Good location. Near scenic lookout, tram and metro. They provide you with a combo lock for your locker, so you don't need to bring your own. Front desk staff was rude. Bathroom was gross. Breakfast was mediocre. Proabably OK if you don't have dietary restrictions (i.e. vegertarian). The facilities are worn down (old), far from luxurious.
Very nice, helpful hotel stuff
friendly staff, wifi in the room
cleanliness,location near the center,staff friendly
Very friendly staff, very good localization, clean rooms, good quality versus price. Quiet place to stay, away from typical center "traffic" noise. Just 5 min bus ride to a old city center, few minutes walk from Saldanha metro station.
Excellent location. Good healthy breakfast and lots of it. Very helpful staff. Peaceful and quiet.
Bathroom is just an enlosure so all smells propagate to the room The window was not very air-tight so there was some breeze coming in.
information, quiet atmosphere room
Considering the cost, everything fine, without any kind of surprizes (but then; cost IS low, so don't expect 3-star facilities). If the neighbour is loud, then you'll here it...
Very frendly hotel staff, not so bad to travel alone. Hotel is not so bad equiped. Aspeccially free WiFi!!! Breakfast was good. Under the bad was so durty that i can't stand!
Handy to town and pleasant staff Dreadful smell in first rooms at rear of hotel,ok when moved to front of hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff. 24 hours reception service. Close to the city and tube station. The bathroom was rather small and the hot water pipe was not working properly. Sometimes there was no water coming out! Very annoying.
Breakfast is excellent, location is very good, I recommend this hotel!
Friendly people at the reception Rooms are pretty small and furniture a bit old
Big Room it was a bit old
It is very close to the city center and in a quiet and nice neighborhood. For the hotel safe you have to pay 5€/day extra.
the staff very fredly and helpfully. The bad smell in the room, and very small bathroom without curtain and blind on the windows, so outside everybody could see you in your privacy.
It is a nice and cosy hotel (or better to say: hostel - but no negative feelings about it). Staff is helpful, speaks many languages (including Polish (!). Our room was clean, bathroom as well (although it's better to take own towels, becasue they have problems with their laundry). Good location (walking distance to the most important areas of Lisbon). Breakfast was ok but no vegetables nor fruits served (but we could bring own tomatos etc.) It's better to take own towels, becasue they have problems with their laundry (but the bathroom in general was clean). General remark about Lisbon: be careful when visiting belem (luckily residencial is not located there) because we were robbed on the square in front of the Mosteiro dos Jerónimos in a very tricky way... (the same about tram nr 15 that takes you there).
The staff was very friendly. Definitely a bit broke down, the price was the only positive thing. The parking is about three blocks from the hotel, and it is pretty far from any of Lisbons attractions, it would have been very difficult to stay here without a car, walking anywhere was out of the question since it was so far from everything.
