Rooms were of a very high standard.
Breakfast was very good. Bar staff nice.
I found that the room was a liitle on the cold side, even though turning the heating up didnt help. There was not heating in the Bathroom.
a nice clean and comfortable hotel and in a good location. very friendly staff.concidering it was cold outside we were nice and warm inside.
The bar area, the atmosphere was really nice.
The food in the bar wasnt great and my room was on the front on the hotel and the i could hear all the road traffic.
We didn't like anything best, the whole package, staff, rooms, bar, food were all very, very good.
Nothing at all.
All the staff were very friendly & helpful, has been beautifully re decorated
As stated earlier, the road outside is a little noisy so double glazing would be a great help

The room and staff were fantastic
Breakfast was to slow and was over cooked
The hotel was very stylish, and very comfortable
Issue with the radiators but no management were available over the weekend to speak to
