9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: A little out
6.5 Good
Pros: The furnature and fittings were first class. The room was a little small but fine for one night.
Cons: The price. This hotel (and small airport) is in the middle of nowhere. It is only there to serve the airport which has about a dozen flights a day. What really offended me was the 10 pound charge for overnight parking. No wonder the parking lot was almost empty.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and very modern. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: The sliding door on the bathroom would not lock leaving a gap between the door and the frame.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was nice and location was good for me.
Cons: hotel was nice and clean staff was very nice the only thing that let it down was not a good menu.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were clean the breakfast was yummy and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons: The parking should be included in the cost when booking.
6.8 Good
Pros: Lovely bathroom
Cons: Poor breakfast...had to ask for cutlery and then bread...not enough staff for number of guests. Tried to get a drink of orange juice, but water came out instead! Tables left uncleared ...you need more staff! At £84 for one night I think this is very poor value.
7.5 Good
Pros: Near AirPort. Good location voor overnight. Easy to park. Great rooms and friendly staff.
Cons: All good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean large room. Great bathroom. Its at an airport but you still get some great views over the Lincolnshire countryside. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, friendly staff were most helpful. Room was comfy and good value. Lovely Sunday morning continental breakfast was brought to our room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mary and her team were excellent; Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was nicely appointed and tastefully decorated and the en-suite was excellent. As for the food..... I really am lost for words - it is worth visiting for the food alone, and I had some excellent meals in the restaurant.
Cons: I would have liked a reasonable sized table in the room that you could sit at with a laptop, as I was quite busy later in the evenings and sitting on the edge of the bed using the bedside table was a little awkward and uncomfortable after a while.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hard to Fault
Cons: Breakfast served in the room was different but not saying I did not like it
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Food good, welcome good, continental breakfast good, room good

Cons: N/A
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The comfy bed the evening meal breakfast and the staff were great
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and keen to help.
Cons: The proprietors- husband and wife, I think, were less helpful and less welcoming or approachable. Fortunately we did not have any real issues, otherwise I suspect we would have had our holiday somewhat spoiled. The breakfast was served in our room, which was acceptable for us but would not suit everybody, a lot of buns/croissants etc
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location for my needs was perfect.
Cons: Breakfast was continental which I must have missed.

Pros: Two of my Uni. friends and I decided to have a reunion and picked Treetops to meet. We came late on Friday and were greeted by the owner, Brian, who showed us around the place and gave us hints and tips about the area and things to do. We stayed at the Oak cottage that had a private hot tub outside - it was great to relax in the evening after a delicious barbeque (there is an area to make barbeque too!) and after a trip back from the peak district. The cottage has got 2 bedrooms, a nice and cosy kitchen/living area and a spacious bathroom. Brian was very helpful at all times when we had issues or doubts. Overall, we had a nice, quite and peaceful stay.
Cons: We didn't work out how to put the temperature up in the hot tub.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was not bad
Cons: Well where do I start I arrived at the hotel room 7 I was giving to find out I had no lock on my door and I was told their was a lock smith coming out but he didn’t turn up so I had no lock on my room door for TWO night, the bathroom was so dirty their was hair on the floor the shower looked like it has not been cleaned in a few months, when I got out of the shower I had to walk on my floor towel as the floor made my feet dirty so I had to put my trainers on once I was done. Cobwebs all over the place blinds was covered in dust my cup and glass was not changed the room smelt really bad (like fish) no remote for the tv worse hotel ever and the staff was not very helpful I had a cleaner come in to try sort the smell out and I asked if she could wipe the floor and give it a quick hoover she said no, their was no other rooms available so I had to stay put as I could not get anywhere else! I won’t be using this place again and I definitely would not recommend it

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice area in BRIGG. Meals to a high quality and staff lovely as always.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Interesting building
Cons: Noise from pub until late, we had a 6am start so would have appreciated quieter area.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and convenient with very friendly and helpful staff
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location was great, right in Brigg centre
Cons: - cleanliness was beyond poor; dead flies ok windows, lipstick marks on glasses, soap dish had never been cleaned and marks on carpet. If I wasn’t in a rush to get to a wedding I would have changed venue
4.3 Okay
Pros: Reception staff were friendly - this review is not a reflection on them. Location good.
Cons: The room and bathroom were absolutely filthy. Bath mat covered in hairs. Washbasin was tiny and I don’t think has been cleaned properly for months. The hotel building has so much potential but I don’t think it’s seen a pot of paint or new carpets for years. Even though we’d paid for a two night stay, it was worth paying that to not stay the extra night.
6.3 Good
Cons: Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on, and a grubby bathroom-not dirty, but certainly not clean
7.0 Good
Pros: Great central location
Cons: Noisy neighbours, but you can’t do anything about that.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The rooms were dirty and smelly. There were drunken arguments by guests until 4am outside
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Too basic
Cons: Everything from the attitude of the staff to cleanliness and comfort.
