Pros: Luxurious condominium with every amenity, extremely helpful staff, convenient shuttle to anywhere; a short few block walk to the center of town -- a fox passed me one evening and clearly knew the area well.
Place is working on improvements. I really liked this place!
Pros: Very large room. Great view. Many thanks!
Cons: Noisy family above me. Condo was great but the large family running around was a little distracting in the morning. Acoustics could be better.
Pros: The location within walking distance to town. The shuttle service to in and around town and the mountain, and to and from the airport was exceptional
Overall I really enjoyed The Gant and would highly recommend this place to all of my friends. With that being said, I hope to return to The Gant real soon.
Pros: I really enjoyed the fact that it met my families needs as far as having a sense of being at home with all of the hotel accommodations.
Cons: I didn't like that even with checkout being at 11am, housekeeping came by twice at 830 and 900 to see if we were ready have our room cleaned.
Pros: Location was the best for the price.
Cons: Pool is average.

Pros: Staff were friendly, courted and helpful. Location is great for ski in / out and 4 mountain sports on premise made it a breeze for rentals and gear transport to the other ski areas. Rooms are well appointed - we felt right at home.
Cons: Our room location wasn't the best - a little noisy at times - too near the lobby.
Pros: Had dinner at the hotel and the food and service was excellent, the waiter was well informed and willing to go above your normal expectations. The rooms were very small and even with very few people staying guest were all lumped together in one area of each floor. This took away any sort or privacy and quiet that you usually find at this type of resort in the summer.
Cons: Hotel front desk staff were terrible. They would not answer the phone they were slow to respond to any requests and appeared as if they all hated their jobs. Our check out and getting our car from valet was a disgrace on the hotel. Management obviously takes a break after the winter ski season which is not normal for this quality of a hotel. Perhaps some stock holders will look at this 5 star resort hotel that is being run like a 2 star mom and pop motel in the summer and turn it around. I would not recommend staying at this hotel in the summer.
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility top notch.
Pros: Service was outstanding.
Cons: Restaurants very expensive.
Pros: Excellent staff and service, beautiful accommodations.
Cons: The first night the sheets had holes in them, the last night the bottom sheet did not fit and the top sheet was nonexistent. The hvac fan ran continuously.
Pros: The staff appeared to be friendly, the rooms appeared to be clean.
Cons: A smoke alarm caused a 130 am evacuation.
The explanation given was a "belt caught on fire in the kitchen."
I don't know what to make of the reason, but to the lay person it appears that it was caused by carelessness (by overnight staff?), or someone didn't attend to midnight popcorn.
Pros: The facility looks very nice and was. The service is the issue
Cons: The service ended up being terrible and has resulted in a disaster story to tell friends about. Just awful. First off, when I got there I learned there is only valet parking. I hate to have anyone else drive my car and being forced to did not get us started off on the right foot but is not a huge deal so we just moved past it. We got to our room which was nice and the best part of the experience. Then I got food poisoning from room service (Burger) so I could not sleep. Then in the middle of the night the fire alarm when off. We had to go stand outside for 45 mins waiting for the fire department to get their and clear the alarm. The kitchen set off the alarm while cleaning. By the next morning I just wanted to get home but on check out noticed they charged a $15 resort fee and a $15 valet fee added on in addition to the tips I gave the drivers. I did not raise a fuss with the staff as they were already hearing from other guest and I wanted to get home. They did not offer any discount or anything for the fire alarm which is bad customer service in my opinion. So, to sum it up, I was forced to valet park, got food poisoning, had a fire alarm set off in the middle of the night, had multiple unexpected fees, and received poor customer service. I still can't believe how bad that one night when.
Pros: Staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. The room exceeded my expectations.
Pros: On my previous visit, I loved my room so I was really looking forward to my next visit... But my room was not nearly as nice, it was a handicapped room & so there was no tub & the coffee maker didn't work. Two of my favorite things... I was looking forward to sushi but you guys change the restaurant to a Gastro pub... Which is not a problem but what I did order from room service was no longer available so I was a little disappointed this trip.
Located in the mountains, this ski-in/ski-out resort in Snowmass Village is within a 10-minute walk of Snowmass Ice Age Discovery Center and Snowmass Mountain and close to winter sports such as cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. Snowmass Mall and Snowmass Sports are also within 1 mi (2 km).
Pros: A beautiful turn-down service, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, fast internet and helpful staff.
Cons: The mini bar was disappointing, but empty enough to stock with my own purchases. It's a stretch to find any other complaints.

Pros: This experience was second to none. The hotel AND it's staff are amazing. If I could rate the staff a 12 out of 10, I would. The are attentive to absolutely every detail you can imagine.
Cons: There was nothing negative about Residences at the Little Nell.
Placing you just steps from Aspen Mountain, Residences at The Little Nell allows you more time for skiing with ski-in/ski-out access. After a day on the slopes, guests can relax at the spa tub, work out at the health club, or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. An outdoor pool and a free airport shuttle are other highlights, and condos at this luxurious property offer up nice touches like designer toiletries and pillowtop beds with premium linens. Ski storage is also available.
Cons: In room espresso maker had only 1 pod of regular coofee. The other was decaf.
Pros: The rooms were just ok - i have stayed in way better 4 star resorts. However, the heated pool and hot tubs were great. Overall i'd say save your money and stay in a nice 3-4 star hotel instead.
Cons: waaaaaaaay too many dogs!!!! To a non pet owner, this just doesn't give the 5 star experience. I did not have good service in the bar. Our luggage was not delivered on time from valet. Also, the spa amenities were nice but not too clean, the showers were clogged and hair was everywhere.
Pros: The amenities, staff polish and overall experience was excellent. Robert at the front desk was exceptional. I would happily always make the St. Regis Aspen my home while in town.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and right along side the slopes for easy access to activities. Vaulted ceilings, open living space, wood burning fireplace, and full kitchen were a plus.
Cons: No air conditioning in unit.
Pros: Parking was easy.
Check in/out was very simple and hassle-free.
Cons: Very thin walls with adjoining room. Heard a little too much during the stay.
Not a lot of food around the site.

Pros: The shuttle was fantastic! Staff was very willing to help! Never made it to breakfast and soup for lunch but nice to have available. Traveling with special needs granddaughter and everyone was most helpful in accommodating her needs. Parking was very useful. Jose Feliciano was most helpful on our arrival getting our gear unloaded.
Cons: A few more utensils in the kitchen would have been helpful. Made a spaghetti dinner for 11 without anything that worked to serve it easily - spaghetti server would have helped. No spatula either. But at the end of the st these are minor issues!

Pros: I made my reservation online and I thought was a hotel because the website NEVER said anything about the price is just for one person and we have to share the bathroom
Cons: This place sucks! I have to pay double!
Pros: Cheapest beds in Aspen. Friendly staff. Nice hot tub outside that remarkably was heavily used this past weekend despite the huge dump and freezing temps. No valet, no covered parking.... To be expected.
Cons: No air conditioning and lack of elevators. Our booking was last minute admittedly and my buddy and I wanted to be placed in the same room but management couldn't accommodate. If you are traveling with someone call early and demand the same room it's not automatic. They do have a complimentary breakfast although we didn't indulge.
Cons: Not enough parking

Pros: The location is a short walking distance for most of Aspen's attractions, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The lodge is quaint and historical. The accommodations are comfortable and homey. Our king size bed was very comfortable. Sitting around the kitchen table in the morning was a great way to sta starty the day. The price of the lodging was a bargain...especially for Aspen.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like about our visit. We were not disappointed about our choice of the Snow Queen as a place for an Aspen get-away..
Just 3.9 mi (6.3 km) from the airport, The Snow Queen Victorian Lodge puts you within a 10-minute drive of Aspen Mountain and Buttermilk Mountain Ski Area. Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great for walking around Aspen. The rooms are clean and spacious. My friends and I were very impressed with the set up! We loved the kitchenette. I will stay here during future trips to Aspen.
Pros: To our surprise there was a kitchenette with two burners and basic necessities for cooking for two. This would be a great place to stay in the winter and can sleep up to five people when the small twin bed is included. We can't wait to return. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Pros: Plastic flowers, sponge painted walls, incredible levitating brick fireplace with glowing plastic logs and real fire sounds. ..well, more like first fire sound. Everything that matters is updated, very clean, great location, cheap! Loved our stay there and will return.
Cons: Did not see an air conditioner, but did not need it in September.
Pros: Great staff, great location, great place

Pros: Booked a business trip but didn't book my hotel, so I booked Pokolodi at the last minute. Arrived about 10:40pm, 20 minutes before the front desk closed. Karen was so happy to check me in and explain everything, she was also happy I arrived in time. I didn't know they closed early, but that's because I didn't do my due diligence. I didn't take advantage of breakfast so I can't comment on that. Pokolodi is in a good spot, shopping and coffee, beer, food right out the door, and Aspen by free bus every 30 minutes is nice as well. Everything was clean and kept up, despite an older lodging. For the most part I was looking for a place to lay my head down for two nights and Pokolodi didn't dissapoint.
Cons: Not much
Located within a 10-minute walk of Snowmass Ski Area, Pokolodi Lodge puts you near winter activities like downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. The spa tub makes for a relaxing end to a day on the slopes, and freebies like WiFi and an airport shuttle are great perks. Also, this hotel is within a short drive of Buttermilk Mountain Ski Area.
Pros: Great location in Aspen. Also, very well priced for the location.
Cons: Very old hotel. It appeared as though they were doing some renovations while I was there but the hotel is definitely on its last leg. Unfortunately, the room wasn't carefully cleaned, either. On the surface it looked clean, but there were a few things left in the bathroom in the bathtub and the sink, and most of the surfaces in the room were quite dusty.
Pros: Nice tv. Fridge in room. Needs were comfy. Pool. Great location. Parking garage.
Located within a 10-minute walk of Aspen Mountain, Mountain Chalet Aspen puts you near winter activities like downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool and indulge in massages. A bar/lounge and a fitness center are offered, and rooms get the details right with iPod docks and MP3 docks. Ski storage is also available.
Pros: Front desk staff was very attentive and directed their attention to us when we asked a question
Pros: All the staff we came in contact with was so friendly and eager to help.
Cons: There were some weird smells and the elevator was unbelievable slow.
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The pool and hot tub were not open during the evening except on Friday and Saturday night. Since we were there on a Sunday night we were disappointed we could not hot tub. Wish we knew that when booking, would have stayed elsewhere.
The restaurant was very expensive. We didn't eat there.
Not many amenities in our room, no mini fridge or microwave. So not a good deal if you like to save money on lunch or breakfast.
Pros: We booked our room for my partner to run a half marathon. The start was in Snowmass and the finish was in Aspen. Great location, restaurants within walking distance, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. We thought the price was fair and much cheaper than staying in Aspen. We will definitely stay here again.
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but workable. Hotel was quiet , beds were really comfy and the restaurant was delicious.
Pros: Firstly the staff seemed really friendly, and that does make a big difference.
I thought we would not like the location because it was off the main area in Aspen, but it ended up I enjoyed the drive every time
Also we ordered extra coffee to the room , and the staff was really prompt to get it up to us
Cons: Nothing was bad
Located within a 10-minute walk of Snowmass Ski Area, The Stonebridge Inn, A Destination Hotel puts you near winter activities like downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool or grab a bite to eat at The Artisan, which serves breakfast and dinner. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool and visit the spa to be pampered with deep-tissue massages, aromatherapy, or reflexology. A free airport shuttle and a fitness center are other highlights, and condos at this upscale property feature fireplaces and kitchens. Ski storage is also available.
Pros: The staff was very friendly. They had wine and cheese at 4 pm every day. Our room was pretty clean and the location was excellent. A quick bus ride to Ajax and a ten min drive to the airport.
Cons: We were on the lower floor and there was consistently heavy footsteps/noise from the room
Above us. Walls are thin in this hotel. There was no room service (food menus) and no restaurants walking distance. Getting a cab was difficult and there are no ubers in aspen. Although we were there during New Years so didn't help. 400 a night, but then again it's aspen and a five star hotel is 1500 a night so go figure.
It's a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the Aspen Mountain gondola, where guests can ski or snowboard some of the world's most famous slopes. Downtown Aspen is even closer than the mountain itself, and the other great ski runs of Snowmass and Buttermilk Mountain are within a 10-minute drive.
