Pros: Very kind host, beautiful, very clean and quiet place.
Pros: Beautifully renovated, lovely communal lounge dining area where you can also cook your own meals. Access to fridge / freezer. Very well equipped kitchen area. Pool table. Large garden with plenty of seating areas. Delicious breakfast with local high quality produce and homemade jams. Very friendly helpful host. No complaints and we hope to return.
Pros: This B&B is a beautiful renovated old farm, with spacious rooms and beautiful equipped bathroom. All is of very high quality. There is a beautiful garden where you can sit and relax. Your bike or motorbike can be stored inside safely.
Cons: There is nothing that we did not like.
Pros: Breakfast was all that you could want, fresh bread, croissants, home made jams, on the spot prepared eggs. Jean Paul went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable even providing extra pillows, advising where to eat and speaking to us in english despite our lack of french. All the rooms were clean and well presented, he has gone out of his way to provide an excellent atmosphere, in what was a former farmhouse. Everything appears to be new, apart from a few pieces of antique furniture, the beds are large and comfortable, the showers are large and walk in, the building is set back from a country road surounded by fields and woods all very quiet and pleasant.
Pros: A beautifull rebuilt old farm with 5 very luxury rooms, a beautifull fully equiped breakfast room, a nice garden and all this in a very quiet area, just outside Plombieres les Bains. Just great. Everything is made with great eye of details and quality. The food is all sustainability based, and lots is home made.
Pros: Excellent breakfast very friendly reception and hot drinks on arrival. Very clean.
Cons: Bed was very firm, pool room is on the same landing as bedrooms and because it is a very quiet environment you could hear the balls clattering clearly in the bedroom.

Pros: It looks like it is on the pictures.
Pros: Everything I was offered to eat was so good.

Pros: Very clean, newly renovated room. We got our own private breakfast by the fireplace with lots og different local foods. We visited in march, so the town was very quiet, but it is a beautiful place.

Guests are able to take their meal at the owner's restaurant, "Chez Pauline", located in the village of Xertigny. The property is situated in the countryside, a 8-minute drive from the village of Xertigny, and offers free, private parking on site.
Pros: A really great find as long as you don't mind country roads. Really pleasant hosts who were very welcoming. A lovey breakfast in the main dining room with other guests. Lovey accommodation and great to have a kitchen to do your own thing in.
Cons: The weather but that had nothing to do with the accommodation which was great.
Pros: Ample breakfast, helpful staff advised me on local hiking. I had access to a laundry. The Krafts run a restaurant in town "Cafe Pauline". The room had a fridge which helped me save on meals. I did have to rent a car in Epinal when I learned the location is a bit remote. I had planned on doing this because I was using the location as a hub to visit attractions in Mirecourt and Verdun. Great pair of dogs and I enjoyed Max the cat.
Cons: Regret that I didn't make reservations for mineral baths in Bain les Bains. The location is not far from the "Thermal Road" there are hot springs in the neighboring towns.
Pros: It was really close to the city of Xertigny. Mrs Carmen was really nice and welcoming and helped us to get the keys to our room earlier than planned to fit our schedule. The room was clean and confortable.
Cons: The sound isolation is not perfect and as it was raining a lot, we could hear the water outside which was louder than expected.
Pros: Attractive conversion of a traditional farm building, with modern facilities, in very pleasant surroundings
Pros: Beautiful location in the Vogesen hillside. Small town nearby for everyday needs. Great stop for those who travel On to the south. Or back off course.
Pros: Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Absolutely beautiful area and location. Wonderful fresh breakfast and really tranquil.
Cons: Maybe need to invest in improving the beds and mattresses. Also, instead of having red sheets, would have white sheets and better and cleaner covers.
Pros: Room smelled like it wet just fumigated. The inn looks very nice, but in October it was not well prepared for guests.
Cons: I expect that service, breakfast etc. is much better in the summer tourist season.
With a stay at L'Empereur, sa Femme et le petit Prince in Plombieres-les-Bains, you'll be a 2-minute walk from Museum Louis Fracais and 8 minutes by foot from Casino Plombieres Partouche.
Pros: A beautifully appointed and refurbished apartment. Lovely size, good kitchen and large rooms. Spotlessly clean! Having access codes instead of keys made the whole process simple. I didn’t receive the email with the details, but one short phone call and it was sorted out immediately.
Cons: The bed was too soft for my liking - but that’s a personal preference.
Pros: It's a nicely renovated old building. The room was clean, and well priced. It's is a kind of self service hotel without host, which worked fine for us. You use a code to enter the building and room.
Cons: There was only one chair in the room. The bed was too soft for us. No fridge.
Pros: The place is well located, spacious, nice kitchen, quiet surroundings, beautiful little town.
Cons: Did not receive the email with the access code to the facility and room, took some time to get hold of her. The bed was very uncomfortable, the place not well cleaned and number of towels very limited for a week stay (2 towels per person for a week..).
Pros: Beautiful view from the balconies, the room was very pretty and had everything. Nice big kitchen which had almost everything (pots, pans, cutlery). The key system was amazing and worked really well. Rooms were really quiet, you didn't hear anyone. Beautiful style hotel.
Cons: The chairs and the bed were not really comfortable. After a week of staying it was difficult to find a comfy seat, because the furniture was very low quality (all be it pretty). Be sure to bring your own towels, because they only give you one normal and one small p.p. which is not a lot for a long stay (especially with the hot weather!)
Pros: Very spacious. Good equipment specially for kitchen.Lift. One bathroom per bedroom.Very good location in Plombieres. easy access by digital code.
Cons: Wifi from town hotspot not working. Cold in winter despite additional mobile heaters. Bathroom in master bedroom very tiny and not comfortable.
Pros: Perfectly clean, spacious appartment with all the tools you need for a long weekend. Realy good value for money, I would recommend it to everyone, certainly if you're planning a biking trip. Very convenient thta you had access to the appartment with a code and no key. This code was sent by mail. I will book this appartment again next time I come to the Vosges.
With a stay at Hôtel résidence des Acacias in Plombieres-les-Bains, you'll be a 1-minute walk from Museum Louis Fracais and 7 minutes by foot from Casino Plombieres Partouche. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: A nice charming house. The room had a little balcony with a beautiful view. It was renovated and cosy, not very large but enough. By french standards the breakfast was great. I would recommend the hotel and stay there again at any time.
Pros: Very reasonable prices. The rooms are perfectly clean and tidy and everything works. Breakfast was OK (although the dining room was kept locked until the stroke of 8 am) Once upon a time this town must have been very fashionable, there are many grand looking hotels but now some are just empty shells and the place is slowly fading. Bit difficult to find a restaurant in the evening. Overall though - It's good for a stopover.
Cons: Bit more focus on the customer - less on 'the rules'
Cons: The pillow was uncomfortable and the wifi does not works at all.
Pros: Location is nice
Cons: Check-out is at 10.00. This is too early, especially for a sunday. Coffee machine was broken so we had to get coffee from downstairs Showerhead was broken so half the water went in the wrong direction (room 206) Unmanned reception except for a few hours a day
Pros: The breakfast had several different bread, croissants, yoghurts and fruits with coffee and juice, but must be ordered in advance. The Spas are near by and there are many walking trails available (ask the Tourist Office). Recommendation: The Notre-Dame du Haut in Ronchamp is worth visiting, only 55 km away.
Cons: Daily check in period is quite short.
Pros: Plombières-les-Bains is a very nice town in whom we found all tranquility amongst plenty of shops, restaurants, cinema, casino, antiques and more. There are spa's whom we attend and visited gardens as well the parc miniature. Plombières-les-Bains is a must visit!! Beautifull sceneries and old must sees from the Napoleon era!
Cons: There are many hotels in whom we stayed before, but unfortunately they were all fully booked this time. We deciced to stay in hôtel résidence des Acacias. The location is nice and mid centre. However the room is narrow (very small) and needs updating. The beds are poor and we even heared the neighbours! I will and can not express what I heared, but we were not very pleased. I am sorry Hôtel résidence des Acacias, but in Plombières-les-Bains we have had better places to stay.
Pros: There is little to like about the appartment but Plombieres is an attractive town in an attractive location.
Cons: The apartment was very basic, limited cooking facilities and the fridge was not connect up.
Located in Plombieres-les-Bains, Le Grand Hotel is in a rural location, within a 15-minute walk of Museum Louis Fracais and Casino Plombieres Partouche. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a computer station, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: very good, old house
Cons: I paid twice for a room and they are not responding to a substantiated refund request
Pros: The restaurant was good; slightly understaffed but very efficient. The food and wine itself was good and reasonably priced.
Cons: The room was big but soulless and bare with black carpet and furniture. It was like a hospital, my wife said.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: It is in need of a coat of paint and upgrading. Such a beautiful building it is a shame that more care is not given to restore its outside.
Cons: The hotel description says that there is direct access to the Napoleon Baths - that is true but they do not allow you in. We had to walk into town to use the public spa instead - no explanation given.
Pros: It is somewhat isolated but I was visiting a client nearby so this was not an issue. Beautiful old hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Very tasty and very reasonable. Staff were very friendly and helped me with my limited French.
