (anti-steam) was great. Amenities in the bathroom was good quality.
Cons: Room is small. Very small considering the room rate. Air conditioning too noisy - had to switch off. Windows were locked (I wanted to get some fresh air, I could not). My son likes open buffet dinner to be served.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location and the Staff were very helpful. The staff did everything they said they would do and we appreciated their positivity and quick response concerning the bed..
Cons: The bathroom was too small for 2 people. The mattress had to be turned or replaced( not sure which one) because it had dips on both sides. The restaurant was over priced. The one dinner we had was very good and the presentation was beautiful, however, for 2 vodka tonics with absolute vodka cost 34 euro and the lobster salad, while beautifully presented, was 19 euro for 2 small claws and some greens.

Pros: The staff were friendly and polite.
Cons: The room was a bit dirty for a room costing 300 Euros a night. For some reasons, I couldn't close the lid of the bathtub, so I was forced to take a shower instead. All and all, the room was good, but not for an expensive room with 300 euros price tag.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Bed was good. Restaurant was closed but they still arranged plates and cuttlery for take away.
Cons: I didn't like that shortly after I left the hotel, and dispite having leaving the room impeccable, received an email accusing me of damaging the desk, with some photos of a random damaged desk (by fire maybe, but it's hard to say) and charging me with some random number for the damage. No other explanation, just a blunt accusation with no proof. Shameful.
