Excellent, helpful staff members. Go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms are well kept and clean. Easy access to subway. Overall condition of the hotel is exceptional. Would recommend the hotel to anyone. Weather was warm and air conditioning was not available or did not work. It made the stay at the hotel less comfortable than my previous stays at the hotel.
The room is clean and the staffs are good nothing
Nice room Sauna did not work, need to buy $20 hat to go into pool, food drink too enxpensive
location morning buffet so sucks.
Good room and good gym. Breakfast was excellent. Having to wait around on arrival. Four staff couldnt find our booking and we had to give them credit card details so that if this wasnt the case they would take payment. Was a worry and we still need to check to see if we have been charged twice.
confort of the room - silent, clean, the swiming pool, the good taste in the decor the staff is very inexperienced, one wake up call came one hour later than requested (and that complicted my day considerably), I had to leave my credit card slip three times
It's a cozy hotel near by yayunchun. It is located almost the mid point of my two business partner's offices, zhongguanchun and wangjing. Only little difficulty for me is that subway station is little far from hotel. It takes 10 minutes walk.
No surprises, just what you expect from a 5-star hotel, convenient but slightly boring. Location, stay here only after you have seen all of Beijing before.
Food was poor. Room service arrived cold on each occasion. Very limited room service menu. Dining options limited. Service in main dining area very poor. Staff spoke more limited English than I would expect.
beautifully appointed, very good taste, quiet and clean room, nice bathrooms and pool the staff is very inexperienced and speaks hardly any English, getting the bill was a pain as I extended my stay wiith booking.com and they seem to have much difficulty handling that, they wanted me to sign various bits of credit card slips for part of the payment etc, I forgot something in a drawerer and I had to go back for it, they could not put it in a taxi to be picked up by me elsewhere etc.
(1) Excellent, clean swimming pool & athletic facilities--- outstanding! (2) Extensive and delicious morning buffet breakfast as part of my package. (3) Very helpful staff. No temperature control options (that I could discover) to cool or warm the room to individual preferences.
The cleanliness and the comfort and the quality of food and service
The hotel is well run and the staff is helpful and available. Property of the English language is widespread which makes life easy for foreign travelers. Location is central, minutes away from the underground line that connect to the financial district. English TV channels. An all around very good value for money. For business travelers, don't get to the breakfast after 07:30 am, it can get pretty packed and the service suffers from a bit of overloading.
There was very little to like. The location was ok. This hotel is not a 5 star property. This hotel is not a 5 star property. 3.5'star is a fair raring. The surrounding shops and services are very low end. Most notably, I exchanged money twice and was given counterfeit 100 RMB notes. The manager, refused to help rectify this theft
Very luxurious room. Nice to have English-speaking staff. We booked because it advertised an indoor pool and airport transfers. To use the pool, they forced you to buy a bathing cap for a huge sum. The airport transfer meant they'd call you a cab.
I've been told that my room is a double bed, but I request king size at the reservation.
good selection breakfast that is included with the rate. Chinese and Western. WIFI is not working in the room or very slow. Rooms needs to be updated and repairs. Staff English very poor.
the location and the price none
Good connection too airport. Lack of English speaking skills.
Probably ranks as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Asia. Deluxe King rooms are of UK Dorchester standard. Staff just simply cannot do enough for you. I asked for a gin and tonic via room service. Waiter brought up a brand new bottle of Gordons and free-poured me a double. Huge bowl of ice and lemon slices. Food amazing. Simply a heavenly hotel.
Just very good hotel.
Relaxing comfprtable room
Next to airport
room cleaniness, staff very helpful.
Very comfortable , great value of money. the common problem in whole Beijing ... hard to communicate in English, the location is little far from the center of city , but if you don't care much about being in the center then this hotel is the perfect one
i liked the room , was a bit small for a family but okay , the spa is great but expensive , room service is great , the staff tried everything to make our wishes happening , i liked the hotel , also great pool and fitness area , sometimes we had to wait for someone to help with luggage , the fridge was not cold in the room , no shopping mall in walking distance
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel overlooking Park and Lake. The Spa facilities although very good were extremely expensive for treatments. One and a half treatment cost the equivalent of 2 nights stay at the hotel! Ridiculous.
Very nice fitness room and swimming pool, sauna. There is also separate drinking water tab in the bathroom beside mineral water free of charge. Unfortunately there is no computer in the room, although there is free access to internet. But a lot of traveller don´t take laptop with themselves. A five star hotel should equip computer in the room.
The hotel is worth the money. Clean well equipped rooms with design touch. Not too far from the city centre and near to temple of heaven.
The welcome was very good. Good beds, beautiful view on the lake. New hotel with nice rooms with everything what you can need: slippers, bathrobes, even toothbrushes. Taxi chauffeurs didn’t know where the hotel was, because it was brand-new. On the first night we had a problem with air-conditioning. Breakfast finish at 10 a.m. – it means that food was cleaned up from the buffet and the light went off 10 min. later. And by-the-way: coffee was awful.
the room none
It is a ultra luxury hotel at fraction of the price for a five star hotel. The room was comfortable and the in-room dining was excellent, though the menu is not complete yet (hotel was just opened in Dec, I think). Location is at 2nd Ring Road, and is near to Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven and Wangfujing Shopping Street (about 10 minutes ride/ or about RMB 20)
nothing much at all, my room was unhygnicsally dirty and the service was the worst I have ever experineced. (I travel an average of 120 to 150 days a year See above
The hotel staff are very nice. Room are clean and got everything. Internet access and other facilities such as hairdressing and coffee bar are expensive. The room is a bit small.
Very nice hotel, friendly stuff and a good location to reach all poi in Beijing. Often fully booked so make sure to have your room in advance.
Very nice hotel, comfortable, valuable only in promotion
Nice and clean room Very poor front desk staff I waited about an hour just to bill one invoice rather then three different invoices and at the end I gave it up and paid three different invoice separately.Nothing to do around the hotel.
It is an absolutely luxurous hotel and everything you want they will organise. The hotel is placed in the middle of nowhere, there is nothing to do there and it is very far from the nearst metro station.
Commodious rooms, quick services, excellent room cleanliness Heating system is very poor. Windows are very thin and in cold weather it's very cold inside the room. Far from cite center
Good Services, Friendly Staffs, Comfortable Room.
fantastic luxury and clean room, very good taste of the food , nice and helpfull manager to start speak english everybody not only some of them, more choises for the room services would be nice especial the night time
Rooms were wonderfully furnished and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The morning buffet was great!
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel is situated near shoping center and supermarket. Nice lobby bar with live musik. Situated a little bit far from the places of interest and from U-station.
Value of money, good service.
The Hotel is comfortable, very clean, staff is friendly, near the hotel are supermarket, shopping center and stop of publik transport. The hotel is far away from metro and center of the city, about 30 min by taxi.

. I was shocked to know that my booking was not in hotel's system until checkout date, although I informed them that the hotel already charge my creditcard for the first night.
Nothing special. It's a standard hotel we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, it was really bad and expensive. The buffet dinner was horrible.
The proximity to the Exhibition Center and the fact that the subway station and the station opf the Airport Express are just outside the door of the hotel. The good quality of the services and kidness of the staff in our room the toilet wasn't separate from the bathroom and there is just a transparent glass separating the room from the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but assume that it does to somebody else.
Very comfortable room, clean and upscale. Nice modern bathroom and shower. Internet was slow, big panda on the bed was a bit of an inconvenience as it took up a lot of space. There wasn't much else in terms of restaurants in the area that was easy to find.
Excellent location Customer service
Friendly, polite and helpful staff and a very comfortable, well appointed room. We picked this hotel for our last night's stay in Beijing because of its easy access to the airport (we had an early flight on our departure day) and it did make for a quick easy trip to the airport. There are certainly locations closer to the main sights of Beijing, but there is a stop on line 10 of Beijing's excellent subway system as well as the airport express train right next to the hotel.
The location was great, as we wanted to be near a subway station. This was the main reason for choosing this hotel I did not like the pillows, there wasn't any support in the pillows. Also, no porter to show us to our hotel room or take our luggage, for the price we paid we would certainly expect this level of service at this hotel.
The staff were extremely helpful especially Xavier, extremely courteous. Our flight was midnight and we checked out at 2pm. We requested a room at 7pm for 30 mins to pray in (we're muslims). Xavier arranged it with no hesitation and no extra charge, very considerate. Although the subway station is just outside the hotel, we had to go through quite a few stops to get to the center. But that was not a big bother, as whenever we didnt feel like using the subway, Taxis were quite cheap, max 30 yuans ($4.5) to get to anywhere in the center.
Very nice hotel. Staff was very good. It was a short stay, but very nice.
The hotel is conveniently located near the subway stations and makes it easy to conduct a self-guided tour of many of the sites once one learns how to read the subway city map. The area around the hotel had a few American food restaurannts. The room was not as clean as I would have expected from a 5-Star rated hotel. Personally I would give it 3.5-4 stars. The restaurant at the hotel had terrible service, waited 52 min for a pizza to be cooked and the staff was very inattentive.
Good hotel for business traveler. Metro station close by.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful... and their English is very good. The breakfast buffet is pricey, but incredibly diverse, fresh, well presented, and delicious. The internet here was also the most reliable and fast that I experienced during my two week trip to three cities in China.
