Cons: Air vents were dirty, air conditioner condensation pump clicked on and off all night long. Room was near noisy lobby. Check in staff was not properly trained how to activate room keys. It was her first day. Took 1 hour just to get magic bands setup.
Cons: Slow to check in.
Pros: We could walk to Epcot
Cons: There were not many options for dining

Pros: The camping feel with the cabin. The out of the wag location aaay form the hustle of other Disney guests and most of all the golf cart we rented !! I loved the full kitchen to cook
Pros: The atmosphere of the cabins and the grounds is amazing. This was one of the best family vacations we have had. The cabins as well as the grounds were very clean. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and super friendly.
Pros: different atmosphere and a nice change in some ways. My family liked the pool and loved the Mickey Mouse BBQ. Fun to take the boat to the magic kingdom. They did let one of our family member take the bus to the airport when he left as soon as he came.
Cons: golf carts expensive and all sold out when we arrived. You do need them to get around, although the bus can be taken too - but very crowded and you can wait quite a while for one. The beds were very uncomfortable. Computer problem at checkin.
Pros: It´s a beautiful place in the middle of teh forest
Cons: We taken an additional night and they forget set up the keys. So when we return at 2am from magic kingdom we could not open the door, so my wife had to stay in the door with my 2 little kids, it was freezing (2º or less), and I had to walk 20min to solve
Wonderful place to go camping in style.
Pros: The cabins and the surrounding nature.
Cons: It took me 30 minutes to check in.
Pros: Environment, beautiful trees and animals(camping atmosphere) but with the comfort of home. We had a wonderful visit and would do it again.
Log cabins we very nice, Disney advertises that they sleep 6 but unless 3 are small children I would say only 4 comfortably. Very nice accomodation.
Pros: Location very nice and enjoyed Fort Wilderness and the free things to do, night time Disney movie, Chip and Dale sing-a-long and marshmallow roast, and the very nice swimming pools. Our granddaughter liked the pony ride and when older she will like the t
Cons: You really need to rent a golf cart, which we did, to get around the grounds at your own pace other wise you are at the mecy of the bus system.
It was clean, plenty of transportation available, lots of activities for kids.
Pros: Family atmosphere
Cons: playgrounds were muddy with standing water after the rain

Pros: Being able to use my points which cost dearly.
Cons: This isn't my home resort. I can never get in but no one WANTS to use their points here. It's just that it's usually all that's left if you want a spontaneous vacation.
BTW my home resort is the Boardwalk and since I purchased in 1997, I've only been able to stay there a handful of times. :-(
Pros: As always Disney nails it. Fantastic facilities and the benefit of on property transportation. A fantastic place
Cons: When booking through a third party names of all travelers don't always make it to the reservation nor does a my Disney account get linked. This is a problem because Magic Bands can be preordered custom and fastpass+ reservations can be made when all necessary information gets to Disney before arrival.
From its colorful Victorian architecture to its historic horse-racing details, this lakeside community a mile from Epcot captures the heyday of upstate New York country retreats of the 1800s.
Pros: Very cozy, intimate. The rooms have balconies. Very clean. Close proximity to the parks. I loved the Dance Hall. Large TV screens in room
Cons: Front desk staff not the friendliest.
Pros: The walking access to Studios and Epcot. The facility is beautiful.

Cons: We were given a disabled access room and not told. Didn't have time to ask for a room change as only there one night.
Pros: The villa was great- I booked a 1-bedroom but received a 2 bedroom, with 2 bathrooms and tons of space. The balcony overlooked a water fountain and it was nice and quiet, and within walking distance to our area's pool.
Pros: Rooms were nice and we liked the proximity to pools and playscapes.

Pros: GOOD LOCATION
Cons: THE FIRST ROOM WE STAY IN WAS VERY NOICE BY THE FREEWAY
The Resort is awesome.
Pros: The overall set up of the Resort. Very nice, very clean and the staff is absolutely wonderful.

Pros: Got room was awesome. Spacious ,large , We loved it.
Pros: Feel of key west was very authentic. It was very quiet and relaxing. Loved having car right outside.
Need better travel info/maps within the resort itself
Cons: Resteraunt and bar Service was excellent, but the 'products' could really be improved ..with the huge exception of the waffles

Pros: Without a doubt the best attribute of this hotel is quiet! We love how spread out and green the grounds are.
Staff was great.
Pros: On Disney property
Cons: Room not clean. Insect issue. Had to move rooms.
Pros: The room was very nice, very clean. The Disney feel is amazing. It is very nice getting to and from the airport. The hotel provides a bus called the Disney Express.
Cons: The bed is lumpy and feels old. You could roll over and keep rolling over because you rolled down the dip in the mattress.
The bus system with this hotel is very poor. Our first day, we went to Hollywood Studios, it took 30 mins to get picked up by the bus to go back to the hotel at the end of the day. We saw perhaps every other hotel have 2 or 3 buses go by. The day after, it took almost an hour from the time we left the room, to the time we got to epcot.
Pros: Bus service
Cons: I was very disappointed with the riverside. I expected Disney service and Disney clean. Not here
Pros: Quiet & not crowded
Cons: Check-in. Check-out, and reservation changes were a nightmare. I booked and pre-paid for 3 nights on Kayak assigned to Travelocity. I called twice in advance to explain that I would check out after 2 nights.
When arriving to check in after midnight the line was out the door and only one person was working. After 45 minutes and them not able to program the "key" wristbands, I finally got checked in using 1 key card for 4 people. They told me my reservation was 3 days and to call when I check out early.
Day 2 I again waited through a long line to get more keys at which time they again tried to program wristbands with no luck so instead gave me more key cards.
When I checked out I called the front desk as instructed. The person told me I had to come to the front desk per protocol to check out early.
The room was nice but nothing special and overpriced. I will not stay there again.

Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is inspired by Louisiana's southern charm and Mark Twain's vision of life on the Mississippi River. A paddlewheel churns alongside Boatwright's Dining Hall which serves breakfast and dinner, and specializes in southern dishes, steaks and seafood. The Riverside Mill offers quick-serve stations that prepare everything from pastas to burgers. This eatery houses a country market stocked with "grab-and-go" items. River Roost lounge provides fireside seating and serves evening appetizers and refreshments. Sassagoula Pizza Express offers room-delivery pizza. A 3.5-acre outdoor pool complex known as Ol' Man Island features rock formations, rope swings, a waterslide and a play area. Recreational amenities include six outdoor pools, and rental bicycles and watercraft. A fishing hole is stocked with catch-and-release bass, bluegill and catfish. Horse-drawn carriage rides operate nightly and a complimentary area shuttle is available on-site.
The resort is divided into the Magnolia Bend and Alligator Bayou sections. Magnolia Bend reflects antebellum grace with smoke-free guestrooms housed in three-story, mansion-style buildings positioned along the river. Alligator Bayou's smoke-free guestrooms are set within rustic, country-style lodges. Alligator Bayou beds are lit by overhead lanterns and feature 250-thread-count sheets, gingham bedspreads and tree-branch accented headboards. Armoires feature stamped-tin doors. Pine-paneled vanity areas display bark-framed mirrors, and inlaid stone and tile floors. Accommodations include satellite TV, coffeemaker, mini fridge, and complimentary wireless Internet access. Babysitting and child care services are available (surcharge). The hotel has connecting rooms, available on request.
Pros: Very little, the ground appeared luxurious, however there was construction and there were unkept areas that need attention.
Cons: The pool area was a madhouse chairs were packed together, yet unavailable covered by towels unoccupied. Not enough tubes in lazy river. No supervision or coordination at the pool. The staff was unconcerned and unresponsive facility wide. Iwill not bother to return.
Pros: Pool, restaurants, amenities
Cons: Paying $18 a day to park
Pros: I love their pool area. They have a family friendly pool with a slide, a lazy river, and a spa style pool. The staff is friendly.
Cons: The beds are really uncomfortable and really firm. If you like mattresses with pillowtop, then this is not the place to stay. It is at least 20 minutes away from all theme parks and the downtown area. The only other issue is it has a lot of hidden charges.
Pros: We love the pool, lazy river, and the friendly staff. We have made it a tradition to stay at the Omni at Champions Gate every year.
Cons: Perhaps the location.. Only because there isn't much in the area. Other than that (which is so minor) this is a wonderful place to stay
Pros: Housekeeping staff were VERY NICE.
Pool design good except loud music detracted from experience.
Par 3 course very nice.
Cons: 1. Key cards failed repeatedly
2. Shower flooded bathroom.
3. Sink drains clogged
4. No way to transport guests in rain to villas
5. Food mediocre and outdated and overpriced
6. Staff rude from reservations through every encounter, except housekeeping and wait staff in Sports Bar
7. Long line at Morsels
8. Did not work well with wedding group
9. Annex at Crocs was hot and fly infested
Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate makes a perfect base for golfers and theme park addicts. It’s a 15-minute free shuttle ride from Walt Disney World Resort, and 20 minutes by car from Universal Orlando Resort® and SeaWorld®.
Pros: The resort is close to everything. We used the grills almost nightly. Lots of things for the kids to do.
Cons: The maid didn't come once during our 5 night stay. When we got to our room the tub was leaking from the handle. The fan that drys the tub came on scaring my kids. We called the front desk and it was fixed quickly but I feel the maid should have caught it when she cleaned. I also didn't like how they try to get you to buy the timeshare.
Pros: It's on Disney Property, good for family to spend time together rather then having two separate hotel rooms.
Cons: They waste your time trying to get you to buy a time share. They tell you to go to a different area to get parking pass and then keep you
Pros: I attended with my husband and 2 younger children and 2 older children. We all had something to do. I like the different activities and chance to just relax. Everyone loved the numerous pools, lazy rivers, and there were many Jacuzzi hot tusb that we always found that it wasn't crowded. I will definitely stay again.

From the full activities calendar to special touches like the tranquil lazy river, beautiful pool and private lake, this is no ordinary stay. It is your home away from home, only better!
Pros: The room was clean. Motel was located close to the Disney parks.
Cons: We couldn't get our MagicBands to work after they were first uploaded. We had maintenance come to our room to check our lock. There was nothing wrong with the door lock. After 3x the 1st day and 2x the 2nd day going to the front desk we finally got our MagicBands to work. We were tired and having to deal with this didn't help.
Pros: Food court had a nice selection of food at reasonable prices for on the resort. Location is close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. My kids loved the pool.
Pros: The shop had nice gift. The boat ride to downtown Disney was nice.the bathroom was roomy but the door would lock if it was shut to fast
Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable 3 of us woke up sore. A worker in the gift shop was rude to one of my daughters who has a Disney annual pass but does not have an ID because she is a minor. The woman did not want to give her the discount that comes with the Disney card.

Buildings are bordered by gardens and cobblestone streets, and some offer views of the resort pool or the Sassagoula River. Mardi Gras prevails at the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, where large replicas of floats are suspended from warehouse-like ceilings. All rooms have tables and chairs, coffeemakers, compact fridges, complimentary wired Internet access, multiline phones, safes, cable television and dual vanity areas
Pros: We loved the spaciousness and the location. The amenities were terrific, everything we needed to make our two married children and their daughters and our grandson happy. We used the washer and dryer and dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, blender, terrace, pool and sauna.
Cons: No availability to get extra towels nor an option add-on daily clean up.
Pros: Spacious, very clean
Cons: A bit far from most attractions
Caribe Cove Resort by Wyndham Vacation Rentals is nestled within a tranquil wooded landscape, a 15-minute drive from Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. There are 5 golf courses within 5 miles (8 km), and Italian and Chinese restaurants are a 5-minute drive.
Pros: Beautiful hotel! The character dining at Garden Grove restaurant was awesome, have your kids bring their autograph books with them. Staff was friendly and very accommodating to families/kids. We ate dinner at Il Mulino restaurant and despite being more upscale Italian, the waiter was very engaging with our kids and was happy to make them chocolate milk with dinner! The grotto pool was beautiful, large, and poolside food/beverage service was on the ball.
Cons: Nothing really not to like, just some advice:
Prices are expensive but hold value. This isn't a Super 8 but then again they treat you way better than a Super 8. Just remember EVERYTHING at Disney World is expensive.
Also this: this hotel is on Disney property but is NOT a Disney hotel. You still get the same perks like early park entry and free shuttles to the parks, but what you don't get is free shuttle from/to the airport on the Disney Magical Express. A Disney rep will tell you to use Mears transportation saying it's cheaper than a taxi but don't. Our taxi, with tip, was cheaper than Mears' fare plus we didn't have to wait the half hour for the Mears shuttle. We were in a taxi in about 5 minutes at the airport.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Very pricey for simple things like morning coffees or breakfast for kids.
Pros: The room was fantastic. Updated and positively posh. The 12th floor view was incredible with fireworks shows from two Disney parks. The in-room Starbucks was a nice touch. I found a new favorite Disney hotel. Thanks!
Pros: Hotel was comfortable and clean
Cons: Our room was next to the elevator so we didnt sleep well from the noise of the motor constantly.
Pros: Location to Epcot is a huge benefit. Great staff. Remodeled bathrooms are great.
Cons: Older facility is noticed.
Pros: Upon check in we got a free upgrade to a suite no extra charge.
Pros: Closet is too small. With the ironing board in the closet you can't fit anything in there. I understood this room #444, was newly constructed....has anyone tried hanging a suit in this closet? very poor planning.
Secondly air conditioning was malfunctioning when I was there.
I doubt I'll stay at the Swan again.
p.s. Note I didn't mention the bomb scare...that could happen anywhere. The closet is ridiculous.
Cons: Required 2 night minimum
Pros: The boat ride from the hotel to Epcot, boardwalk, and Hollywood Studio's.
Cons: Our reservations were for the Swan hotel but when we arrived we were told we were at the Dolphin hotel. We asked why we were there our reservations were for the Dolphin hotel. We were advised we must have read the confirmation wrong. The woman at the Dolphin hotel asked if we had the confirmation. I pulled it up on my phone and she confirmed it showed the Swan. She asked if she could make a phone call. She made the phone call in front of us and advised the person on the other end what I had and what their system showed. She was told we were supposed to be at the Swan and they corrected it in their system. The lady apologized and said that she could check us in but we would have to get our key's from the Swan because their systems were different. When we came back the bellhop that was going to assist us with our bags said very sarcastically, "ladies you are at the wrong hotel. I will tell you very slowly how to get there." We told him that we went to the Dolphin and they found that we were supposed to be at the Swan. He told us he would assist us with our bags once we got our keys. When we turned around he ducked into the back and a different bellhop advised us that he went on break so he would assist us.
The room we were in smelt like mildew and we were advised that there were no other rooms available.
Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly. We received a free upgrade to a suite, which was elegant and huge! We loved the swan!

Pros: Location was perfect for all theme parks. Breakfast was good with scrambled or omelet eggs, waffles and more. Received free upgrade to suite as a couple. Across street and within plaza are major name restaurants. Very courteous staff in person and over the phone.
Pros: GAME ROOM for kids. great breakfast.
Cons: The hot water is protected so you can not get a very hot shower, but still a WONDERFUL property!
Pros: i arrived a day early before staying at a Disney resort. The hotel was kid friendly and close to Disney. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was included and got the family's day started on a full belly before a day at the parks.
Pros: Inside the hotel looked nice
Cons: The room smelled funny
Pros: The cleanliness of hotel, comfiness of the beds, the friendliness of staff. Everything was greater than expected and VERY greatly appreciated.
Pros: Staff was very accommodating, location was central to all things we wanted to do, the is a Mexican Restaurant across the lot that was amazing and their staff was awesome. The breakfast was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. 3 buses of children arrived while we were there and became concerned---NO NEED everything was great and the staff stepped it up with a 95% occupancy! Would come again.
Cons: That my stay was over!
Pros: Breakfast choices were plentiful and tasty. Staff was very helpful. Being located at the end of a shopping strip made it VERY hard to find. It needs a sign lower to the highway so it can be found. I missed it over and over.
Pros: The cleanliness bed comfortable, the breakfast was excellent . I have no complain will visit again.
Cons: There is complain
Pros: Friendly helpful staff and good location.
Pros: Proximity to Conference I was attending
Cons: 1. Water supply was off when I arrived. Therefore no shower before my first meeting
2. I have stayed ay several Fairfield Inns. The scrambled eggs at this one looked like they were made the night before and had to be cut with a knife to get some on your plate - awful
Pros: location to disney was great , hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast provided choices. Parking and shuttle to disney was free.

Pros: After all the hidden fee's, what you have is a decent hotel.. lets face it all hotels charge fee's, considering total expense it was a decent price. Beds are comfy, tv is good, pool and bar decent. The pool needs to get resurfaced as it looks a little rough.
Cons: Bar poorly staffed.. had one guy running around crazy.
Pros: The staff was incredible, they made me and my family feel welcome like we were staying with family. Within a day the staff new my family on a first name basis and anticipated our needs. Fantastic meal I. The restaraunt. We will be back!!!!
Pros: Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Cons: Food options were plenty but poor in taste.. quality needs to be better. Pool was a little dirty and needs to be resurfaced.
Pros: Location was great, close to Disney Springs.
Bed was comfortable and room was clean and spacious.
Cons: Housekeeping knocked at 8 am requesting what time we were checking out, then they knocked again at 9 am. Had to call the front desk to request housekeeping STOP knocking and waking us up!
Pros: Free shuttle
Microwave and small refrigerator if needed
Close to restaurants and other activities

Pros: I stayed here as a kid more than 20 years ago and it's still just what I remember. Everything is spotless, the staff is compareable to any four seasons, and for Disney the price is great.
Cons: The only draw back was the lack of late night dinner options at the resort. They are rebuilding the little downtown area so there is only a buffet available for breakfast lunch and dinner. They wrap that up at nine. We ended up eating all of our meals at the park or from a food truck at the resort. It's just growing pains and will make this place even better in the future.
Cons: Front desk hard to understand. Issue with check in. They failed to properly link my credit card to room.
Cons: The food court facilities and transportation to the theme parks were inadequate for a resort so large.
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: A lot of rooms packed into each building. The food court was always hectic and busy but did seem to have everything we needed for a few days.
Pros: Landscape was nice and the location was quiet. I can rest quietly here after a long day in Disney.
Cons: The blinds has a gap in between and since we were placed near the stairs everyone from second floor will most likely passed our room. I hope they provide a bigger curtain that does not has a gap in between .
Pros: The room was just as described. We were very pleased
Cons: Disney should have an 800 phone number directly to the hotel.
Pros: The pool was nice.
Cons: Transportation to Disney is unreliable. Had to wait 47 minutes for a bus once! Found someone's (not ours) dirty sock under our bed - that is how well they clean the rooms. Had to chase down a maid to get our coffee restocked.
Pros: The pools were nice. It was crowded, but it's summer time. The room was clean, aside from the one thing I'll elaborate more on the bad section. The landscaping was amazing, it's really attractive resort.
Cons: The curtains (which were dirty) don't completely block out the sun and there were gaps in the blinds. We had some hair clips that we were able to use to bind together the curtains and get some privacy. Had we not, the people passing by our room would have gotten an eye full.

Location. Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, is 1 mile from Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and Epcot, 2 miles from Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and 6 miles from the Magic Kingdom Park and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Orlando International Airport is 20 miles from the hotel.
Hotel Features. The hotel is comprised of 6 brightly colored Caribbean villages named after the islands of Trinidad, Martinique, Barbados, Aruba, and Jamaica. Each village consists of 2-story buildings blending cool pastel walls, white-wood railings, and vivid metal roofs. Villages feature swimming pool areas surrounded by chaise lounges, cabanas, and hammocks for sunbathing. The center of the resort is Old Port Royale, a Caribbean shopping and dining area with plentiful dining and entertainment options. Parking and wireless Internet access are both complimentary amenities.
Guestrooms. Island-themed guestrooms feature bright green armoires, striped bedspreads, and floral curtains. Aspiring young pirates may prefer a themed room with buccaneer accessories and pirate ship beds. Convenient amenities include double sinks and hair dryers. Guestrooms also include satellite TV, phone with voice mail, and complimentary wired and wireless Internet access. Ceiling fans keep rooms cool and coffee/tea makers are provided. Iron/ironing boards, cribs (infant beds), and connecting/adjoining rooms may be requested.
Cons: Request a room whit spa not available at check in, then they give me a room whit a small refrigerator no happy about that.
Pros: I loved the apartment style rooms, the updated kitchen, nice room, great starters for your stay. Overall the grounds were beautiful and relaxing. Loved the amount of pools available to choose from. Lots of space in the unit.
Cons: I did not like that the pools closed at 10 and open at 8am but the shuttle didn't run until 9:30 and the pool bar didn't open until 12. Also the pools said heated but we're cold. A lot of raccoons on the premises.
Cons: Multiple spiders upon entering hotel room and throughout room..
Pros: I liked everything about this Hotel/Condo. I felt right at home because they make you feel at home. As a matter of fact, when you drive up through the gates, they great you, Welcome Home!
Hotel/Condo was clean and had everything we needed... EVERYTHING
Cons: I didn't like that I had to go.
Pros: Spacious apartment. It had everything I could think of even dish soap!
Pros: Fifth stay at this resort. Love proximity to Disney parks. Room was clean. Beds are comfortable. Love having full kitchen and washer/dryer. Reasonably priced for all that they offer. Wi-fi in room worked well but you can only connect 4 devices and there were 4 of us in the room
Cons: Decor needs to be updated
Pros: We got a free upgrade to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite. Just so you know, the 1 bedroom only has a queen size bed, the 2 bedroom has 2 queens in one room and a king in the other. There is so much to do there, but we had plans already so couldn't enjoy all the resort has to offer.
Cons: If you need a crib, make sure you ask ahead of time and follow through. Took them til 1am to bring ours
Pros: Plenty of space. Having laundry machines in your room is so helpful with kids!
Pros: Very clean and extra towels. The kitchen was fully stocked. The rooms were very big and the spa in the room was excellent. Was planning on staying just 1 night and we winded up staying 2 nights.
Cons: That I had to go home
Pros: I visited Orlando for a family reunion and trip to Disney for my grandson. Mystic Dunes is an amazing resort! Beautiful facility and grounds! We were able to save a ton of money on food, because each room had a stove, microwave and refrigerator. They also had a washer and dryer. i went through a timeshare presentation while I was there that wasn't too bad. I got $50 and $25 visa cards and a 3 day 2 night trip. the cards came in handy for gas and Disney stuff. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Honestly they exhibit the customer service you'd expect from such a beautiful resort. You feel like a rich person! I so glad I stayed here. It made my trip!
Cons: How the iron caught fire and almost burned me
Cons: Unfriendly staff. I did not like it

Pros: The rooms were amazing, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were amazing!
Pros: Proximity to WDW
Pros: We got a room on the 18th floor. The view was amazing we where able to watch the fireworks from Epcot, Hollywood studios and some of the magic kingdom (other hotel was blocking some of the view). Also just people watching everyone walking around Disney Springs helped pass the time.
Cons: Wasn't pleased with being roped into talking with a hotel employee about going to their other hotels for a presentation(guessing it was a timeshare). We did not do it but felt extremely pressured like if we didn't do it we were not welcome in the hotel. Had to spend the rest of our time there avoiding that employee.
Cons: This is not a Disney hotel yet they wanted to charge us to eat with Disney characters. This was $10 more for breakfast. Staff was rude when we asked about it.. we requested the manager get in touch with us but never did.
Pros: After spending two nights at one of the cheaper Disney properties we booked a room here at a lower price for our last night in Disney World. We stayed in the tower and our room was significantly better in terms of comfort and size than the room we had just left at the Disney hotel. Considering that both properties were at a out the same distance from the parks and that both provided transportation to and from them, the Wyndham was hands down a much better choice. We'll definitely stay here on our next trip.
Pros: The room was well designed and clean.
Cons: I attempted to call guest services multiple times. Mostly from my cell phone, once from the room phone. No one ever answered. Also, the internet connection was to weak to connect. I wasn't able to connect at anytime.
Pros: I liked everything about the hotel, clean, friendly.
Cons: I didn't like that the buffet breakfast was around $13.00 to $15.00 every morning, and then when it was the character breakfast it went up. It doesn't really give you a choice to not pay the $26.00+. Especially when you are a guest at the hotel and are expecting to eat at the same restaurant every morning. And the pancakeson the buffet were very rubbery and hard.
Pros: Interior was new and updated. Couldn't beat the price for the location and amenities. Perfect for a short stay while visiting the Disney parks!
Pros: It was clean and the bedding was very comfortable
Cons: Size of room would be a little small for an extended stay.
Cons: Everything was a add on cost..
Cons: Nickle & dime too much. Extra for resort fee extra for lousy parking etc
Pros: I loved the location. Great being right across from Disney Springs.

Pros: I like the hotel overall. It was clean the pools were clean, good breakfast, and good service. I would stay there again!
Pros: Location and cost
Cons: Ants were in both rooms. Older hotel iwas fine with me but unwanted guests were not.
Cons: There was always a lot of people in the courtyard so with our room located off the courtyard it was always very loud.
Pros: The location was good, but we knew that because we had stayed in that same vicinity at other hotels before
Cons: We reserved a King bed and we were given two double beds, which wasn't going to work for us. The staff were very nice and tried to accommodate but the only King bed that they had available was one the first floor facing the parking lot. The room smelled musky and there was definitely a chemical smell that tried to cover it, so that wasn't good, but what was bad is there the window next to your bed was overlooking the parking lot and you heard noise every time that someone got into their car or parked their car (when they activate the car alarm), which woke us up on both days that we were there.
Pros: Room service was good. Front desk lady was very helpful.
Cons: Bed sheet was very poor. Room had water damage painted over. We got rashes from sleeping on the bed. Shower did not drain quickly. But it was fixed eventually. Overall, I think it was poor/ok experience.
Pros: This hotel is in a great location. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive from the Disney parks and there are lots of great options for dining and shopping nearby. It's on a quiet street next to all the action so it was easy to get in and out of the hotel.
The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of room to unpack and make yourself at home.
We will definitely stay here again!
Cons: Most of the outlets built into the lamps in our room didn't work so it made it harder to charge our electronic devices. The area outside the bathroom was very small and only had one sink so it was cumbersome for two people to get ready at the same time (we were staying in a suite with 2 beds and a pull out sleeper).
The AC unit in the bedroom rattled. It sounded like rain hitting the windows all night.
Pros: Everything about this place was spot on! Super nice environment.
Cons: Nothing negative to report, other than having to check out...
Pros: The room and common areas were very clean. Very good hot water. No noise audible from the halls or the outside pools. Convenient bedside outlets. No parking or resort fees.
Cons: Tired, outdated decor. Hallways were poorly ventilated and hot. Room air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. Inadequate parking. Couldn't connect to wireless on multiple devices. Bedding wasn't especially comfortable. There are multiple nearby hotels with the same features at half the price.
Pros: Close to parks at a reasonable price
Cons: Group of kids were very loud numerous nights, took multiple calls to front desk to get them to settle down.
Pros: Wonderful room and hotel in general. Breakfast buffet was very good and convenient. They had a clown making balloons and doing tricks for the kids. Nice staff.
Cons: There is nowhere near as many parking spaces available as are needed. I had to drive around 3 times, come back to the lobby to ask the gentleman for assistance, who then had me park in front of the dumpster and promised me it wouldn't be towed... Not exactly a wonderful feeling.
Pros: Really close to WDW
Cons: If you don't leave for the day before 9am; don't expect your room to be cleaned. Came back to no towels, unmade beds and no coffee. Really surprised housekeeping wouldn't come back and check after 9am to clean a room.
Pros: Great service & Great staff. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Orlando. In the center of all the theme parks and less than 20 mins from downtown Orlando.

Cons: The mattress's in both bedrooms were HORRIBLE, besides that the place was nice
Pros: We had more than enough space in the platinum cottage. It was clean, quiet, and centrally located. My husband travels a lot for work and stays in Hampton Inn more than 3 times a month, he commented that the cottage was cleaner than 90% of the rooms he stays in with Hampton Inn. There was ample closet and storage space and with the deal we got from Kayak, the price literally could not be beat!! Especially since there is on site laundry, a bark park, mini golf, a pool, a cafe, and a small "general" store in the office.
We stayed here to go to Disney and it was easy to get on and off property from this location. We will be back! We are even considering buying one of the smaller cottages they have for sale on site. Our three year old loved this place as well, she called it her green house the entire stay.
Cons: The beds could use new mattresses and the cottage needed extra pillows but it's not like we lost any sleep over these two things. The only other thing I might add is the cottage needed an informative guide inside. We didn't know how or where to get fresh towels, where to take the garbage, check out guidelines, etc. But all we had to do was ask/explore a bit.
I rated the staff at 4 stars because they were not very professional (I only encountered the night shift at the desk) otherwise, we really couldn't find anything to complain about!
Pros: I liked the location. Right off irlo Bronson, you can't beat it. Quite. You have your own space.
Cons: The rooms were tiny, the couches were filthy, a strange smell stayed throughout or stay, even after we started a generous amount of frebreeze. No water pressure.
Pros: We stayed in the deluxe cabins. got 2 bedrooms and a kitchen for less than the price of a disney budet hotel room, which are very small. Much better for familes than staying in a single hotel room. Everything was clean, and the kitchen came with cooking utensils. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: We were close to the pool, and it was loud in the evening (pool is open until 11.
Pros: There were activities for my 5 year old to keep busy, either at the pool, or the mini-golf. The cottage concept was a nice idea for those without campers. The location right off of 192 is great.
Cons: The space was tiny and very tight, there was only 4 of us, but we had to keep our luggage in the car because there was no where to put it in the cottage. The bedding was thrown on and was old and torn, so we had to make the beds when we got there. The blinds were all broken and the door was very difficult to open and close.
Considering we only paid $60/night, we got what we had expected!
Pros: Loved everything about the resort!
Pros: Great enviroment staff was friendly no issues with the stay the place was very clean this was my first time taking my family out of state this was a great place to go not far from disney world as well
Cons: I have no problems with this place
Pros: Clean cabin in great condition
Pros: The cottage/bungalow concept was a great idea. There were lots of activities to participate in. The price was very affordable.
Cons: The bedding was old and torn in places. The sheets smelled dirty. The furniture was also old, worn, and smelly. All of the blinds were bent and let light in at night. There was no tub for our toddler to take a bath, only a shower. Also, there was an iron provided, but it stained my son's clothing.
Our vacation package included tickets to a dinner show and when we checked in, they would not give us the tickets. My husband had to show them our confirmation email to prove that we were telling the truth. They finally gave us the tickets, but they were not happy about it.
Pros: Need maintenance
Cons: Pri e

The restaurant is the perfect spot for a bite to eat, and after having fun at the outdoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the pool bar. A fitness center and a children's pool are other highlights, and rooms offer conveniences like kitchens and sofa beds.
