10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable and the location was close to where we were going. It suited our purposes perfectly.
Cons: Parking was unallocated and the carpark was squeezy. The bathroom fan was very loud and the bedroom door was difficult to open/close.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and clean room. Great stay and will stay again.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff were fantastic. Well equipped apartment.
Cons: It certainly looks and smells very tired.. in need of painting particularly in foyer of apartment block. Draws in bedroom are falling apart and soap dishes hanging off. Our key wouldn’t work and we had to call for help in the middle of the night
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I love this place as it is set up as a real home away from home. The facilities that the property offers as standard are great and feels that when you are in your room, you are at home.
Cons: The room that we stayed in this time (room 35) looked very tired and in need of a make over. The bathroom in particular was not too inviting and the washing machine and dryer did not work like the newer units do in the other rooms that I have stayed in.
7.9 Good
Cons: Mobile coverage was almost non-existent therefore I needed internet access. The internet system was AWFUL and I was unable to achieve any of my planned usage.

1.0 Poor
Cons: The room was not clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We spent two nights here at the Meleleuca Lodge, our room was very comfortable, larger than a majority of motel rooms. The bathroom was modern with a walk-in shower. Had its own mini kitchen facilities. Will definitely stay here again
Cons: The main entrance to the Motel there should be markings on Brunt Road to stop traffic to allow cars to enter the entrance to the Meleleuca property. Perhaps the owners of the Lodge can approach Vic Roads or Casey Council to look into this problem.
7.0 Good
Pros: Traveling on a budget last minute, room was better then expected from what we read of previous reviews. You do get what you pay for and the place could do with a reno.
Cons: A lock on the bathroom door would be nice but otherwise the family room was alright.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice bed, nice rooms. Clean
Cons: Got told we could get our deposit/bond back in cash, then got told it had to be on credit card... still havent recieved bond back, bit confused and left woth questions unanswered or not understood. They took back the reciept so I dont even have it on paper and now they keep saying its the banks fault... seems dodgy but honestly dont know
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff were very friendly, and the beds were especially comfy!
Cons: Slightly older decor, nothing that made the trip uncomfortable.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was handy to where we wanted to go
Cons: The carpets were thread bare and the bedspread was grubby. The whole place was tired.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Size of room was good, shower is a great size.
Cons: More water came out of the shower head join than the rose itself, it took ages to get hot water, and one of the towels had a huge hole in it.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Pleasant reception staff Cheap tariffs so expectations weren’t high - not very clean dirt on bathroom floor carpet stained and large stain on bed sheet - very run down and tired And to boot next door neighbour spent some of the night abusing ( sports game) the tv, so very thin walls Wouldn’t recommend to families with younger children but if u need a cheep bed for the night and weren’t fussy it would be ok

Pros: The bed was comfy Chairs and table outside very handy Parking outside the room
Cons: No microwave, no bowls or extra cuttlery.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable and bed good to sleep in.
Cons: We would have liked a breakfast option and also some bathroom amenities. There was only small soaps but some shampoo and conditioner would have been good.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was good, for where and when I would meet up with family. If you need to find a place to pull off the road or you have a need to be close to upper Beaconsfield or Berwick, this is Aggie spot. The off major road parking is secure. Rooms are neat and clean. Shower, toilet and bathroom are all good sized!
Cons: I’m not sure that there was a negative or item or situation that would cause me to complain. Everything was adequate for a short stay!
7.1 Good
Pros: Plenty of hot water for bathing and the beds were most comfortable.
Cons: There was no room heating.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Room was not really clean floors around bed and under bed very dirty
4.2 Okay
Cons: I booked online the same day, then an hour later got a call saying it was cancelled and there was a mistake on booking.com. Then tried to find somewhere else to stay, and got a call half an hour later saying no they have my room available now. So headed down to Beaconsfield from Melbourne, got another call from the manager asking if I still coming. Bit stressful
7.5 Good
Pros: Value for money. Located close to other family members living in the area.
Cons: Sliding door on the bathroom was not working properly. Shower screen was a mix of curtains and glass screen. No spare toilet paper available. WiFi was poor - kept dropping out.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Shower head. Dirty bathroom and fridge. Uncomfortable pillow
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Rooms were poorly maintained and were poorly cleaned. There was cobwebs and bugs both inside the room and outside. Sheets and towels were stained and the room had a damp smell to it.
