Pros: Extremely nice hostess made us feel very welcomed. The property is nicely decorated and spacious. Good breakfast.
Pros: The hostess was very attentive. Perfect breakfast! It was meeting all the expectations. We even had the choice for the beverage to avoid wasting. The room was very calm and exceptionally big ( it can easily fit 6 person ). The bathroom is welcoming and pretty wide. We had a very good stay in this room !
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect and calm !
Pros: My friend and I greatly appreciated the stylish interiors of the house as well as the nice romantic garden. And the breakfasts were very good.
Pros: Everything. Nice, really quiet place. Great breakfast. Wonderfull host
Pros: Big beautiful bathroom! Excellent breakfast . Nece garden ! Amelie was so helpful and kind to us !
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Pros: More than adequate breakfast, with homemade jams. Also, they do evening meals (I think during the week), after a long drive, it's better to eat in, and the meal was "Superbe", 2 choices at 29 & 40E, we chose the latter,
Pros: Beautiful home with a caring host who is passionate about art and takes extra effort to deliver a memorable experience, especially for breakfast. Tea lovers will be thrilled with choice. We enjoyed the setting, the garden, kids loved playing with her cute dog. Location is excellent, close to so many attractions (those interested in sculpture, make sure you visit “Le Jardin des Sculptures”, château de Bois-Guilbert, recommended by lady Caroline herself). We had car, making it easy to drive around and enjoy Upper-Normandy sites. Otherwise, consider having a bike at least. Nearby town of Gisors has supermarkets, petrol station, fresh market. August is very calm due to holiday season, therefore many shops were closed. All in all, this place is charming, built and maintained with good taste and care.
Cons: I would have preferred more comfortable pillows and some wine glasses with bottle opener in the room and would add some vegetables/ boiled eggs for breakfast.
Pros: Nice room in a beautiful house
Pros: The location is in a small village, very quiet and peaceful, we booked the dinner option for the 1st evening. We both enjoyed the meal so much, we decided to book the next evening, and were offered our own choice, and again the standard of cooking and presentation was very good. At breakfast we were offered omelettes, cereal, bread and very good croissants, with local jam, and an excellent choice of tea's.
Cons: Coloured Sheets.
Pros: Large room, comfortable bed (on the plush side), quiet location overlooking rural landscape. Nicely updated old building (not really a chateau). Horses in field behind property. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Friendly dog. Wifi worked well.
Cons: Minimal breakfast, below what really even qualifies as a breakfast for a B&B. Just croissants, bread, yogurt, juice and coffee. No eggs or anything like that.
Pros: Owner was exceptional
Pros: Beautifully appointed rooms, fantastic bath rooms, extremely friendly and communicative owner, secure garage, wonderful breakfast.
Cons: It would have been nice to have had bottles of mineral water supplied FOC. There was a mini-bar fridge but mineral water was chargeable. That aside we were very happy.
Set in Bernouville, 44 km from Cergy, Les Chambres Du Haras offers a garden and free WiFi. The bed and breakfast offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and shower. Guests at LES CHAMBRES DU HARAS can enjoy a continental breakfast. The accommodation provides a children's playground. Beauvais is 41 km from Les Chambres Du Haras, while Forges-les-Eaux is 47 km from the property. The nearest airport is Paris Beauvais-Tille Airport, 51 km from the bed and breakfast.
Pros: Nice Bed & Breakfast in the countryside, extremely clean and well maintained!
Pros: This place was an old farm house and our was a attic room which was a huge room which had exposed huge rafters 100 years old .It was nicely decorated out and it was super clean.Which was reflected across the hole property
Pros: The hosts were fantastic and really made us feel welcome. They were fantastic with the kids.
Pros: We were on the way to Paris from London, so it was a nice option for us. It's actually a horse farm, and nice environment. We saw many wonderful views. Owner( family ) is so hospitable. The room felt me like we were in a "Van Gogh" art. There was a nice tea selection. Thanks
Cons: Owners' dog is so cute, but so curious. It was little annoying for me while loading/unloading the car. Because we traveled with baby , and pretty much belongings. I requested a baby cot , but they provided without linens. Just foam mattress which is not acceptable. I used towels for the cot. And double bed is so narrow. The room in the attic. If you need fresh air, it's hard to get it. Limited window space. Too much stairs for newwalkers (Babies ) No chance to be careless. Classic French or Italian style breakfast never feed us in B&B concept, because they never serve egg on breakfast , egg should be offered. ( We could find only one egg for our baby upon request thankfully ) Although they need improvements about accommodation , it was generally good experience.
Pros: Very nice location, very peaceful and quiet and a nice breakfast .

Pros: The room was large and comfortable with a seating area. The evening meal was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Provision of coffee making facility in the room.
Pros: Lovely grounds, nice swimming pool, very quiet
Cons: Expensive wine list
Pros: A friendly welcome from staff and resident large dog. The room was a pleasant size and the bed comfortable. It is surrounded by woods and paddocks occupied by horses from the adjacent riding school. The evening meal and breakfast were delicious.
Pros: The beds were very comfy and the croissant and the pain au chocolat were very nice. Also the Madeira cake and the honey.
Pros: The location of the property, way out in the countryside was lovely. The signposting on the approach roads was very helpful.
Cons: This does not work as a hotel. there was one member of staff present in the evening who checked us in, had to do the porterage (no lifts), served in the restaurant, and, we suspect, actually heated and plated the previously prepared meal. In the morning, there was another guy who looked after the breakfast room (inadequately) and handled check-out, but with no sign of help with bags. He was a bit anonymous. This is really a restaurant with rooms, but even that didn't work because the restaurant is open only for hotel guests on a Wednesday. There was just a poor (and expensive) table d'hote offering and, as indicated, we believe that the food had been pre-prepared by the chef earlier in the day. It was not a bad meal, but the menu was a bit uninspired. Breakfast was poor and definitely did not match the supposed standard of the hotel. It was very bad value.
Pros: Loved the home-made breakfast and the wonderful attention of the staff.
Pros: Great stay at Chateau de la Rapee! Everything met our expectations, very friendly staff
Pros: It had everything we required, and very spacious.
Cons: It was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in France
Pros: Beautiful chateau but a little touch of faded splendour.
Cons: Expensive drinks. Breakfast was not included in rate and was also expensive, though we didn’t stay to try it so perhaps it might have been exceptional.....
Pros: Lovely chateau surrounded by pleasant countryside. Very serene and restful. Staff were very accommodating and friendly .

Pros: Fantastic property, couldn't fault it. Absolutely all the facilities you could think of. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Excellent personal service re bike storage and where to have dinner, quiet room with really comfortable bed, good breakfast with crispy croissants.
Pros: Great breakfast and excellect coffee.
Pros: Super friendly staff, comfortable and new facilities, great breakfast, quiet neighbourhood. It was a very pleasant surprise
Pros: Hotel was directly across from the station so is well located. Would be good for anyone travelling by train. It is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. The man who appeared to run it was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Was a bit hard to find as there are no signs to the station. Breakfast was fine but I would have liked some fresh fruit.
Pros: Excellent welcome.
Cons: As cyclists we would have appreciated somewhere to hang our clothes to dry (other hotels actually put them in the tumble dryer for us). As cyclists we need to wash our clothes every day as we can't afford to take the full complement of clothes for a week.
Pros: It was clean and friendly staff.
Cons: It need severe modernisation. Toilet and bathroom facilities weren’t working.
Pros: The manager who greeted was very friendly and efficient. He showed us immediately a secure place at the back of the hotel (indoors) where we were able to store our cycles overnight. Our rooms were of a rather old-fashioned style but this is part of the charm of the hotel. If you want a charmless international style hotel look elsewhere. The cost of the rooms was cheap for this part of France. Breakfast was delicious and gave us plenty of energy for the 50 miles cycling that day.
Cons: There was major renovation on a building site next to the rail station which the hotel faces and this work continued all night - hammering, engine sounds etc (this was 4th June 2019). Hotel Moderne obviously has no control over this noise level. I suggest you ensure that your room is at the back of the hotel.
Pros: The gentleman who welcomed us to the Hotel couldn't have been more helpful
Cons: Some fresh fruit for breakfast would've been nice
Pros: Room clean, bed comfortable. Staff excellent.
Cons: All good!
