9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the place is just brilliant.
Cons: There is nothing to not like.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room I was in was very nice clean and tidy guest house and very friendly staff. Anything you ask for you got. More than helpful. The breakfast was excellent and it’s a lovely bar down stairs. I had a good evening meal. And good craic in the bar with lively music. Would highly recommend this O’Gradys guesthouse only 20 minutes from the city
7.1 Good
Pros: Everything was cleanlles
Cons: The music was till 2am , horrible. I was start to sleep about 3am
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay despite not initially liking the location. The staff was so friendly, room was comfortable, they provided earplugs (probably because they know the bar below can be loud at night). And breakfast was available to us early.
Cons: When I reserved online, it was not clear that the hotel was above a busy bar and with an entrance directly off the street. (No true lobby.) Our room was small and right over the bar.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff friendly.
Cons: Parking was across the road which wasn't ideal, there were a lot of take-aways on the same road as the hotel. Litter was thrown everywhere and was very noisy. Also rats running around in the car park across the road from the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were great - Thank you Liam!!!
Cons: Very small room when you put a double bed in it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean room with very soft huh quality sheets and comfy bed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, friendly and quiet
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good value for money. I booked the room for 3 nights for ony 99. I was welcomed by a very nice woman who happens to be the host. She introduced me to everything there. The kitchen was well stocked. and the bed was comfortable. The most striking feature was the cleanliness. I actually felt guilty when I accidentally spilled some drops of water on the carpet. I was provided by a new set of slippers and the facilities were excellent. It was an amazing experience all in all. I will definitely come to this place again when I visit london next.
Cons: I can't find anything I didnt like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location of the property is convenient despite the need for National Rail, for it is about 35 minutes away from London Bridge and Charing Cross. Furthermore, the room was really clean and coffee/tea and bottled water were readily available - extremely important for a solo traveller! What set this accommodation apart was the fantastic host; Jing was extremely flexible, even with my late check-ins and was a very lovely and welcoming host. It will be amongst my first picks on my return(s) to London! 谢谢:)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Silence. Having come from central London, being able to sleep is like being in heaven. The hosts are nice and very discrete. I also had to go to London Bridge every day so taking the train was simple and fast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostess is very friendly. She greeted us nicely and gave us a lot of advice on travelling. The guidebook prepared by the hostess is very informative and helped us so much in our self-guided tour in London. The hostess came to look after the hotel room and provided the daily necessities incl. breakfast items, mineral water and so on, which made us feel warmly welcome and nicely taken care of. We enjoyed our stay here. It is an unforgettable experience. Many thanks.
Cons: Everything is perfect.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money, place is located close (less than 10 minutes walking) to Abbey Wood train station, it takes around 30 minutes to London Bridge station (or other stations in central London), very importantly - it is within zone 4 of London public transportation so if you use capping correctly (either Oyster card or contactless) maximum cost of all trains/buses/underground you take during a day is 10,10 GBP. Place itself is good, we could use the fridge, plates, bathroom is good, also big store on the way to train station
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The house was super clean, our room was spotless. Bed was really comfortable. Jing was super accommodating. Made sure everything we needed was met. The showerhead's water pressure could be a little bit stronger. But other than that, Highly recommend!
7.9 Good
Pros: I really liked the attention, the cleanliness and. the treatment that was given to us. the very kind lady brought us water, cereals and fruit. everything perfect
Cons: Little to object, the only thing that is a bit far from the center
7.0 Good
Pros: The bed was really comfortable and both our room and the rest of the place were really clean and accommodating. There were other guests at the time but we barely ran into each other and it was quite private considering. There was also the possibility of having breakfast, and a kettle and tea was also provided in the room. All in all, considering the prices in London, this was a pretty good deal!
Cons: Location-wise it can be a bit of trouble depending on your plans. However, there is public transport available within a 5-10 minute walk, and then a 30 min ride to London bridge. Overall it can easily take about 45-60 min to reach your destination, so it might be something to keep in mind if you have a tight schedule (it is within zone 4). Also, not necessarily a bad thing but probably worth mentioning, we realised after the stay that the photos don't really look like the actual place? The vibe is the same and it does look somewhat similar, but neither the bathroom nor the rooms nor the kitchen or the corridor are actually the same. Maybe they remodeled or have another location too?

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location ideal for us. Excellent food both breakfast and dinner. Lovely individuality in room furnishings. Chef’s friendly dog!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Self contained unit with separate entry. Modern co-ordinated interior. Parking and in a close of similar properties. Chosen for its proximity to a family function but not the kind of area for a relaxing break.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Super cute room. There’s a big window and the host was nice and explained the money generated helps domestic abuse victims. Great WiFi and building was secure. Very close to shops and tube station.
Cons: Bed was squeaky. Towels were a little rough. No shampoo (mine got confiscated at airport) so had to buy big bottle which I left for the next traveler.
7.9 Good
Pros: In a small Close with similar bungalows. Has parking. Not the ideal area for a relaxing break but ideal for visiting relatives during a family function. All requirements catered for.

Cons: Hotel is advertised as having on-site parking, which it does, this is a shared car par and there is a charge of £5 per 24hrs to hotel guests, very reasonable for parking in London, but can't remember seeing this in the details about the hotel.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was superb with lots of choice. The location was excellent for our purposes. The leisure facilities were 1st class.
Cons: No opening windows in room to allow any fresh air.We ordered a sandwich from the bar, and were astounded to have to pay a "Service Charge " for the bar staff to deliver a sandwich.we realised later that it did state on the menu that there would be a charge of 12.5% that doesn't justify that type of increase to deliver a sandwich.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: check in could have done with more staff as we was all there for a wedding
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfortable and cleaned to a good standard. Breakfast with omelette station and option to pay for additional items (e.g. eggs benedict) was nice. Dinner menu while not extensive had a variety of choices and was reasonably priced.
Cons: The coffee machine was broken the duration of our stay and we were told they were waiting for a new one. I found this unacceptable - they are a large hotel chain and should be able to sort something like that out in an instant. No suitable drop off/pick up point when we arrived/departed which would have been useful. Reception told us to park outside - unless we wanted to block traffic that wasn't an option.

Pros: Friendly staff, usual comfortable Premier Inn beds, plenty of parking, air-conditioning, nice bath.
Cons: Parking was £5/night extra which I didn't spot anywhere during booking. Pros: Staff very helpful & friendly. Rooms good decor, modern & new. Liked the fact that unless you had your room card you could not access lift or stairs so felt very safe.
Cons: Generally very clean. Afew cobwebs top of wardrobe area. Breakfast good but as my partner doesn't eat pork there could have been option of turkey bacon or sausage. He was only able to eat the eggs, beans and tomatoes from warm food option.

7.1 Good
Pros: The breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast staff were very pleasant and cheerful
Cons: I was called by a member of receptionwhile at a wedding, he left me a voicemail stating he would be removing my belongings from my room if I do not return immediately. I returned his call, the gentleman stated he realised that I was also booked in for the following night. He did not apologise or indicate that he had intended to call to reassure that he had made a mistake. It left me anxious and upset. The bed was also extremely loud when turning over.
7.1 Good
Pros: Easy to find with cheap parking and next to a Brewers Fayre for basic food. Good air con. Nice comfy bed for 1. Great shower.
Cons: Feels a bit tired. Cant open window but air con does works well.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for Bexleyheath, very friendly staff.
Cons: Could not connect to internet. Also, the hairdryer kept cutting out. No telephone to contact reception.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed extremely comfortable
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was brilliant and the shower was powerful. The majority of staff were fantastic.
Cons: The room was noisy - constant traffic. The bathroom was a little dirty. A member of staff called me while I was at my brothers wedding and left me a voicemail, he said I must vacate my room immediately or he will pack my belongings himself. I called him back (obviously panicking) and he said he had realised that I was also staying that evening. I am very unhappy about that poor level of customer care.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The Breakfast was superb. but dining room understaffed
Cons: The reception was unmanned for 10 minutes on our arrival, and when I mentioned this fact to the receptionist she was most curt and did not seem to understand how we felt waiting for 10 minutes. All she would say was she was on her own and had to leave reception to attend to some thing else, and unaware of customer service skills. The reception was also unmanned when we checked out.

Pros: They had pretty much thought of everything. Even a pint of milk in your fridge for the tea and coffee rather than UHT which I really appreciated. They were also very accommodating letting me store my bike in the outbuilding and unlocking it at 4.30 a.m. when I had to leave for an event.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
Cons: Shower screen could be longer in width as the floor got wet in the bathroom. No lift - my key didn’t work so I had to go back down the stairs with my bag to get this sorted.
7.9 Good
Pros: Close to where we had to be
Cons: Breakfast not worth money
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of choice and food hot and available when I called in. When required the staff were pleasant and helpful
7.0 Good
Pros: Lounge was comfortable as were chairs in room which was spacious. Bathroom and shower were outstanding!
Cons: Coffee was worst ever tasted! Hotel of this standard should be able to produce good coffee. Not able to charge to room. “Updating system” I was there a fortnight- how long to update a system? Clear that savings were being made everywhere to cut costs.
7.9 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean, lovely sauna and steam room
Cons: Took 25 minutes to get served at the bar. There was an event on so the hotel was fully booked but only 1 person serving at the bar. Booked a table in the restaurant and we ordered our food and a bottle of wine and an hour later we were still waiting for the wine and our starters. We asked where our wine was to be told that they didn’t have any. In the end we got up and walked out. Stayed for 2 nights and on the second night we ate out as we were told the restaurant was full and we weren’t going to chance it again.
