comfort of the room, swimming pool, breakfast was OK too far from city centre
Relaxing hotel in Countryside outside Rome You will need a hire car as it is in the Countryside
The bungalows The location: to far away to the nearest village. The breakfast: Horrible ! The fact that it was "forbitten" !!! to use the kitchenette if your stay was shorter than a week.
The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpfull to prepare an diner for our group.
perfect location to explore area around lake treviaggano, ten minutes drive from town centre. It has a lovely pool area although it is 5 Euro to hire a sunlounger for the day even if you are staying there, but it does have a small cafe for drinks and ice creams. It was a shame to have to pay for the sunloungers and if you are staying less than one week you cannot you the kitchens within the appartments.
we had an ensuite challet which was away from the main hotel but was really quiet comfortable and had very good air con.a kitchenette with fridge and two ring hob.large bathroom and very clean.there is a pool located on the property only 10 meters from our challet 15 meters from the main hotel.its very big with shower facilities and it is possible to order food and drinks coffee juice etc.. dont know about ordering alcohol as we didnt order any.the pool may be seperately run to the htel as the cost should have been approx 5 to 10 euros per day or how long you use it for. we didnt pay to use it,nobody asked us so we didnt mention it. it is a great place for a family although there isnt much of a play area for kids. We found the area for kids to play, very dusty and had no grass,so if we were traveling with out kids then this would have been a dissapointement. If it was closer to the pool area it would be a better idea but it is beside the hotel approx 20 meters from pool area breakfast is ok.enough to get your day started.otherwise everything else was really good.
Location and views from windows and balconies.
The rooms were very nice and had great views from the balconies. The location was excellent--we could walk to the grocery store and to village shops. It was close to local restaurants, and to the bus stop. We liked that the rooms have refrigerators, dishes, stoves, ovens and clothes washers. Air conditioning would be a plus--but we visited in the hottest part of the year.
The service offered to us by the Manager of the hotel was extremely good. Our expectations were far exceeded and I would thoroughly recommend it to others. The location is absolutely fantasic with spectacular views and a lovely town. It is not a criticism of the hotel, but we had not realised that use of a car is necessary for getting to the nearby lake. More air conditioning in the rooms would be a benefit during the summer months.
Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Room / apartment excellent with both plenty of space and very good self catering facilities. Cleanliness excellent.
The Residenza Principe Di Piemonte is located in a wonderful town. It is not a "touristy" area, but that makes it even better. The location is in the city of Ronciglione and is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The gentleman working there was so helpful and knowledgeable of the area. He recommended wonderful restaurants, places to visit, and directions. The apartments are new, clean, spacious, and have wonderful views. They come equipped with everything you would expect; kitchen, fridge, washing machine, fully furnished, etc. The value for your money cannot be beat. A similar rental near Rome would be three times as much money. It was a great value! Will stay there again!
The delightful suite of rooms and balcony with a beautiful view made a great place to rest, relax and enjoy small-town Italy. It was very comfortable and was conveniently located for our stay in Roncigilone.
