I booked last minute and the room was $300/night. Upon booking, I was told that check in was at 3pm. However, at 3pm the room was "not ready". Eventually 45 minutes later, when I again approached the front desk she offered a room with a Partial Ocean view, which related to a tiny sliver of water. This sliver could be viewed from the ledge, the hotel referred to as a balcony, which was approximately 4ft wide and 8 ft long. Not long enough for furniture so it was barren. The room was nice enough, though it was evident that the cleaning crew had worked hastily; nut shells on the floor, random debris under the bed. All in all completely not worth what I paid. I was highly disappointed.
Good location next to water and shops. Room could have been cleaned better. Wifi isn't anything to brag about in room but that is the norm with Guam.
Loved the wellness center. Great classes -- only wish I could have taken more of them. Wide range of equipment, and plenty of it. Ample poolside space, with several different pools. if you don't find a chaise longue at one spot, there's plenty more. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Large resort Grounds well-kept Great view Quiet A bit run-down inside the hotel. There were many marks on the walls in the room. The hotel needs an upgrade. Tub faucet was loose and came out. Amenities weren't great. The dining was average, the price was high and did not match with the quality of food. Overall the price of staying was higher than the quality of the experience.
Rooms were clean but facilities are in a state of disrepair. Felt like they're doing the bare minimum to keep the hotel running. Not much. Sorta close to Tumon Bay I guess. There's a spa on the first floor that is popular for folks arriving late at night who dont want to spend the money on a room. $15 per person to sleep in the sauna
The location was great. The place needs a overhaul. The carpets on the floors were old and smelled mildew. It would be better if they just ripped them up than to have them on the deck. The light switch in the bathroom would work some of the times. The WiFi in the rooms worked hit and miss. The bar in the lobby area never opened. The whole week I stayed I never saw the bar open. The owners needs to shut down and re-model the whole place. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they fix, and of course I would never stay here again.
GREAT people clean One security guard was poking into my business i caught him 2 times trying to see what i was doing on my phone , very annoying ... Then he prceeded to give me dirty looks , I'm a guest and i dont drink i dont use drugs my apperance is very clean ... His job duty is to protect the guess from the outside not the inside which is me .. Younger kinda fat guy
The value for the area is great since other hotel rooms can cost 150+. The room is just that a room. This room is just for sleeping and a quick shower.
The beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean (had hot water which I don't always have the joy of using), and had a nice window view. Wireless Internet was very fast. Hotel stay was relatively cheap and has a good location with a nearby bus stop, restaurants, and stores. The desk wasn't very big which I needed, tv was old and didn't have many channels, no safe box to use, an old telephone that reminds me of those movies back in the 80s. The Wireless Internet is fast, but you can lose connection somewhat throughout the day. My guess is they don't have a powerful router or network setup throughout the hotel that can handle the number of guests and rooms for each floor despite still having 5 bars connection.
