Situated by the ocean, Inn at Cape Kiwanda is a great choice for a stay in Pacific City. You can indulge in massages or facials, and American cuisine is served at Pelican Pub and Brewery, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and a fitness center are offered, and rooms get the details right with fireplaces and iPod docks.
Pros: The location was within walking distance to the beach and a few places to eat for lunch dinner and breakfast. The rooms are tidy and the tv/cable actually worked! I'm always amazed that so often this basic service often doesn't in hotels. The wifi was fast as well.
Cons: NO AIR CONDITIONING! There was a ceiling fan that made racket at any speed and opening the windows provided street noise. It was a cool couple of days for us but if it were not the lack of ac would be a significant mood and comfort killer. I don't think I would stay here again and gamble with the weather.
Pros: Loved the palm tree outside our door and really liked the fact that it was a totally revamped modernized war time coast guard bunkhouse. Done with the shingle siding it just fits do well on the coast. Far nicer than the big stucco hotels
Cons: Neighbours came home about midnight were very loud for about an hour. Need a " quiet time policy"
Pros: Clean comfortable room. Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Not too bad of a walk to Pelican Pub
Cons: Had issue originally with wifi, but all that was required was router reset. Owner/Manager jumped right on it. That was only issue but was resolved.
Surf & Sand Inn is a great choice for a stay in Pacific City. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Very clean, quiet with good selection of movies to rent, very nice pool & hot tub, very frendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The free breakfast was nasty unless you like cold cereal & oatmeal that you can fix yourself. We ate out for breakfast & lunch.
Cons: Had to stand in th hallway to use the wifi , very weak signal in the room 326
Pros: Staff was pleasant, facilities clean and in very good condition, easy to find location.
Cons: We were very satisfied...nothing we didn't like
Pros: The bed was okay.
Cons: We used to stay here when it was a Best Western. They used to have a great complimentary breakfast buffet. Not now. The facility needs a lot of work. Nothing big was bad just a LOT of little things combined to make it poor.
Enjoy your visit to Tillamook with a stay at Ashley Inn of Tillamook. You can get a workout in at the fitness center or take a dip in the indoor pool. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with LED TVs and DVD players.
Pros: We were traveling with four adults and six kids under 12. We needed a place to stay the night while heading up the coast. We were able to get adjoining rooms with a kitchenette. The facility is dated but pretty clean. The staff was great about getting us extra towels, pillows, a rollaway and everything else we needed.
The kids enjoyed the pool. The free breakfast was basic but adequate.
Cons: Didn't see an elevator. I'd call and ask if there is one if that would pose a problem for you.
Pros: The staff was cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, they had our roll-away bed to the room fully made up within minutes of our arrival along with an extra towel and guest supplies. The restaurant was clean and pleasant and the food was excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good as well. The pool, spa and sauna were quite relaxing and there is a nice workout room as well.
Cons: The pillows are very small and a bit lumpy.
Cons: No parking
Cons: No elevator. Air conditioner not working properly. Pillows too small. Asked to change rooms after we already put our things away. Restaurant service not very good.
Pros: The Sauna was great!
Cons: The pool was filthy, The spa had sand in it, and the room was really far away from the amenities.
Pros: The continental breakfast was excellent.
Pros: We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Close to the Tillamook Cheese Factory and grocery stores.
Cons: Our room smelled and the TV was outdated and didn't work. After that we wanted to watch movies on my laptop, but their wifi wasn't working either. A continental breakfast was included but it was sub par and everything was pretty empty when we got there.
Pros: This hotel needs to be updated. The room keys are actual keys, WITH your room number on them - not safe if you lose your key. The bedding was comfortable, but quite dated. Almost everything was dated. One front desk person was super nice, one was super rude. The housekeeping staff was nice (one came in to kill a big spider for me)! The restaurant/lounge was unlocked but no one was in there - not sure if they were open or closed. There are not many hotels/motels to stay in if you need to stay in Tillamook - this one is probably your best bet, but don't be expecting anything fancy or modern.
Pros: We liked the expansiveness of the rooms. The breakfast was better than most. The value was excellent based on cost.
Pros: Good price. Good information

Cons: Surly reception at check in. Room smelled bad. Had drunk people smoking weed.
Pros: Spacious clean room
Cons: Noise from street,
Limited items for breakfast
Pros: 2 different bedrooms with queen beds, giving more privacy with bathroom in between.
Cons: Meager packaged breakfast, no hot items. Not in good repair. Bed a little too soft.
Pros: The only thing I liked was the location and price. It's in a cute, small, and quiet location. All our favorite beaches are less than an hour's drive.
Cons: I didn't get housekeeping to come the entire 4 days my family and I stayed. Nobody cleaned the room, or brought towels. When I went down to ask the front desk lady about it, she was already getting really rude to the lady in front of me and as I expected she gave me some snarky excuse and told me to go to the laundry room and get my own towels. Front desk lady needs to retire, it's all too obvious she hates her job.
Pros: Suite setup, price, cleanliness, walking distance to several restaurants. Great choice for work travel with more than one person.
Cons: No major complaints. Furniture a little beat up, but it's a cheap room and that's to be expected.
