The room was great. Not a fan of open showers, but that's just a detail.
The staff was not friendly at all. Good thing I didn't stay long.
It was nice quiet location, some of the staff was friendly & helpful. The decor was nice & rooms were clean.
I had to change rooms 3 times the first 111A room had ants every where & nails sticking through carpet my boyfriend and I both hurt our foot. The second room 109 they gave was smaller & handicap accessible with one small closet & no shower head. I think it was very thoughtless & jus wanted us out of their hair. The lady at the front desk told us it would be bad look on her to swap the room so wait til morning for a new one after she told us before we left when we got back from breakfast we would have a new room no problem. The third room 110B had a refrigerator leak I jus had them swap the fridge from the room we had just left. The lady was apologetic, acted promptly& was very nice. I also had to call front desk for the ppl next to us smoking marijuana & it cans in our room & I didn’t wanna get charged for it. The day before we checked out I called house keeping at like 7a to ask for clean linens & she said ok after a hour in a half I called back to see what happened she said she was waiting for the linen to get there ( she should’ve said that to begin with)& I still waited another 2 hours or so. Lastly the morning I was checking out there was no one at the front desk I had my Uber waiting then I noticed a guy sitting on his phone watching us pack to leave I asked if he worked there he said yes. I expressed I was urgently trying to check out to make my flight. Hardly anyone was apologetic & I feel I should have been compensated with a discount of some sort for all of the many inconveniences. If I ever had to stay again it would be my very last resort. What started off great with early check in ended a nightmare to check out.
It was nice
That we could hear people in other rooms. And they didn't have a real Breakfast
Location was ok.
HORRIBLE. TRIPLE CHARGED my credit card. Noisy rooms as 90% have connecting doors where you can have a nice conversation with your neighbor. They gave me a new room which was in front of 6 noisy running a/c units and had garlic smell from the next door restaurant. Manager was not on site but was supposed to call but they did not give a sh&*%!t and instead of calling me just added another charge to my CC !. 18$ RESORT FEE , for what ? This place has ZERO amenities, the fee is just to show a lower price. They charge 150$ deposit for what ?? Worst hotel stay since years.
The room was very nice and spacious. Comfortable and large double bed. The staff is friendly and helpful, room cleaning is performed daily. Very good coffee available at any time in the lobby.
The location is not ideal for moving around Miami Beach without a car - the beach trolleys do not get so far north. There are two beaches at walking distance from the hotel, however there is no lifeguard on duty around (at least in March). The breakfast is quite poor in options: cereals, bread and jam, yogurt and some fruits every day. A pool at the property would have been nice - since it is a 4* hotel.
