Pros: Lady Catherine is a wonderful host and she gave us great advice on what to see and do in the area. Lovely house in a beautiful location and with friendly cats. Our room ('Viviane') was up some narrow stairs but the automatic lights in the stairway were nice, and our room was spacious (nice big bathroom) and the bed comfortable. Good breakfast with great filter coffee. Highly recommended!
Pros: Great stay, particularly if you came to spend time in the forest of Broceliande : you are in the heart of it.
Cons: Nothing we did not like as such, just a mention that we were on the top floor and the stairs are a bit steep.
Pros: Lady Catherine is an amazing hostess; who makes you feel at home yet pampered and cared for. I was over the moon to meet her cats too; Malo and Lola; and it was such a pleasure to talk with another lover of Broceliande. We will definitely be back; and we highly recommend it !!!
Pros: The owner is wonderfully friendly
Pros: Delightful in a tiny village near the Fountain of Barenton, lovely decor, very warm hostess with great English, and willing to share her love of Brittany. Room was enchanting.
Cons: Was 10-20 kilometers from cafe or larger towns, so need to be prepared.

Pros: Beautiful house and grounds. A wonderful piece of Breton history
Cons: Couldn’t arrive until after 6pm
Pros: fascinating to experience history and learn about this amazing place . warm welcome. tranquil enjoyable stay.
Pros: My first B&B in a real chateau and the owner was extremely careful to ensure we were comfortable and happy.
Cons: Can't think of anything to dislike.
Pros: The chateau has been in the family for many generations and there is so much history that the family are happy to show you with a little tour of the house and given a map of a tour of the grounds. The bedroom was huge and the bathroom was in the turret. It was like staying at a friend's house.
Pros: Its a living history. Hosts are polite and helpful.

Pros: It was very peaceful and Benjamin was a kind and attentive host.
Cons: Everything was good.
Pros: Proprietor, Benjamin, is a lovely human being; he is kind & warmly welcoming. He exudes calm. Meeting him was a highlight. He was helpful in suggesting sights to explore & patient and helpful with our French. He is passionate about the Brocéliande forest. Regarding breakfast, which is served in his dining area on pretty china, his coffee was delicious as were his homemade jams, crepes and bread. Cheese, granola, fresh fruit and yogurt rounded out the offerings. A toaster was on the table for guest use. The room was tastefully decorated, spacious & very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water. Loved the towel warmer & large shower (it is in the room; toilet is in separate room). Liked the private entrance and space for parking. Enjoyed relaxing in the yard with delucious hard cider, complements of our host. All in all, this was a relaxing, very pleasant stay.
Cons: The room could benefit from a bedside lamp on both sides of the bed instead of on just one side. Otherwise the overall lighting in the room is excellent. We did not understand that a “hotie” is neither an inn or hotel but, rather, a kind of ”gite.” It wasn’t exactly what we expected, but we were not disappointed! A toilet paper holder in the lavatory would be a nice addition.
Pros: Non-intrusive but personalised attendance by Benjamin, the owner/manager. His enthusiasm and his pride in his establishment was quite heart-warming.
Cons: The description Hotie was unfamiliar to me (and also to UK friends who I asked later). I expected a traditional country hotel. But the Hotie de Brociliende's identity as a bijou rural guest-house fulfilled our holiday hopes absolutely. Far from being disappointed, we were delighted. I
Pros: The large salon with kitchen access. Would have been even nicer if it was warmer.
Cons: The room layout and facilities. No table or desk for putting things on. No useful bedside tables. Clothes hanging only in the toilet. Cold in the breakfast room. Location not actually in Paimpont.
Pros: Lovely and cozy little place to relax. Conveniently located with easy access to great places to visit. Proprietor was very welcoming and I would certainly go back. Although we had a bit of a misunderstanding on whether or not breakfasts were included in the price, (just make sure it is... ) owner was accommodating.
Cons: Clarify whether or not ... if you go to a bed and breakfast... that it does include breakfast! Thought terminology was clear enough... but obviously in France they do things differently!!!!

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. Bottled water was provided every day. The hotel has a very good location. A lovely village with many visitors.
Cons: There was a small issue with the toilet cistern flush. This caused an issue twice during my stay. It was quickly resolved when raised with hotel staff but would have been better if it was more reliable.

Pros: Le manoir di tertre is a real gem! We felt like spending the night in a fairy tale: the place is characteristic, cozy, with its high ceilings, antique decor and beautiful fireplace. The owner is also very kind and friendly, along with the other owners: the animals, especially the two cuddly cats. Lovely breakfast too!
Pros: Beautiful old quirky property undergoing renovation. The staff (including pets) were very welcoming and helpful. There was a lovely big garden to sit in and watch the countryside.
Pros: The manoir is amazing. It's the very old but well-preserved mansion with large stairwells, fireplaces, artwork, well and the historical remarks. Rooms are spacious, with bathtubs and wardrobes. Wi-fi is ok. The kitchen is always accessible downstairs. Be sure to try the breakfast that always gathers guests through the mansion. The host is the very nice, sociable and helpful person despite speaking only French. There are two nice kittens and approximately four-five puppies.
Cons: If you are on the foot, note the 45-minutes trip from the Pompoint.
