the room, bathroom were excellent. Breakfast is nice. calme place.female owner is nice.cleaned place. They started cleaning the jaccuzi on a sunday...from what we heard....so we could not use it for the two coming days. Bad mood of the male owner/cook.
Set in a beautiful peaceful location Nothing
Fantastic food in the evening - by far the best Fois Gras on our driving tour of France. Setting was very calming and relaxing.
I booked a long time in advance and requested a twin room, however was given a (not very big) double. The paperwork said check in after 5pm however I was told if we had arrived at midday we could have had a twin room. A bit annoying.
Fantastic location, character and charm.
almost everything 2 mirrors and 2 trashcans in bathroom but none in bedroom. Propose one of each in each room
we liked the peaceful environment and wonderful setting of the hotel, friendly hotel owners, nice food, very clean, ... so very satisfied about price-quality. soft matrasses
Beautiful location, friendly people. Excellent food. Charming atmosphere.
Excellent location, very helpful staff, great idea to have appartments and chalets with the facilities of a hotel no kettle or cups large enough for making tea
The weather was great. The location to the centre of Marciac meant you did not have to use your car all of the time if you wanted to go off site., The lakeside location and a nice walk around it was very pleasant. The pool was clean very well presented and was in an excellent location.,There were not to many properties, The staff were friendly and the problem that we incurred was sorted out, which Perhaps the short hours reception is open, proved unhelpful to us. We could not hire a bike for the afternoon only, it also this led to us staying a night in another hotel, however they did resolve the issue and took note our comments. This was reassuring.
The lake was a great sucess. The pool was shut, and this was the main reason we booked it because of the children! It should mention this somewhere. Also, the accomodation was very small, and we needed to upgrade, as two rooms didn't mean two bedrooms - slightly misleading.
