Cons: Internet didn't work in the morning when I really needed it.
Each one has been individually designed to create a stylish interior where you'll feel totally at ease. All have bespoke walnut fitted features, rich textiles and textures throughout, such as plush ostrich leather headboards, and kitchens equipped with Smeg appliances. This is the height of luxury, by design. And as you'd expect, every apartment is fully kitted-out with all mod-cons to make the practicalities of life just a little easier - things like an Apple Mac, an integrated safe and a widescreen LCD TV. Forgotten your razor? No problem. You can pick up toiletries, milk, groceries and ready meals from the Pantry in Reception. There's no need to skip breakfast either - hot drinks, pastries and fruit are always available from the Grab and Go. We've thought of everything, so you can experience Leeds the way you want. The freedom of the city starts here.
I could clearly hear the people in the room next door: every word of their conversation which was frustrating, as well as a huge amount if noise until the early hours from the Headrow. The room was clinical ( no carpet) and the bathroom like a hospital one.
Cons: I was terribly disappointed by the hotel. Given the price:£--- for one night, I expected much better. Breakfast was extra and when the receptionist forgot to add it on to the bill, the receptionist the morning after tried to charge us more.

Pros: Excellent location for town and bars. Room spacious clean and a good breakfast. Nice bar in hotel.
Pros: The location to wakefield city centre was excellent only a few minutes wlak to the shopping area. The hotel appeared recently refurbished and was immaculately clean. We got a great deal for half board, which was good value for having a 3 course dinner included. The dinner also offered a decent choice for vegetarians which we both are. Restaurant staff were pleasant and attentive.
Cons: Breakfast was basic (Cereal and juices, tea / coffee) and didn't have a menu. We were asked if we would like anything else for breakfast but without a menu its difficult to specify without having to keep asking 'Do you have....?'. Free Wi-Fi is offered but no info in rooms or check-in card on the password, on our first night stay there was no staff at desk or on the phone to answer the question. However we were able to obtain the password the next morning. Housekeeping came to our room before 9am and we asked if they could come back a little later as we weren;t quite ready, unfortauntely they didn't come back.
Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: As it is a city centre hotel it was very noisy at night both inside and out. It might be better on weekdays but not good on Friday and Saturday nights.
Pros: Fab location nice rooms
Pros: Value for money. Very clean and tidy room/bathroom.
Pros: Spotlessly clean and well appointed room
Cons: 1 light bulb over bed missing
Pros: Restaurant is very good. Hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to the train station, a 5-minute walk to the town centre, shopping malls, market, local restaurant, and the bus station.
Cons: Noise from adjoining room kept me awake most of the night which means that wall/sound insulation is non-existent. Hotel seems to be popular with the young people, which means a bit noisy and rowdy for a senior visitor like me.
Pros: Near station. There is a good restaurant in the hotel.
Cons: It is good to have a wheelchair accessible bathroom, but not fo normal people without mentioning in advance. It is difficult to use. E.G. small low level basin.
Pros: Clean, modern facilities; convenient location.
Cons: I would expect more than a single coat hanger.
Pros: Clean and freshly decorated
Cons: No drinking glasses, chair or shaver power point in room. Reakfast choice very limited
