The location was excellent and the parking was very convenient
Yes - the reception desk is unmanned for for much of the day and on arrival a guest has to find someone to deal with the booking

“Very clean and comfortable and close to the city”
“Natalie was incredibly helpful and friendly. Hotel was basic, but clean, secure, and had everything you need. It's right by the riverside and only a short walk to the town centre. Will gladly stay here again.”
“We had a park view room which had a large balcony overlooking the park and the river, also a small kitchenette which we used to prepare the packed breakfasts which were offered due to COVID-19 restrictions. Great location for running, cycling or swimming in the lake/river.”
“The room had a small kitchenette, I was staying as I was doing Ironman Vichy and this was a great bonus to help me prepare.”
