I am struggling to find what I liked at all. The only thing I can say is there was one lady at the desk Friday night, when. I asked can I get a microwave sent to the room she helped right away. She understands professionalism and was courteous. The rest of the staff were horrible. I wish I got the name of the great employee because she deserves a raise compared to the rest of the staff.
1. Generally rude and unhelpful staff - you don't feel like a guest. 2. The room was dirty (food stains on the wall, dust in the corners) and looked nothing at all like the website. 3. The food is awful. 1 or 2 dishes are OK, the rest taste like they were prepared a few days ago. 4. No sense of customer service at all. Here is a specific example: When I needed a taxi, I asked the front desk for a contact number. They gave it to me, watched me order the taxi on the phone. Taxi was stuck outside because the staff never told the guards to let him in. Then the staff said it was my fault because I did not tell them I was ordering a taxi. This is just wrong - I told them I needed a cab, and they gave me a number, watched me order the taxi. Then just sat there :( Honestly, this was just a ridiculous interaction - the office staff just making excuses and then lying to my face. 5. The hours make no sense at all - this property markets itself as family oriented (especially toddlers), but the breakfast does not open until 8:30 AM, and the kids play area is not open until 9AM. 8:30 AM is very late to start. 6. The way they market "all-inclusive" is extremely misleading. You are limited to 1 local beer, and 1 local red wine, 1 local white wine. Anything else you must pay for. 7. If you want to go for a swim, you have to leave the building entirely, head across the property, buy a swim cap, and come back. They could just give you a swim cap at the pool, but that would be too easy. 8. I asked for wifi for a network. I was told it won't work I can't use that network so they don't have the password. They told me I have to instead get a code SMSd to me to use some other network. I reminded them they just let me use that same network the day before, and gave me a password. After much arguing they magically *did* have the password for me.
